First thing coming in the security guard tells us we have only 15 mins. 30 secs after that, a guy goes on the intercom and tells everybody the store is closing in 5 mins?!? 5 mins goes by and he tells everyone that the store is now closed and everyone needs to checkout and leave. This location really needs to get their staff on the same schedule here and not make up false closing times. If you guys don't really want to work and want everyone out of the store, just change your closing time to 10:30. Look at every other chain department store. When it's closing time, they make an announcement beforehand and when they actually close, but they don't start pushing people out way before then. Tustin Market Place is way better. They don't aggressively push people out and the security guard there is nice and friendly.

I recently stopped by the Fine Jewelry department at Macy's MainPlace Mall for help with a pair of small diamond hoop earrings I purchased from Macy's about six years ago. The clasp had gotten loose, and the gentleman helping me actually tried to adjust it himself first. After taking a closer look, he realized it needed a little more work and would probably have to be sent out for repair. Instead of automatically having me send them out through Macy's, he suggested I try a small jewelry repair shop inside the mall because he thought they could take care of it quicker and for less money. I'm so glad he did! They had my earrings repaired, cleaned and polished within about 15 minutes. Macy's may not have gotten the repair sale that day , but THIS is the kind of customer service I appreciate. He genuinely tried to help me find the easiest and most affordable solution instead of worrying about making a sale. Thank you to the gentleman in Fine Jewelry who helped me! I recently realized I've hardly bought anything from this Macy's because the selection isn't that large. If I want to shop specifically at Macy's, I go to Brea Mall or South Coast Plaza. In some ways, you could call this "Macy's Light". Now the win for this location is their Backstage on the 3rd floor. I bought a belt there today for $9.99, but when they rang it up, it was $6.76 (or about), and I had a $10 reward on my Macy's card, so it was free! Gotta love that. I also recently did a return here from an online purchase gone bad (the item had a big ole' stain on it!), and the return was flawless. And maybe I just now figured this out, but they also now have furniture on the 3rd floor where children's used to be. I have no clue where the children's section is now. In a nutshell, there are good deals to be found here, and depending on which department you're in, you may or may not find help (Men's shoes is one department you may have to wait a bit, as I usually only see one person working), but it's an OK Macy's.

I think that was actually the last time I shopped at JCPenney. I miss the days when going to the mall and shopping at department stores were fun. It's sad that many of these stores are closing and people just don't go to malls like they used to. I came here on Black Friday and found some good deals. It wasn't as crowded as I expected, maybe due to the location. The entire mall didn't seem that busy, I don't know how this location compares to others but store seemed understaffed for the size. It has three levels but only saw registers at the first floor with just three to four cashiers. Thought they would have more for Black Friday.

So it can cause premature tire wear or just negligence?? Additionally, they fooled around with her positive battery terminal and left it loose. So her car was having issues with starting intermittently and her dash clock kept resetting every time she turned off vehicle. Why would you mess with anything under the hood when you are just changing tires???? Oh, last but not least, they didn't replace her valve stems and they ruined one of them. I swear I wish I were there when she took her vehicle there. I would've made them do everything right or give us a full refund and take your tires back. I swear.

I walked out w/ 2 jean skirts, a black leather skirt, a pink top, a silicone lift pasty & a chain belt. I spent $120 total but honestly I'm not mad about it. The skirts are SO comfy & stretchy.
