It is easier to get appointment at this hearing Life Center and it looks like it is easier to get appointments for any ongoing needs. Paying interest free for 36 months makes it easier. Rebecca selected hearing aids that match my skin and hair color, are comfortable and the right amount of technology for my life.

Drove an hour to this location (Roseville, CA) through major road construction to find out my 97 year old mother, who has worn hearing aids for many years, had some fresh earwax in the outer canal of one of her ears prohibiting the administration of their hearing test. We were instructed to go to a drugstore and purchase ear wax remover and return in 3 weeks for the hearing test. Apparently, they can't clean ears. Given that her ears were just cleaned by an ENT the previous week, I am suspect of this business. We were there less than 5 minutes. The ??audiologist?? at this location was substituting for the regular person who was on vacation. I declined scheduling another appointment in three weeks, blocked their business phone as spam, and unsubscribed. My next destination Costco-- I do not recommend HearingLife under any circumstances.

The hearing test that I was given was the most thorough that I have ever received from the previous 2 offices that I have visited. The M.A. who preceded the Dr. for vitals, health history, etc. was very attentive and kind. The Dr. took his time to evaluate my condition and I wasn't rushed. He genuinely cared about my health and symptoms. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tim Fife to anyone experiencing issues with ENT. He holds a very compassionate interest and exemplifies the highest of standard in caring for his patients.

This office is a masterclass in poor communication and impossible expectations for patients…read more I am an established ENT patient who called needing to be seen urgently. I was told I couldn't be scheduled because there was "no referral on file" and that my previous referral had expired -- only to then be told that my prior referral was never sent at all, resulting in the doctor not being paid and supposedly "eating the cost." As a patient, I had no way of knowing this, was never informed at the time, and should never have been made aware of internal billing failures or financial consequences in the first place. That information was inappropriate to share and felt like an attempt to shift responsibility -- or guilt -- onto the patient. At my last visit, I wasn't actively having symptoms at that exact moment (because ENT issues are not something you can schedule on demand). The doctor seemed annoyed that I was even there, yet explicitly told me to call back when symptoms occurred, advocate to be seen urgently, and inform staff that he keeps openings -- even over lunch -- for this exact situation. When I followed those instructions, I was shut down by staff, told I needed a brand-new referral, informed the doctor would be out for two weeks, and offered a medication refill -- for medication I've never been prescribed because I can't get seen when the issue is actually happening. So to summarize: * I can't be seen without a referral * The referral process apparently isn't handled correctly * I'm told to come in only when symptomatic * Then told I can't come in when symptomatic * And somehow this is all the patient's problem The entire experience feels disorganized, dismissive, and borderline gaslighting. Patients should not be expected to navigate internal billing failures, referral errors, or be made aware of who did or didn't get paid just to receive basic care. I will not be returning.
