I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.

Decent selection of stores, but not too many good restaurants, mainly overpriced chains. There's also an underlying snotty vibe at this mall. It's got Scottsdale vibes but none of the actual glam of Scottsdale. I prefer Chandler mall but will go here when needed. It can be pretty at night time, but it's usually decently hard to find parking.

They primarily feature local brands with a focus on outdoorsy vibes, as their name implies! They offer lots of goods ranging from t-shirts, stickers, trinkets, cards, baby clothes and a lot more! The store is not big by any means, but they get a lot in there! We actually didn't even know they existed until we were looking online at a shirt for my husband and found a cool button up they offered fit the bill, then we realized they were local so opted to visit in person and glad we did! We not only found what we were looking for, but also a few gifts for our family. They were even kind enough to mail it out for us directly, since they offer shipping online and saved us a trip to the post office. They have lots of free street parking in the area they are at, but it does get busy on the weekends. TLDR: Lots of great local offering, great for gifts especially. Prices are reasonable, to be expected for supporting local and high quality goods. Some of the basics The employee was super helpful and friendly as well. They do have nice bathrooms, including the family bathroom however it was locked so you do have to call security to have them come unlock it for you, but someone was there in a matter of minutes. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I also have heard it can get a little bit rough here at night time, but I did not experience that while here around 10 AM to noon on a Saturday.

Also, the Rainforest Cafe is always a fun place to eat and shop. The carousel seems to be pretty popular every time I've been here. The one thing I found kinda strange is that they don't have a Panda Express here, haha! I think it's like the only mall I've been to without Panda. Other than that, they have a lot of the typical mall eateries like Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Cinnabon, Dairy Queen, Haagen-Dazs, Sbarro, and Wetzel's Pretzels.
