She is…read moresuch a sweet person and she really knows what she's doing when it comes to getting your eyebrows on fleak! I've had bad experiences in the past with waxing and even other threading places, but Rita does such a great job that I know I have nothing to worry about and I trust her completely! So far, I've brought my friend, Gloria, AND my mom, so Rita can hook up their brows. Now, you know if she wasn't the business there's no way I would trust her with my momma! On top of Rita's incredible threading skills, she even does henna tattoos! I just got one on Saturday, and it came out so cute! I'll definitely be getting more in the future. The store is always clean (even the bathroom) and when it's busy, the wait isn't usually very long. And now she has another lady working with her, so the wait should be even shorter! The only negative thing I have to say is that parking is a nightmare in that plaza, so be mentally prepared for the challenge! So, Ladies, do yourself a favor and go in and visit Rita! I noticed she used the same gloves for handling money/card transactions and threading multiple clients eyebrows. It's quite unsanitary. No sanitizer was used in between. Then, she does a mini eyebrow massage with the same gloves. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but in trying to protect her self she is putting clients at risk, using dirty gloves. It's a lot more sanitary to use no gloves and sanitize your hands in between customers and money transactions. Or at the very least change gloves for every customer.
