This store is pretty hit or miss. It's huge--a throwback to the classic department stores of yesteryear. You can find almost everything here, from men's undershirts and baby apparel to discount toy, art work, cosmetics, and home decor. Frankly, a lot of the items are cheap, low-quality stuff that you've never heard of before. Some things look practically like knock offs of higher-end goods. But there are some pretty good finds at pretty good prices, if you're looking closely. The kids section is particularly expansive and has cute stuff. The store is kept pretty clean and organized for being so big. There tends to be a long line at checkout, and make sure that they take the alarm sensors off your items (a lot of things have them). read more

This is in an extremely busy area. My goodness 7 Corners is borderline madness. If you want to see traffic adventures, this parking lot is unique. Please be aware of your surroundings! My recommendation is park as far as possible. With that being said the store is alright. It's a guess but volume here, leads to less deals. For instance I usually go here for fall jackets and sweats. There are some, but I fare better at their other locations. Men's dress clothes is quite impressive. Will you be waiting in line? Yes but that's part of getting a bargain. There's some junky stuff in grooming and the like, yet if you know what you want, this covers the basics. read more

I seem to go to many stores repeatedly due to Covid restrictions but not being able to try on clothing, there is no other choice but to buy, try at home, & return; thus, the "vicious" cycle, lol. Seriously though, you have so many peeps constantly touching everything as they shop so what's the big deal with dressing rooms; there is more exposure taking things home, exposing them to more germs only to be returned and touched all over again. Even if they quarantine returned items you still have many, many peeps touching the entire store all day, every day. But I digress. Anyhoo, this Burlington always has a greeter that readily cleans a cart or basket for you & they have hand sanitizer readily available. Like any other discount store, it's hit or miss on the finds but the staff is friendly and managers are always willing to accommodate you if there is an issue. I asked the cashier to first allow me to put my number for my points and maybe I'll get a discount since days before I bought a lot, she told me no, that's it It was later that I charged everything with my card. Deals on deals on deals! I'm pretty sure this location is under new management and it's great! It's a lot cleaner than it was before and more organized. You can find a lot of this areas sports teams ( Wizards, Caps, Nats and that Washington football team!) gear for cheap. Why pay $60-$70 when you can grab it here for $10-$20? There's also just a lot of cool random stuff too that yo can check out. read more

This is a hit and miss place. The place is like Winners and Marshalls so you can find everything here but you will have to hunt for treasures in a a lot of trash. The pricing is reasonable on many high end brands. Make sure you have plenty of energy, time and don't be hungry as there is no restaurant inside or seating. There is a long line to wait and there is only cashier. The others just walk back and forth. So frustrated!! I have to wait and wait for a long time and got no assistance from anyone one and so other people in line. I don't recommend anyone to come here. Period!!! read more

They closed fitting rooms so unless you want to purchase everything you might want to try on and keep coming back to long lines trying to return I wouldn't go. The other Burlington won't even accept all merchandise purchased at this location within 30 days so buyer beware. read more

Has a great variety of items and if you're patient, you might find some good deals. I wish they were a little more organized. They have a lot of registers but only one or two of them are open which makes a big line to pay. Every time I'm there I have to wait 10-15 min just to pay for my items. Also, you're very likely to see jewelry missing pieces, clothing on the floor and broken items. The bathrooms are okay, sometimes a little messy. That area has plenty of parking spots, others stores and fast food restaurants. Easy access to public transportation, route 50 and 7. I think it's a good store to buy gifts and workout clothes. Sometimes they have really nice shoes and bathing suits. read more

Horrible staff. They have one register open with a long line and a petulant child name Noe that was rude, couldn't do his job, rolled his eye, refused a manager when I ask if another register could be opened. The store is bare. Staff just hanging around and seemed to be walking backwards when asked to open a register. Manager could not be bothered to stay at the register to ease the tensions in the long line. This place is garbage. read more

I love coming to this Burlington. They are becoming more organized and department store appearance. I can easily navigate through the store. They always have plenty of cashiers to get the line going quickly. And of course the prices of things are unbeatable. read more

I went to the store with my service dog and was followed around the store by employees and security it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was then kicked out of the store with my dog. What an inconvenience to go to a store that is not welcoming nor professional. If you have a esa or service dog please do not come to this location. This store is extremely well organized and considering it's the holidays the shelves and racks are shockingly in order so it's relatively easy to find what you are looking for. Now let's talk about prices! My friends call me cheap but I prefer frugal and guess what? You can get some seriously great deals here on name brands. It's also not just the ugly version of name brand stuff that people don't want to wear but actual things you will like and be able to wear with pride. read more

I actually enjoy this Burlington more because of how convenient it is and the fact that it's bigger than the others I've been to in Fairfax. Yes, I know that this store has clothes everywhere, people everywhere, and just everything...everywhere. But, the times I've come out of this Burlington, the hard work I put in looking for those finds have been well worth the savings. I prefer this one because I REFUSE to go to Woodbridge and Fairfax is a bit further for me so I have to take in some of the things that need to be improved about the store, but nonetheless, I am prepared and walk in knowing it's not going to be LOFT where I know everything will be immaculate. If you're going in her thinking it's Ann Taylor or LOFT then you need to check your expectations at the door - turn around, and leave. And as someone whose closet is filled with LOFT you need to chill and get ready like you would at TJMAXX - You need to have time and not be in a rush. Yes, you'll be in the checkout line forever but take that time to figure out whether or not the stuff you have in hand will actually be best for you. Main point being, you have to be in the right mind and when you are this place is perfect for that. A little tidbit is to also come on weekdays if you can so you aren't coming with the 1,000 other people here doing the same thing as you are. Now, they are trying to be better able to handle the capacity coming through the doors and they're (it seems) working on having more people at the register which in my experience means they're pretty quick to get you out but don't expect people to ask you about your day, and what your plans are, and...and...no, you might just have to sacrifice the friendliness if you don't want to be in the checkout line ALL DAY. So, with that in mind, I'm the type that I have my stuff and while some have attempted to ask me about life in general I know they are making an effort but I also know the other 10 people behind me want to move about their day.
