The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The technician Lana explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped ease any nerves I had about the process. I was nervous all day about staying somewhere overnight and with people watching me but Lana was so nice and talkative I was immediately relaxed and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. There was blackout curtains and a fan, which made the room feel relaxing. I actually fell asleep much faster than I expected, which made the experience even better. The bathroom was clean and had a bench I could set my stuff down while I changed and got ready for bed. The facility was clean, quiet, and well organized, making it as comfortable as possible for an overnight stay. I really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was throughout the night. I would highly recommend this sleep center to anyone needing a sleep study.

They were asking me if I could come in today or two days from now instead, I told them I took work of specifically for this appointment and cannot request time off just days or hours prior to trying to leave. Completely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time, at least give me a 24 hour notice before your doctor decides to cancel his appointments. I now have to find an optometrist office that takes my insurance and will see me on such short notice.

Drove an hour to this location (Roseville, CA) through major road construction to find out my 97 year old mother, who has worn hearing aids for many years, had some fresh earwax in the outer canal of one of her ears prohibiting the administration of their hearing test. We were instructed to go to a drugstore and purchase ear wax remover and return in 3 weeks for the hearing test. Apparently, they can't clean ears. Given that her ears were just cleaned by an ENT the previous week, I am suspect of this business. We were there less than 5 minutes. The ??audiologist?? at this location was substituting for the regular person who was on vacation. I declined scheduling another appointment in three weeks, blocked their business phone as spam, and unsubscribed. My next destination Costco-- I do not recommend HearingLife under any circumstances.

Chronic childhood ear infections and a benign left ear tumor left me pretty much without hearing. My surgical otolaryngologist back then had said there was little chance of restoring hearing in the ear. Fast forward to current times. My PCP recommended I go to a Costco Hearing Aid Center for a hearing aid evaluation. I admit I was a bit skeptical because I had preconceived thoughts about purchasing hearing aids at Costco. Was not on my radar. She said many of her patients purchase hearing aids at Costco and are very satisfied with the quality, price point, and after purchase support. With nothing to lose and everything to gain, I made that appointment. My Costco technician, Judy, was wonderful. She explained that a complementary hearing test was the first step in the process. During the hearing evaluation, she explained all aspects of the testing. Following completion, she said she felt hearing aid devices would definitely enhance hearing in my left ear as well as right ear. I was doubtful. When she fitted the devices in my ears, I could hear! That was quite the moment. She even had me leave the office and walk around the store. All I can say... what a miracle! Needless to say, I left with a brand new pair of Rexton hearing aids and to date, I am still in awe every morning when I put them in my ears! These are not your parents' hearing aids! There are no changing batteries but rather charging them nightly. So easy. Costco technicians receive no monetary incentive for selling the hearing aids. I feel that is the main message I want to emphasize. Their only goal is to get the client fitted with the best pair of hearing aids possible based upon the client's hearing test. Without any hesitation, I recommend this hearing aid location for your hearing aid needs and follow-up support. I am going on 3 years with my devices and loving every day. The Rexton app is a game changer, too! Sincere thanks to all the hard-working Costco Hearing Aid Center employees for everything they have collectively done for me in my pursuit of better hearing. Both were rude, old and didn't want to be dealing with patients anymore. Then I found Dr. Schreiber! She is amazing. Super super friendly and goes above and beyond to make recommendations. I hope she will be my Doctor for YEARS!
