Since starting my new job, I've had a more professional dress code to adhere to so Ann Taylor is my clothier of choice. Ann Taylor Factory at the Outlets of Orange has a fairly standard clearance section. I ended up grabbing 3 pairs of trousers for $24.99 - $29.99 each. The store is fairly large so there's a lot to choose from. I have a store credit card and was told that if I upgraded to the MC, I'd get more points with my AT purchases, plus I'd get 20% off my purchase, if I applied for it same day. Sure, why not? I really like their clothes for work so I'll be a returning customer. The AT credit card is also valid for use at the Loft and Loft Factory stores as well. The AT Factory store have sales going on throughout the year, with most of the sales centered around holidays. While the items on sale can vary, it's best to check out the clearance section for your size. It's hit or miss but for me, my size is always available. It's just the process of choosing which looks best. I stick to classics because they are more versatile. They also carry accessories like jewelry, scarves, shoes, and hats so you can buy a complete outfit if needed. Service is pretty standard for an outlet store. I'm definitely a fan. read more

4.5 Rating. Over the years, I've purchased what I believe to be high quality, in fashion clothing and with a generous discount here. I like to shop here when they have storewide markdowns. The Petite Line is pretty good here. Sometimes I shop Regular sizes because the torso length is longer. The check out process goes through smoothly most of the time. They ring you up fairly quickly and accurately. Costume jewelry here is cute. You can get good deals here when they have percentages off throughout the store. Many times you can find good bargains. The clothes have held up well over time. Might visit in January when they have a clearance sale (if they have one. They probably are going to do so.) read more

Buyer beware! Too expensive for crappy quality. Bought a blouse instore in early November (2021), worn and washed once. Seam literally shredded. Took back to store to be told there was nothing that could be done since I'd worn and washed it. So, either take your $45 and light it on fire, or shop with a company that values quality, and some degree of customer satisfaction. This store is not it. If I could give 0 stars I would. The Tannersville store has gone down hill over the years. The lady with sequence top on Sat made me feel unwelcome. Also discussing customers with fellow employees when other people could hear about her busy Black Friday weekend not good that should have been done behind close doors not in presence of customers. Terrible. Will never be back. I visited the store on July 17, around 4:15 pm. When I walked in, there were three ladies behind the cashier counter, doing nothing, just chatting away. They didn't even greet me or acknowledge me. As I looked around, there was one employee (an Asian lady with glasses) who asked me if I needed help, but that was all. Even as I was leaving, the three women behind the counter were still chatting and didn't even look in my way. I was starting to wonder if I'm invisible today lol I'm a regular at Ann Taylor loft and I was going to buy a lot with my Ann Taylor card... but with that terrible attitude, I decided to leave without buying anything. read more

When I get an email that says 40% off Entire Store- especially for decent work clothes- I go! Happy that this place is an Outlet- Don't know when this happened, but Yay! I used to have to drive all the way out to Cabazon but now it's right here @ The Block! Good selection for suits, pants, casual, and accessories. They have both regular and petite sizes. Best. Ann. Taylor. Ever. It of course helped that I used to work within walking distance, which is dangerous. That being said, Ann Taylor is my favorite store for work clothes and this location is huge with a great selection. I could easily spend hundreds here. While I have a difficult size to fit at most trendy stores, the clothes here just fit. I love how well made the clothes are and always get compliments from co-workers. I think it's cute enough for 20 somethings while being conservative enough for older ages (of course, you can't trust my judgement on style as I often rock the same styles as ladies I meet in their 70s or 80s. Win.). This is the location where I first fell in love with them. The staff here are very sweet and polite and willing to help you. They can quickly find items you're looking for, different sizes you need, or just general advice. That kind of advice is great when I'm shopping solo. I would pass on the accessories, but other than that, love everything here! I love how long their clearance racks are- makes me very happy! read more

I think I spent the bulk of my time on this shopping trip here. Ann Taylor just has various sizes to fit different body shapes and sizes. I walked away with 4 tops that fit so well and are priced right. After a 40% discount each piece is less than $30. That's incredible value for the fit, good materials and details. Like Allison K.'s review, I used to think that Ann Taylor is for older women but I just found so many pieces that can work for office and casual. And they are so well cut to fit. It's just so relaxing to shop here, the amount of traffic is just right and there's always space in the dressing rooms. They don't restrict the number of pieces you can try. I agree with Debbie E. that it can be confusing when people don't remove clothing from the rooms after trying, but overall it's a very comfortable environment. I just take my time, try as many pieces as I want and don't worry about breaking the bank because the clothes are priced right and I know they will last for a long time in terms of quality and style. I like Ann taylor clothes and go often.. This particular outlet in Orange is convinient place to shop since it has many good stores without being overwhelming.. Having said that my visit this time was terrible .. I went today to look for memorial day deals and also to return a top back to them .. I went straight to reception.. The receptionist had the coldest face and rolling her eyes said we cannot take with tag removed .. Also looks used .. Why dont you wait around .. I will ask manager .. This could have been more pleasant and more customer freindly .. Having said that .. I went to Loft .. Where deals were great ans staff was awesome ! Stay away from this particular store .. This Ann Taylor FS sucks. I received a 20% coupon from a friend and asked if I could return two shirts I bought a couple days before and repurchase with my coupon. I actually wanted to buy an additional shirt. The sales rep said I couldn't which is so ridiculous. So I returned the two shirts and bought the one with my coupon. Macys, costco, Saks . . . They all do this! I will never shop here again. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY sucks!! Instead of helping your customer save extra money so they can buy more, you lost out on additional sales. As an "adult" this is one of the few stores where I can find clothes that don't make me look like an 18 or an 80 year old. Unfortunately, there's not much of a clothing market out there for the 30 (ish) to 60 (ish) group of women. I like that they have both work and fun clothes, in petite and regular sizes. The clothes are laid out in an orderly fashion (never messy), with suggestions of how you could wear each piece. The customer service is on target. They are supportive, but not commission-hungry. Employees will get you whatever you need... put your clothes in a dressing room, get you new sizes, suggestions if you ask for them. The only downside is that even though it is an outlet, the prices are still a wee bit high, and I do tend to spend far too much when I come in here. Most importantly, their clothes are very durable and well made. You won't have some of the issues with their clothes that you might with other brands (tears, pilling, pulling apart at seams, threads unraveling, etc.). I would definitely recommend shopping here!! Note: If you park down by Lucky Strike/Dave & Busters, you won't deal with as much of the parking insanity... Ann Taylor is just down the isle from Lucky Strike and Sport's Authority. read more

Ann Taylor is one of my absolute favorite stores/designers so this outlet store is absolutely the best! To get these wonderful clothes at such discounted prices is amazing. They always have a great selection of styles and sizes, with new stuff arriving all the time. Although the location of this store at the Block is not completely ideal, especially with the challenging construction and limited parking right now, I will continue to deal with those things to shop here. read more

What a successful shopping trip that was. I do not like to shop but knew I needed to for an upcoming trip to DWTS, wedding shower, conference, and a wedding so I decided this was the day. It was suggested to me by my daughter Nicole (from another mother and the bride-to-be) a trip to Ann Taylor Factory Store would be just the thing. Nicole found the young lady, Azalea, that helped another family member find just the right dress for the wedding. Wow what great help she was...between Azalea, Nicole, and my son I am set for all the occasions I would be attending in the next couple of months. To top things off everything was 50% off the lowest price on the price tag...I saved $287.50. I will be sure to look for Azalea when I go there again and I will that is for sure. read more

Great selection of clothes at reduced prices. Great clearance selection grouped by color and size. They carry petite and average sizes with a multiple range of casual, work, and dressier styles. I don't really like their work clothes, but I do like their casual wear especially the shorts. The shorts are not to long and not to short, just a perfect length that isn't matronly or showing booty. The store and dressing rooms are well organized and clean. The mannequins were dressed impeccably and accessorized to showcase their current selections. The associates were courteous and helpful. I bought a couple of clearance items that were marked down and with an additional 60% off. But you must have patience to scour the clearance racks. Overall I enjoyed my shopping experience. Am I really the first to write about this place? From what I recall, this used to be a Loft, and then one day it converted to an outlet. Fine by me! It is a mixture of regular and sale price items, but there is a lot of inventory to sift through. Even the dressing area sneaks in a few extra rolling racks of deals. I'm pretty sure I always leave here with a purchase, but never feel guilty about it. This must've been placed at the Block for all the moms out there who are waiting to pick up their vagrants from AMC. I feel old when I drive up here (thankfully, I don't look it). read more

Gasp! I've found another Ann Taylor factory store! Happy me. This AT is decently sized however the petite section is only moderate. The overall store carries more of the business type clothing rather than casual, even though there are a ton of tables with casual shirts on them. The dressing room has large rooms and good lighting, but is a disaster from people just trying the clothing on and not removing it from the room when they are done. My elderly mother was treated so poorly at this store it took every bit of patience in me not to tell off GRACE the rudest worker I have ever encountered. My mother is.. WAS a regular at this store...( she will not step foot in this store ever again )!! My Mom & I went in on Saturday to shop and to make a card payment.. The pin pad wasn't working and she asked GRACE to help her. Grace aggressively responded and told my mother she wasn't using the pin pad right and when my mom spoke to Grace in Spanish Grace acted like she didn't understand my mother... then when I jumped in because I was disgusted by someone disrespecting my mother who has been a loyal ann taylor card holder for years GRACE THEN RESPONDED IN SPANISH....so I don't understand 1. why she was so rude to my mother and aggressive when asked for help. 2. why pretended she didn't know Spanish. 3. who the hell she thought she was thinking she could get away with being so rude as if we were stealing from her closet. 4 how on earth she was hired. my tip to the manager at this store: EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO BE COURTEOUS. & Yes Corporate is aware of this incident. read more

Poor customer service here, my mother went in yesterday and she had two young ladies not help her at all and acted as if they were too good. They were working around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. I was in dire need of professional yet stylish and comfortable clothing. Thank goodness the Ann Taylor Factory Store had what I needed for my upcoming conference. Connie was so helpful by recommending different styles of shirts, pants, and skirts that would best fit my body type. I'm 4'11 so most of the time I have to tailor all my clothing in order to fit correctly. Luckily at this store I found about 5 different outfits that worked perfectly for me. The customer service here is HORRIBLE! Do not shop here!!!! I bought some sweaters here that did not fit right. Unfortunately I had a surgery just a couple days afterwards and could not make it back to return the merchandise within their 45 DAY period. I showed up on DAY 48 and they would only partially refund me, even though they were still selling the same sweaters on the rack. To make it worse, it was only store credit too, not even my $$$ back. They gave me some BS about quick turnaround of their product, blah, blah, blah. Mind you, I had also bought some stuff from Banana Republic on the same day and had just returned those clothes WITH NO PROBLEM. They took it right back, full refund. First time walking into the store and I was very pleased with the service and merchandise purchased . I went in during (Black Friday / black Thursday) around 11:30 pm on Thursday and they had good sales going on. I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed help . At the moment I didn't but when I did have a question a sales rep was easy to access. Elia was amazing , she mentioned the extra discount off , if I opened a credit card and she helped me threw the quick process. Elia looked up several prices on things that didn't have items. Elia explained the promotions going on that night and was super helpful. I walked out with lots of goodies: skirts, tops, and coats. I purchased some things , then went back a couple hours later with a friend that same night. Gabriela helped us out and she was so polite and respectful despite being so busy. I didn't feel rushed and answered all of my questions. Thanks Gabriela! My friend and I walked out with lots of good items and had a pleasant experience. I came this past Saturday and the store was very busy. The employees who work here are stellar! They operate unlike an outlet and work as if they are working for a store like Nordstrom which is notorious for their customer service. I was greeted the moment I walked in, offered assistance while I was shopping, and even when I checked out, the employees were helpful in answering questions that I had. Whoever does the hriing there has done a good job because I see a common theme there-they are all eager to please customers! I had a very pleasant shopping experience there which was especially surprising since I usually find outlet customer service to be lackluster. read more

Decent selection but less-than-stellar customer service. Cashier was reluctant to look for another size even though there was no one else in line and the store was rather empty. She gave such a dirty look when my credit card was temporarily declined by the bank--from too much holiday shopping in one day and not a lack of funds. I might have rated this store lower few months ago, I generally love Ann Taylor and the LOFT but this outlet was a hit or a miss for me in the past. I have just visited the store again this weekend, they had a great amount of new stuff, all 40% off. The colors and styles are AMAZING this season (pinks/reds/levander/white/black etc) I spent an ungodly amount of money but practically replaced half of my closet. Everything seemed to fit, the fabrics were so fine and the tailoring flattering. Please keep up the good work Ann Taylor Factory Outlet, don't go back to the "old women" styles, I maybe 37 but I still like well tailored clothes in eye pleasing colors! And I don't think that will change when I am 60. read more
