They offered Free WiFi and Free coffee while you wait. I had a coupon for a $17.95 Full Service oil change. They have a 8 car garage and only 2 cars in it. and the 5'6" guy who looks in his mid 50's, maybe arabic. Tells me to come back at 8:00 am to use the coupon and even then, I get the brush off over the coupon. They have these NAPA coupons on the http://valpak.com as well as the http://www.napaautofarmi... websites. They offer coupons for Free AC Inspection & Brake Inspection w/ approved repair. If he had an issue with accepting the coupons, why does he advertise them on a monthly basis. It makes no sense!! They are losing several money paying customers because of this guy whether he's the owner or a worker, Not to mention pissing them off. I wanted to give these guys a chance and each time they have turned me away! I even offered to get an oil change, tire replacement. I won't be back! Just to let you know this store has 2 yelp listings at the same address, **** UPDATE **** July 10, 2013. I decided to contact NAPA corporate office to report this matter to them and they stated "All Michigan NAPA locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees and they have the option to not accept NAPA coupons even if it has their own store address on it. The corporate office didnt seem to care either. Don't expect to receive any good service from this company.

I live about 3-4 miles from the shop, so it may have been an easy drop-in, but Ray and Keena were amazing and extremely helpful, and the cost was reasonable given the cost of battery plus what a tow would've cost to a shop, plus labor. I genuinely appreciated their help and will definitely be looking to utilize them in the future!

They refused to refund me and when I took elsewhere, they said it was the worst work that they have seen, and that B & R had used inferior materials that would not hold up to the heat and pressure of the required oil line. I have sued in small claims court and won, but still trying to collect my $$$. Ray the owner has not renewed his business license (according to the state of Michigan LARA website) and the state investigator found that he was using unlicensed mechanics.

The point is that I can't blame the mechanic for an older car having to be updated, fixed or serviced. A few weeks ago I was at the carwash and the trigger button in the shift gear handle broke! at the front of the line. Brought it in just before 4/4:30 pm and asked them to take a look to see how bad the damage was. They said they would look at it tomorrow since it was nearing the end of the business day. Totally understood and left my keys with them to walk home. While I was still on the phone with the insurance adjuster by the CVS next door, he called me to tell me they fixed it. I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone).
