My experience with B|B Law Group, and Mark Bloom, Personal Injury Attorney was beyond abysmal. From a real client and someone familiar with the process and dealings of personal injury cases, I wouldn't recommend representation from B|B Law Group or Mark Bloom to anyone, not even as a last resort. Unfortunately, this will be a long review but is unpretentious and important if you're even slightly considering representation. I was introduced to B|B Law Group as a referral from Goodlife Physical Medicine Clinic (the same clinic that generously posted a 5-star Yelp review below). During my initial intake appointment with Goodlife I shared with the staff that I was having issues confirming appointments with the attorney I had at the time and I felt it was best for me to schedule my own appointments. This information traveled to Dr. Adam Weitzman, the doctor who recommended treatment while I was a patient at Goodlife. During my evaluation with Dr. Weitzman, he explained that he could recommend a "really good" attorney who'd be able to take my case with ease and provide a much better experience. He went on to explain that he recommended Mark Bloom at B|B Law Group and ensured that all of my needs would be taken care of. What he didn't share (and I later discovered) was that Mark Bloom was his friend and the reality was that he took full advantage of the opportunity to solicit business for Mark Bloom. His recommendation sounded convincing and I obviously agreed to make the switch for representation. After my case was transferred, everything went downhill and my interaction with Mark Bloom and his counterpart, Kenny Palacios was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! My 5 month old Range Rover was TOTALED by an Amazon delivery driver. The carrier had a commercial auto policy and after 1.5 years of having BASIC dealings (case never went to court) with B|B Law Group I became completely frustrated with the lack of communication, interest, expertise to suggest direction for best outcome, and support that is expected from an experienced law firm. I settled for an unbelievably LOW BALL offer B|B claimed they negotiated. I can't put into words how bad this firm slow dragged the entire time to no end. My ambulance bill of $1,6594 SAT IN COLLECTIONS ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT for MONTHS (this is not common especially when you are dealing with a claim having a commercial insurance auto policy). My personal credit is destroyed. A minimal amount (less than 2k) should have been absorbed from the firm when settlement from a commercial auto policy is expected to be favorable. I fought tooth and nail for basic legal representation which resulted in complete disappointment... cost me my credit and career. I became weary after battling and taking on far more disrespect that I could ever accept from anyone I'm paying. After reading the communication between Mark Bloom and I (uploaded), I am feeling disgusted all over again. Don't let charm and a bright smile lure you. The stern and direct letter from Mark Bloom illustrated the position we decided to take against this wrongdoing. Seeing the truth as a threat now, the Landlord and Property Management Company responded the next day with fair terms. A situation which embroiled every ounce of my mental, physical and professional well-being was now resolved in a little over 2 days. My sincerest thanks to Mark Bloom at BB Law Firm for assisting me in my hour of need. I have no doubt if I was discouraged by the other attorneys and firms, and hesitated to seek professional legal counsel at BB Law Firm, I would still be in this terrible situation today.
