The racks were cluttered and disorganized, there was trash and loose hangers all over the floor and clumps of hair in the fitting rooms. I saw more than 10 persons working more concerned with who had the clipboard than greeting me or doing anything that would make sense. I made a purchase, and Ausima was awful to me at the counter. I followed the card prompts 3 times before she told me that I didnt have enough funds in my account and she was putting it back... that was incorrect, she was canceling my transactions and blaming me for her irritation. I asked her to step back while the card processed and it went through just fine. Before I left she was so kind as to intentionally drop my purchase on the floor before putting it in a bag. I feel very disrespected and insulted and I'm taking it back. read more

I was so excited for a Bloomingdale's Outlet in Orange County. I visited yesterday after an hour looking for parking and I found this outlet very disappointing. It was way smaller then expected and not many selection. Save yourself the time and go visit Nordstrom Rack next door. read more

Buyer Beware! If you are consumers who appreciates quality do not shop at this establishment. Their return policy is not in the best interest of its consumer, you can only return an item after 30 day, with the tag still attached (Who keeps tags on items when it has been used). I purchased a Rebecca Minkoff handbag, paying over $100.00; after 3 months the handles begin to separate from actual bag itself, I purchased the bag in February and made contact with store in May, of course they would not refund, partially refund or exchange the merchandise, and what was a crack-up is the sales rep, offered a solution: you can take it to a shoe repair place and they will fix it! LMAO Although spending over $100.00 on a handbag may not be a lot to some, there is an expectation that the product would last longer than 3 months! First, shame on me for patronizing an establishment with unreasonable return policy, and not checking out their return policy. Secondly, shame on Bloomingdale's outlet for having such a unreasonable return/refund policy. Finally, CONSUMERS BEWARE!! This store either steals money or shares customers' credit card data with third parties. In five hours after I have made a purchase there I was charged the same amount by another Bloomingdale's store located some thousand miles away. I called the store, but they seem to be absolutely useless - they could do nothing about that, they were even unwilling to escalate this within Bloomingdale's. Bloomingdale's customers' support seems not to care about this case at all. Frustrating and negative experience. read more

Rarely do i go shopping, for some odd reason me and my daughter decided to go to bloomingdales outlet for our first time on Wednesday May 17th. This is by far the nicest outlet i have ever been too very nice store , clean and the costumer service is unbelievably great. I want to thank the bloomingdales staff for doing an amazing job keeping the store clean and doing a good job helping us with our purchase. A young man who stand out to us specially to my daughter helped us out with shoe sizes a suit for my husband he was very patient with us giving opinions and most of all respectful. Huge selection of designer clothing!!! Pretty much comparable to Nordstrom Rack. It seems like this store is part of the new wing of stores that was added to the Block. I was greeted by the security guards at the door. I looked at the clothes, all very cute but I had no luck, sadly. However, I was able to find some decently priced Saint Laurent sunglasses for the summer months ahead at a steal!!! I'll definitely be coming back!! read more

My girlfriend and I were just in there browsing since we haven't checked this out since it opened. We strolled around the clothing and then headed to the shoes to see if I'd have any luck finding any Charlotte Olympia on sale. I saw an AP person out of the corner of my eye walking towards us and thought nothing of it. But then she walked directly to us and it looked as if she was coming over to say something to us. Instead, she bent over literally right behind my girlfriends behind to pick up trash that was coincidentally right behind her and then very bluntly peeked into our bag of stuff we had purchased from Levi's. We felt incredibly disrespected and accused of being up to no good. I've seen AP staff better trained at Target and I've been treated better at regular Bloomingdales locations. We immediately left and finished our shopping at Nordstrom Rack across the way. read more

Horrible service. My purse strap broke after 3 weeks of purchase. Came back to possibly exchange it. I didn't have a tag since I didn't think I would ever have a problem with it, so I threw the tag away. One of the managers approved the exchange, but then another manager (Lakaylah)came over and said I could not exchange it since I didn't have the tag. In order for me to exchange it i would need the tag to look up my receipt. I understood, but when I asked if they could pull it up through my rewards card or maybe call another store, they told me that was not possible and that was the end of it. From the moment I got to the cashier I felt cashier not willing to help, the only reason I got a little help was because the first manager over heard and told him it was ok to exchange it. Bloomingdale's is the place to shop! Great, friendly staff and reasonable affordable prices. They always have sales going on and new merchandise pretty often. By far one of the best outlet stores at the outlets of Orange. read more

There was a new associate that was helping me with a return initially. McKayla, not sure her position, stepped in to help. She was friendly and helpful. Theresa, store manager, was in proximity when she also stepped in to assist. Managers at most companies are generally given the discretion to make judgment calls. I'm extremely satisfied with her swift approach to resolve the situation. Def impressed with the overall customer service here! read more
