I like this store, but there's one main reason. Customer service is exceptional. First off they helped me get into a fitted suit, for what I'll consider to be a good value. Was it pricey? Yes although not much more than Macys or Nordstrom's. The pin stripes look sharp, and the employees knew what they were doing. That's huge when investing in a suit, especially one designed to make an impression. Also I have one expensive love. I really enjoy colognes by Killian or yes the devil himself, none other than Creed Adventus. You're probably rolling your eyes, and that's totally fine. Yet with an app and coupons, I've walked out with them expensive, but cheaper than one would expect. Shopping smart is a good thing. Most of their clothes are ridiculous, and household items aren't my things. Yet these are why I like Bloomingdale's, and also occasionally a sharp tie.

This is my store. The service that I receive here from management to the sales specialists are top notch ( they could sharpen their skills by using exclusive consulting to their clients in file -- keeping customers up to date on their wish lists and new arrivals). I have always had great support when an issue arises and it gets resolved on the spot. When I am shopping, it spurs a lot of others to start opening their wallets. One thing I think is annoying are the people that run the staff through hoops and not buy anything. So when I go, I go to spend and I always get a fabulous deal. So will you if you shop during the right times ( promos/get the Loyalist card). The exciting news is that the shoe department now carries Burberry! Beautiful footwear to see. If I worked there, I would know my product. I feel that the staff do not study their merchandise or designers. Some seem to act like they work in a basic store, when in fact, they are working with designer collections. Attention to details and overall awareness of the item can make the sale. Most people go there to see a line or for a specific type of item. They recognize what they are buying. This could be maximized if they coached the customer in the appreciate/introduction of a new line of spectacular design. Sometimes I get that amazing salesperson, other times I do not. A downer is that the escalator has not worked for at least 6 months. That is very frustrating to have you either descend it as is or find the elevator near the gift wrap department (They also carry Papyrus greeting cards back there). Also, the restroom needs hardware repairs/touch-up. There is valet parking and Le Quitoden cafe attached to the side of the shoe department. Their brand is Aqua and the quality and appeal is comparable to the other brands. Definitely take a look in this store for exquisite gifts or self pampering. When you work hard with long days, a little Bloomies makes it all worth while.

Not the Bloomingdales that I'm used to! So dirty and not well kept. The bathrooms are nasty, as if you were shopping at Ross, very disappointing. I couldn't use one stall, they were all disgusting. Floors throughout the store were also dirty, and overall the store was unorganized.

Big scam and ignorant customers service people! Here is what I received for my new order and what I was promised instead for full refund plus a free replacement that NEVER happened! Emailed and called lots of time, but no responses and nobody cared!

Love the Bloom display at Bloomingdales in Tysons.

I had outstanding customer service in the mattress department with James. (Did that sound…read morenaughty?) Anyways! He spent two hours with me walking through mattress options, educating me on differences, and helping me identify the best fit for both my needs and budget. I had not purchased a mattress in over 20 years, so this was a significant and time-intensive decision, and he approached it with patience, professionalism, and deep product knowledge. Although he was unable to place the order for delivery aligned with my move-in date, he took the extra step to locate the same mattress at a Chicago store and coordinated with Orlando to ensure I could still complete the purchase. I want to specifically recognize that despite not receiving credit for the sale after investing considerable time, James remained fully committed to ensuring I had a successful outcome. That level of customer-first service is rare and deserves formal recognition. Because of this experience, I would return to this store and work with him again for any future large purchases.

I purchased two pairs of jeans in different sizes so I could try them on at home, and I applied a $50 gift card to the order. When I returned the pair that didn't fit, Macy's refunded the gift card first and only then refunded the remaining balance to my Macy's card. Because of this, the gift card could no longer be applied to the pair I kept, and I ended up being charged full price on my card. The only reason I bought these expensive jeans in the first place was because I had a gift card to use. This policy makes no sense and feels completely unfair. The manager was not helpful at all. She kept repeating that "the system doesn't allow" any changes to how returns are processed. I would have returned the pair I kept based on this experience alone, but I had already removed the tag. Macy's, your return system protects the gift card--not the customer. You need to do better if you want to keep loyal customers happy.

However, on a recent trip coming back home, I made my way here to kill some time as I had the day off from work. First things first, what a nightmare to find a parking spot and to not get run over by traversing the parking area. I thought I had gone the wrong way at one point to find a spot. And when I did find a spot I was confused and thought I had to pay to park. I wish it were just easily marked on where to go here. Once parked, I found my way inside and just meandered around the space. Popping in an out of stores as I saw appealing. They really do have a ton of selections here. Huge amount of time can be lost here if you are on a time crunch. I was in no rush, so I wandered around until I had my fill of the space. My suggestion to you. Come early in the morning, you will definitely be able to get in and out of each store you need to with ample time. Less hassle in the parking lot. And less hassle walking between stores. Or, if you are up for it, travel here by Metro.

Its close proximity to…read moreDC and a nearby metro station make it an ideal location for tourists who want to go shopping in a relatively safe area. It's ever changing as many stores have come and gone. Nevertheless, this is my favorite mall to visit when we make our annual trip to DC. Tysons Corner is located in Tysons, Virginia. The parking structure is very busy and somewhat chaotic. It doesn't have the best layout and there's a lot of confusion as people maneuver through the structure. We bypass this situation by parking on the upper level. Tysons Corner is an incredibly busy mall that never seems to be empty, regardless of the time of day that you visit. This is a three story indoor shopping mall that caters to customers who want to spend serious money. They have your typical stores like Old Navy and Journeys. But then, you'll find Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Rolex. So, there's something for everyone! Their food court section on the top level near the movie theater has seen better days. It's outdated and hidden away from the rest of the mall. All of the other eateries on the 1st and 2nd levels are pretty nice. They have restaurants like Seasons 52 and Cheesecake Factory that you'd typically find at many of the larger malls. They also have some pop up eateries in the center of the shopping center. I love coming to Tysons Corner. I am still bummed about LL Bean leaving this mall. but I still love this mall. Some stores have moved to different locations within the mall, so make sure that you check the updated directory. The best times to visit Tysons Corner are either early in the morning or about an hour before closing. If you want to get some shopping done while in the area, Tysons Corner is the place for you!

This past week I've been shopping in store for their closing sale, which has been chaos. Writing this review because as the dismal customer service providers move onto their next company management has an attitude that being kind and accommodating no longer matters. I was literally told that by, Malcolm. I asked him was he retiring you'd like to be employed again surely. I'm believe he gave me a fake last name when I told him I'd be reviewing this experience. My sales person Bouchra Drummond couldn't be bothered to stick around for the sale, so commission's conscious- I reduce the number of items I was planning to purchase from six to just one Laquan Smith top that had seen better days. I really hoped that someone could have attempted to remove the stains or offered a discount because it was the last one, but they refused. Eventually, after shopping, the mall some more I decided to come back for that top. I asked for the Manager explained how a pair of jeans I purchased the day before had a similar issue, but the store cleaned them and gave me a discount because the stain wasn't completely removed- & that's when Malcolm told me that whoever helped me previously was not an actual store manager, the discount that the sales person offered he couldn't match & at this point & What was offered he didn't even wanna give me. Reason being because I kept asking questions. I had to ask do you want me to stop talking. I also had to ask if he wanted to cancel the transaction because "that's a choice" but no he wanted that sale. I dont blame Mr Malcolm because he said Saks left him with no alterationists (now it's corporate and other managers have better offerings because they've been treated better. Which I can only hear as implied racism. So I'm standing up for your Mr Malcolm. But unfortunately not Bouchra Drummond or Fresh who literally threw the top at me when I asked her to wrap it. Mr Malcolm then clearly embarrassed now yelled at the lady to wrap the item. If this how they been carrying on good luck to the future employers. And Whew Saks. Things have gone mightily downhill. No respect for the customers OR THE BRANDS. Eeeyuck
