Slowest coffee stand I've ever been to. Consistently, painfully slow. I wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry.

I genuinely don't know what parallel universe one of the last reviewers is coming from, but my…read moreexperience here has been the exact opposite. First of all, slow service? Every time I've been in, the staff has been warm, attentive, and somehow manages to make you feel like you matter without hovering. This place gives "the place you go where everybody knows your name," not "exclusive secret society," but okay. As for the food allegedly being "frozen junk"... I would LOVE to know what freezer is producing meals this fresh and this good because I'd like one installed in my kitchen immediately. I just found out they make their own cheese. Everything I've had has been thoughtful, flavorful, and clearly made by people who actually care. I have quite literally planned my day around my dinner tonight. Zero regrets. Also, moldy fruit? Stale buns? Be serious. If anything, I've had the opposite problem of trying to pace myself because everything tastes like it came out five minutes ago. What actually stands out about Remedy is the atmosphere. It feels like somewhere you want to linger. It's one of those rare spots that still feels human, not corporate, and that's probably why people keep coming back. Anyway, if this place is secretly a "private social club," then I guess I'm honored to have accidentally earned membership through the radical act of enjoying good food and kind service. 10/10. Will continue to return, bask, and eat my weight in food. Sorry to be snarky, but I have a real problem with people that nitpick and leave exaggerated reviews just to be that person. Your idea of a hangout must be dental office. This place is an absolute gem.

There was only one server upstairs, he was nice but a bit overwhelmed because he had to be running up and down, so he was managing 4-5 tables alone, so everything took a bit longer, but he was pleasent and we weren't missing anything. I was mostly underwhelmed by the food. I think, I just thought it would be better. The chili verde is one of the most expensive things on the menu and was kinda mid. Just really not much flavor, and the rice was overcooked by about a million. I really wished I had picked something else. We also had the wings and they were also kinda just ok. I guess I just expected it to be a bit better when you look at the menu. I had higher hopes for a nice place on Southhill, but the food and cocktails kind of let it down. Excellent location and nice servers and staff though doing the best they can.

Solid acai and other tasty options! Pleasantly surprised we were able to order the curry bowl in…read morethe earlier morning. Enjoyed that along with the Mighty açaí bowl. They were out of some of the items for both, but the staff kindly offered to sub the items with whatever else. The Mighty had a great rich taste in the acai (probably the peanut butter) and we loved the pb drizzle on top. Also got it with bee pollen instead of cocoa, and that was a great texture and addition. The curry bowl had great taste, but could have been a bit warmer. Would have loved more curry so the ratio of curry to rice/quinoa was larger. Overall not disappointed and solid food! A little pricey, but that's expected for acai, I think.

Method Juice Café -- Downtown Spokane…read more Now this... this is how you run a bowl operation. Before I even walked in, the online interaction via socials was strong. Responsive. Helpful. Engaged. That energy? It carried straight into the store. Owner recommended the Mighty Bowl -- and when the owner speaks, The Açaí Guy listens. Wednesday, Feb 25. Two young ladies running the floor like seasoned veterans. Friendly. Fast. And here's what separated them: they actually knew açaí. Not just "point at the menu" knowledge -- real breakdowns. Explained bowl differences. Talked consistency. Understood structure. I was impressed. Best service I've had in the bowl game. Full stop. Presentation? Immaculate. We're talking "pause before you eat" levels. The place had a steady stream of downtown suits popping in for their late-morning "I make healthy choices" snack. Always a good sign. Everything looked fresh. Tasted fresh. Clean flavors. No shortcuts detected. Now -- the twist. The açaí consistency was thicker than I'm used to. Almost like a thick shake. At first I blinked. Then I nodded. Then I kept eating. It worked. Different, but effective. Great location. Perfect day for a bowl. And the most important metric: I felt great after eating it. No crash. No regret. Just fuel. Would I recommend it? Strongly. If you're in downtown Spokane and don't stop here, you're making a questionable life decision. Rating 4.6 / 5 Açaí Berries Breakdown * Taste: 4.6/5 * Ingredients: 4.7/5 * Consistency: 4.5/5 (unexpected but elite) * Service: 6/5 (yes, again) * Presentation: 5/5 Current Status: Spokane Leaderboard Contender Lesson Learned: Thick can be elite. Mission Update: The Mighty Bowl has entered the chat. -- The Açaí Guy
