It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover. I genuinely fell asleep as soon as she started to massage my feet. The experience was 10/10, and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks Sam for an amazing pedicure.

I've had a lot of massages in a lot of fancy places, but this massage was probably the best one I've ever had. I came back for a hydra facial and saw Jessica, again. What was supposed to be a relaxing manicure turned into a very frustrating and disappointing…read moreexperience. The technician who initially worked on my nails had to redo them multiple times after the manager pointed out that he wasn't properly filing them after removing my dip polish. Even after several attempts, my nails still looked uneven and poorly done. During the process, he repeatedly bumped into my nails, smudging the polish again--I'm not sure if it was nerves, but it made the situation worse. Eventually, a second technician had to step in and redo all of the work from the beginning. By this point, I had been sitting there for so long that my back was hurting, and I no longer had the patience to go through yet another redo. The final result still looked far from acceptable, especially after multiple attempts. At one point, I was told the polish "wouldn't dry" and was asked to pick a different color, yet after shaking the bottle, they continued using it anyway. Overall, the quality was extremely disappointing. This service is not cheap, and I expect a certain level of professionalism and quality. Despite everything, I still tipped the first technician, but I left feeling embarrassed and upset about how my nails looked. When I returned to request a refund, I was told they could redo the polish again. At that point, I had already sat through multiple attempts and did not want to go through the same experience again. My request for a refund was denied, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, this was a very poor experience with both service quality and customer care.

The pedi was very basic, little and inconsistent amount of time spent on the exfoliation and "massage" from left to right foot but the nails turned out ok. The salon could benefit from daily upkeep after a good cleaning. It doesn't give you a warm fuzzy feeling. Looks a little worn for the wear. I kind of felt like I needed to wash my hands when I got home. I was also under the impression that the price on Yelp was accurate but I paid $7 more than expected for the service. If I had known the price, I would have gone somewhere else. They didn't honor the price I saw. That caused me to drop another star.
