Once, however, the women doing my nails cut my cuticles so short that 8 of 10 fingers bled; she put the sanitizer on without warning me it may burn, but at least it stopped the bleeding... until I got home and another ripped open. What I find disappointing about Regal Nails is that yeah, it's cheap, but it lacks. I feel like they're always in a huge hurry, and the work suffers as a result. When I'm in Chicago I can get a mani-pedi for $35 where it's much more thorough and high quality; yes, I realize it's in a different place, but it seems silly that in a city of 3 million I can get better services for the same price... and everyone blames big cities for being expensive. This is "A-OK" for State College, because I haven't found better. It would get 2 stars in another place.
