I only had a few meetings with them but they totally understood my vision for the day and executed it perfectly! I was awe struck when I saw the flowers all set up for the first time. Randomly found this floral shop in orange county. I was looking for a flower shop near by that did delivery. But it was pretty close so I decided to drive by. I was shocked that they actually carried a huge variety of flowers on hand. The owner of the shop was super helpful and friendly. She worked with my budget and threw in some free stuff to make it a really special bouquet. Pros: -Super high quality flowers -Super attentive to details -Really clean and modern luxurious flower shop - I felt like I was at my own flower shop Ultimately, I highly recommend coming here. I will be bringing my business back forever.

Run!!! Don't walk!!! To this wonderful newer business here in Lake Forest! This is a wonderful Florist shop run by a young and fun husband and wife team!!! They will take the time to sit with you at their long table, go over your ideas, give you suggestions to make it even better, and then walk you through the final order. They do not skimp on anything!! I ordered a Prom corsage and boutonniere from them. I went in saying sunflower...and they kindly explained that a sunflower would be wayyyy too big AND THEY WERE RIGHT! But we DID find an awesome rose that was that same shade of yellow. We walked through the ribbon colors, ideas, amount and size. At the end, when the wife was ringing me up, she even gave me THE STUDENT DISC! (Which she didn't have to do & I had no idea about!) When I picked up the flowers they were ready on time, exactly like we had discussed, beautifully displayed in containers and kept fresh in their cooler! I really do like this business and cannot say enough wonderful things about them!

Got recommended to the store by a friend. I came in last minute and had something put together by Alex. I was surprised at the variety of vases and rose colors. We ultimately decided on a premium wrapped bouquet with white and green roses. Really a unique flower shop in a nice area with A1 service.

I'll let the pictures speak for itself. I paid $100 for something in my opinion my kid could have put together. No structure or balance some blue which was my friend's favorite color, the roses look untrimmed/prepped. I was not impressed. I usually go to a place in Los Angeles this time I was on that side of town and couldn't find a place finally found these guys in the shopping center Let me start off by telling you were great service. For the $150 price, the quality and presentation were nowhere near acceptable. What arrived looked like something you'd pick up at a grocery store for a fraction of the cost. There was nothing about the arrangement that justified the premium pricing. This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my wife, and instead I was embarrassed by how unimpressive it looked. When you're paying top-tier prices, you expect craftsmanship and attention to detail neither was delivered here. I would not use this florist again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Ordering was easy, their online shop is user friendly. You can set up when to pick up. At your pick up date, you arrive at their store and the person goes to the back and gets your order. Easy peasy! I also appreciate that they have sales which are awesome value and the leis are absolutely beautiful! Such great deals! They also package the leis really well, they're fresh and perfect for my daughter's graduation. Mahalo!

Wow! I was desperate…read morefor a graduation lei and called everywhere, but this place had them AND in the color I needed! They are so helpful and friendly, they were like just walk on into the fridge and you'll see them! Exactly what o needed a purple bluish lei, but ALSO saw some really beautiful roses! So, got them and some fillers to do a condolence arrangement for a friend who had to put her expensive shoe horse down! The guy was so helpful as the flowers were so fresh from the farm they still had the wax on the stems. He told me just cut the tops and soak in water one hour they will harden! Boy were they beautiful! And upon deliver her deaf cat approved, he thought they smelled so good! Another hidden gem where florists go to get freshest flowers!

From the very first meeting, the event designer was such a joy to work with--she's incredibly sweet, takes her time to really get to know you, and makes you feel so comfortable. She didn't just help with the flowers; she became such a positive part of my wedding planning process, even sharing helpful tips and advice along the way. It felt like having a trusted friend by my side! I wanted something unique and different from the typical wedding arrangements, and she absolutely delivered. The designs were fresh, creative, and so stunning--especially the roses, which were incredibly vibrant and fresh. So many of my guests couldn't stop complimenting the flowers! After my wedding, I knew I couldn't go anywhere else for flowers. Now I go to Bloom Room for all my bouquets and arrangements, and they always exceed my expectations. Their styles are so unique--not the standard flower shop look--and the attention to detail, like their luxurious designer wrapping paper, makes every arrangement feel so special. I've been here twice and both times I called in my order for same day. I was surprised they were able to fulfill my order in a timely fashion even though they were busy. The lovely lady working offered me a water or coffee while I waited which wasn't too long. The Mother's Day flowers I received were beautiful. The staff at Bloom Room have a great customer service and I will continue to get my fresh flowers from them. Highly recommended! read more
