I have been getting tint for several years and never have I ever encountered this reaction. It was a very disappointing experience given the excellent reviews. It would have been great if the website specified their restrictions for the service, or screened me first before I wasted my time. If you're looking to tint those brows, look elsewhere.

I either have Connie or Bianca as my sugarist when I come and they are both amazing. They are personable and will make you feel completely comforable. I've learned so much about caring for my skin from them. I've gotten so many services, underarm wax, leg wax, upper lip wax, etc. A few months ago I had to have surgery and explained my situation and they were happy to extend my packages so they wouldn't expire because I couldn't come in for services. They take care of you here! Parking can be a bit tricky though so make sure you come a few minutes early to find it.

The prices are reasonable too, a little cheaper than some other spas I checked out. I said ok thats fair enough and booked an appointment. When I got there, my lash tech wasn't that friendly and didnt have good customer service skills. She didnt stop at any point to see how I was doing or ask if I was comfortable etc like you would at any other treatment facility. Worst part is..after the lift she didnt even let me get the tint! Said I would have to make a whole separate appointment and come back for that. Probably because I was the last appt before her weekend? I dont know what her reasoning is but I didnt appreciate that at all and felt like I got jipped. She sent me home with 2-3 mascara wands with instructions to keep them clean and that was it. The lift only lasted like 2 weeks. No one noticed or complimented them either. Mind you I already have long lashes as it is. The lift didnt add much to my look at all. Tip: Don't waste your time any money on a lift unless you already have crazy long voluminous lashes already..go straight to the falsies or just use mascara at home. Another tip: read the actual reviews! A lot of people's reviews below don't match up to the amount of stars they gave so don't depend on ratings.

The only qualm I have is that afterwards, I had some redness above my eyebrow that I thought was just the normal redness. On a closer look, it was a small abrasion from the threading. I've never had that before, regardless of how bad the threading was. I also recommend that you go with your own eyebrow comb, tweezers and scissors as hers looked worn.
