Anna is super sweet, does an incredible job every time I've gone, cares about what you think and is very attentive to what you are asking for. She is mindful, pays attention to detail and makes sure you are always happy. If you're looking for a great nail place, give them a try. I recently moved to the area and was with my other nail tech for over 5 years, but can honestly say that I'm very happy with Blossom nails and would easily recommend them to others looking. Went for a walk in pedicure, not a great experience. The pedicure itself was poor quality and very expensive compared to my regular salon. Short massage, pushy about services and when I politely declined they quickly just did the bare minimum. I honestly will have to get it re done in a week it looks so rough. They asked me to upgrade my services and told me my hands look very bad and need polish/manicure. I'm an RN and cannot have polish on my hands (for safety and cleanliness reasons). They acted mad when I politely declined an add on "cuticle trim" for $30 which they claimed was discounted price. They also argued because I asked for regular polish instead of gel for my pedicure. It was $38 before tip for regular and $10 extra for gel. I felt belittled and very uncomfortable when I declined. I honestly wanted to walk out. I wish I would have. For reference I have gotten pedicures at about 15 to 20 different salons in the treasure Valley area over the past decade. I get them fairly regularly (every 4 to 8 weeks). This may have been the second to worst looking pedicure I have received, however, they win the prize for making the experience, the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming by far. Oh my gosh!!! NEW OWNERS & ALL NEW PEOPLE! CLEAN!!! Happy environment! All new furniture. New pedicure chairs even!!! They are so sweet and kind -they even offer you water! They take time with you (but aren't slow) and don't rush you like your just a body. They let YOU decide the color shape of nail etc. (unlike other nail salons that do what they want to your nails and make you feel like you're rushed and unimportant). My gal was hard upselling telling me how dry my feet were which they were not. I kindly declined, ended up getting the bare minimum. No massage on feet lightly on calves with lotion. She actually painted my toes first to avoid it like she was punishing me. So many other locations in the area that have better service at $38! The guys doing my nails didn't understand anything I tried to tell him. I tried to let him know I had an acrylic nail and but I don't want acrylic again. He insisted on filling the acrylic. I paid for a soak off, and he barely let it sit. Then he drilled the heck out of all my nails regardless, despite the fact that I was trying to explain that I paid for the soak off to avoid drilling the heck out of them. I paid over $100 for a mani pedi and most of my nails have cracked and broken off completely because of how much he drilled. Literally the worst nail experience ever. read more

This is the worst set of nails I have ever gotten done. I have been getting my nails done for years and never once have I left the salon with bloody cuticles and burning fingers. Not only were all my nails different sizes and shapes, but it's been only a week and the pant is chipping off and one of my nails has already broken just from drying my hands on a towel. I made an appointment here because my usual salon is closed on Tuesday's. The man who did my nails cut open two of my fingers at the beginning of the appointment and by the time I left my fingers were throbbing. I honestly wish i would've just gotten up and left at that point. Might I also add i was charged $90. Are you kidding? RIDICULOUS. Now it's barely been a week and a nail already broken without me even doing anything. Absolutely will never return to this salon and will be calling for a partial refund. I'm genuinely shocked with how awful these nails are. Insane. Don't come here. The video is the day of showing how red my fingers were. Beware! Spend your time and money elsewhere. I have never written or expressed such dissatisfaction with a nail salon, but after today, this is warranted. This is the second time we have tried Blossom, and the second poor experience. The nail services my daughter and I received at Blossom, I paid $140 in total, but the quality of service and the professionalism displayed by the staff were well below acceptable standards. Both my daughter's and my nail sets were uneven in width and length, and the overall appearance was extremely poor. During my daughter's service, she was cut multiple times while her previous nails were being removed and filed. She was also given only one coat of polish, despite asking for the color to match the sample she selected. When I questioned this, I was told that applying two coats would cause the polish to chip -- a statement that any reputable salon would know is incorrect. The salon offered very limited color options, and no proper display was available. After multiple requests, we were handed a few small swatch books containing roughly 15 -20 low-quality colors, which did not reflect a professional selection or service standard. Additionally, the customer service was unprofessional and inappropriate. Staff members were dismissive and made offhand remarks, including one male employee referencing women being "crazy" and asking what time it was (3:05PM) because I was the last client and he wanted to leave. Due to the poor quality and uncomfortable experience, my daughter and I immediately went to Bliss Nail Salon in Eagle, where we had both sets redone correctly -- at the same price -- and were provided with excellent service and proper polish application, warm towels, and cuticle oil. Their technicians confirmed that applying two coats is standard procedure and should not cause chipping when done correctly. Not to mention they couldn't believe the poor work Blossom did. Before leaving your salon, I requested a partial refund due to leaving without paint on my nails, my daughters with the wrong color, and given the poor quality of work and the need to have the service redone elsewhere. My request was dismissed. I therefore paid the full amount under protest and advised I be disputing this charge with my bank due to failure to provide the paid-for services in a professional and satisfactory manner, as well as leaving this review. Matt- I firmly believe in providing quality work and doing my job right, giving customers what they deserve and pay for. You obviously don't. You care about turning customers out as fast as you can without quality behind your name. Even with complaints, no one in your staff tried to make it right. Your staff spent more time making excuses than if they would have just done it right. Do better... it's not that hard. read more
