Pretty chaotic. I make appointments and have been there 4 times. Not one of my appointments have I have been seated on time. Average wait time 15 minutes being nice here. Once was well over 30 minutes. Beautiful salon but time management needs improvement. I have been getting pedis and nail services of all kinds for 30 years. Services are average at best. For receiving the best in the valley award is really a stretch. Not getting in on time with appointments is where they really falter. read more

I arrived for a scheduled appointment, only to be informed by the manager that my nail tech was unavailable due to overbooking. They asked me to come back another day, but said I could wait for a pedicure. I still had to wait over 30 minutes. When my nail tech offered to complete my nails immediately after, the manager refused, citing a four person waitlist, and told me to return an hour and a half later. In total, between leaving and coming back it took 5 hours to complete both. The overall experience was very disorganized and the manager prioritized other clients over me and had a lack of respect for clients' schedules. The manager's hostile communication with the staff was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. I will not be returning. read more

I got a gift card for my birthday, and I took my daughter with me. My nails were okay but my daughter's nails were pretty bad. She got GEL X nails and 5 days later 3 nails fell off started chipping. She had lines on the tip of her nails and the lines were not even they were all chunky, she found several hairs under the nail polish. And service was bad, I would not recommend coming back!! I've been here twice and twice I left with bloody toes. This is ridiculous. The only reason why I came back a second time was to finish my gift card and the second pedicure was worse than the first. The lady took a chunk out of my toe trying to cut my cuticle and it wouldn't stop bleeding even after I got home. They also didn't care and didn't even offer a discount. Had an appointment and made it clear I had a hard stop. They put me in the pedicure chair and had me sit for 1/2 hour before starting. Then they ended up having 5 different people work on me, which was so inefficient (each person doing one part of the process and then walking away). They seem to take all appointments and walk-ins to not turn business away, but likely don't understand how much return business they're losing because of the horrible time management. I took my granddaughter in for her first nail & spa experience. Needless to say it was a total disaster! Made an appointment for 10:15. Someone call and asked us to come at 10:35. My daughter got a full set with white tips and a heart. The nail tech clearly struggled with painting the white tips and was visibly frustrated, sighing and making my daughter feel uncomfortable. She hacked away at my toes like she was trimming meat, left me bleeding in multiple spots, and then blamed me for it--claiming a hangnail was the issue. Are you serious? I asked for a refund after seeing the damage--raw, torn-up skin, cuts everywhere--and she had the audacity to say no, like this mess was somehow acceptable. First time here. They have a great versatile menu that offers services beyond just nails. My sisters and I came and felt pampered. Employees were super nice. We were offered water and muffins. Everything was great. My only complaint is how long it took. Our pedicures and manicures were not done simultaneously and it took a while to get sat, even though we made appointments and were told the best time to come. Overall, I'd recommend. This is absolutely one of the best nail salons we've ever been to! Jen gave me an amazing pedicure. She did fantastic at the massage and getting all my dead skin. Also, I loved Jessica so much! She gave me beautiful nails. They both took their time and paid attention to the details of what they were doing. They were fun to interact with and very friendly! Worst most awkward pedicure I've had in my life. The lady I started with left about 15 minutes in to sit down in a massage chair. Then a guy came over to finish my pedicure and had no clue how to clip and clean up my nails, started to use his OWN dirty thumbnail to clean my cuticle and I said NO THANK YOU! This nail salon just opened here a few months ago and it's super neat and clean inside. Smells great too. I walked in and was greeted right away. Signed into the iPad, waited a few minutes, but that's understandable since I was a walk-in. They had me sit in the pedicure chair and offered me a hot drink (apple cider, yum!). Everyone working there is super friendly. I couldn't do the cooling mask due to possible allergies and so the nail tech swapped that for more lotion/massage. Overall, great experience here and I'll be back for my next pedi. Only note to add is that the "hot towels" were kinda cold, but I'd rather that than scalding hot towels! Update: I went in for a gel mani. My second time there. I called before going as it was later on a weekday and the owner actually was the one who did my mani. She is a really sweet lady, actually took her time on my nails and did a great job. I don't get my nails done a lot, just as a treat to myself and coming to this salon really does feel like a spa day. I'll be taking my mom here and tell my sister about it too. So disappointed in this place! I have given them multiple tries as every business has some off days, but they repeatedly over book and fall super behind because of it. No matter how ahead you make an appointment or arrive early, you are stuck waiting for 30+ minutes. The owner is sitting right there and doesn't acknowledge the over bookings or the massive delays. Unless you have an extra hour to wait and hang out in the salon PAST your appointment window, don't come here. A 45 minute manicure takes over two hours because they don't know how to run an efficient business. It's such a shame and would be different if the owner acknowledged the wait and issues. There are so many nail spots in TV so be sure to pick another option if good business and good nails matter to you. read more

Had a full set done n it was the worst I've ever had. She put on the tips with a gel type stuff n left large gaps between the nail n the tip. She got sassy with me when I questioned her n she told me she knew what she was doing. I told her I was afraid that water or moisture would get between the nail n the top n I could get a fungus. She went to use alcohol on my nails to clean up the gel n put drops of alcohol on her table then proceeded to put her brush in it then on my nails. I was horrified n made her put it in a container. She claimed her table was clean. The gel stuck to my skin underneath my nail. When I tried to separate it, it started to bleed. I literally couldn't even believe what I experienced. I was thinking about calling the health department. Giving it a one star is beyond generous! Terrible pedicure...sloppy nail polish job n she didn't put lotion on my legs when she was done. The place seems clean and they've seen me for appointments on time (this is huge for me) but they just can't do French tips by hand. The quality is so poor that they have to switch girls (every time) and then it still doesn't turn out great. This last time they forgot the top coat and I left without realizing. I booked my appointment to get my nails done for my birthday and it was with Taylor but without any explanation Jessica did my nails. Taylor never looked nor talked to me. Jessica was juggling while doing my nails. She cut me, she was in a rush because they were overbooked, my nails were blotchy and uneven, they didn't even last one week though it was gel polish. I didn't tip because the service I paid for was subpar. During a previous opportunity Jessica did my pedicure and it was subpar as well. I'm not giving them a third chance to screw me over again. TLDR; don't honor appointments and prioritize walk-ins to a ridiculous degree. Also, unsanitary practices and subpar nails (at Best). I wanted to badly to like this place. The salon is cute and well decorated and staff was friendly when I'd come in. I have acrylic nails and got them filled here every 2 weeks for the past 3 months. Marshall always did my nails and would do a great job. However, the past 2 times I've gone in, Jessica has done my nails and I have not been happy. The first time, I had made an appointment, and after waiting 15 minutes I finally had to ask if I was going to be seen as I was still waiting. Jessica said "I'm the only one who can do acrylic nails and I'm finishing up this person's nails first" and I said "OK, but I had an appointment." No apologies , nothing! RUDE. So inconsiderate to consider I had to pay a babysitter for my kids to be there and had other errands and appointments to get to. Even the woman next to me said "I'm so sorry, I walked in and she took me. That's not right if you had an appointment." ...Then Jessica does my nails and they looked rushed and subpar. I always tip 20-25% everywhere I go, but I left less than 5%. I was annoyed, but having worked in the service industry my whole life I wanted to give them another chance and figured maybe it was just a bad day. Well...the second time, I once again made an APPOINTMENT, and was waiting 25 minutes this time before I was even seen! I once again had to ask when it was my turn as I had an appointment, and then was finally sat down. What's the point in even making an appointment if walk-ins are going to be prioritized?? I had dinner planned with my family and almost walked out, but I was desperate to have my nails done as they were very grown out. This is where it gets BAD....i needed a new full set and she goes to take off my old acrylic nails and scraps them off using a fake nail. I was literally saying "ouch! That hurts!" I have had acrylics removed before and they usually soak your nails so they can wipe it off. She ripped them off and it was painful! I could have done that myself at home! I had redness and raw looking skin coming through my nails. Ugh!! At this point, my appointment was at 5:45pm and she didn't even start me until 6:10. That's when she ripped my nails off. Then we had to pause multiple times so she could talk to her young children who Were playing behind the counter. She was checking out clients and assisting them while they paid, going through her cash register and spending one time sifting through paperwork for 5 minutes while I just sat there (I looked at my watch). Doing all of this while wearing the same gloves she uses to work on my nails!!!! Touching the screen of her Computer and checking here iPhone. GROSS! My nails didn't look that great either and were very expensive. I had an appointment and was there for almost 2 hours! Completely unacceptable. I missed dinner with my family and my nails don't even look that good. The acrylic is very chunky and crooked and the acrylic doesn't go all the way to the cuticle, so I left looking like my nails were grown out already! Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE BACK. Super bummed, as I thought I had found a good nail place and was happy to give them my business....but not honoring appointments is bad business and rude and disrespectful of people's time. First off, don't be fooled by some of the reviews. They were written by people who work there. One of them did my pedicure. Took my daughter to get her first set of gel manicured nails. Got there at 6:15pm. Left at 8:45. The tech did a horrendous job. NO ONE helped her. They let her struggle the entire time. She left a mess on my daughter's fingers, had to remove everything, and re-do it twice. Even then it was horrible. FINALLY when I went to pay, Jessica the owner asked me if I was happy. Of course she knew I wasn't. She offered to "fix" them. She sanded them a bit, and put a chrome finish. At 8:45 pm it looked "ok". She gave me a "20% discount". Next day, in the light of day, the nails were hideous. I called Jessica and explained. I thanked her for trying to help remedy the situation, but the base gel layers were soo crooked and off the nails looked thick and lopsided. She agreed to fix them at 1pm. She calls me at 12:30 and says she can't fix it. I told her we were heading out on vacation the next day and had to have them fixed at 1pm as she promised. She then tries to tell me she gave me a discount and that she fixed them the night before. I told her again, that I am grateful to her for trying, but they are beyond repair and need to be redone. She hung up on me twice. So I drove into the salon. I told her that her "discount" was a total sham. On her website, she is giving a 15% off for more than 1 person. SO in reality she only gave me a 5% discount for our troubles. She kept on insisting that she fixed them. I told her, let me bring her in, and if you think those are good nails, then we have a problem. I have gel nails, and I know what they are suppose to look like. She said "fine". She called me back at 12:55 telling me she will refund me instead of fixing the nails. I went to another salon and they said they have never in all their years of doing nails have seen such a bad nail job. It took them an hour to get all of the gel off. Sometimes I do find myself waiting even when I make an appointment but I honestly do not care because it's so worth it! They even a hibiscus nail oil that I've been obsessed with. WORST SERVICE EVER. Rude and so inconsiderate of everyone's time. Very rude owner, late for every appointment, UNSANITARY. I walked in asking if they had time for a full set square French tip. While waiting to be greeted, I called another salon across the street to see if they could get me in cause It didn't look like that had time. Jessica (owner) says wait we can take you right now (this was at 3:50pm). She has her current client get up to have someone else finish their nails. Doesn't change gloves and continues to start on me next. In the middle of my appt, she continues to answer the phone, touch the computer, other people's cards all while, then comes back and forth to touching cutting my cuticles. 30 minutes late to someone who had an appointment, calls over & starts on her nails while bouncing back and fourth to me. I am now here for an hour and 45 minutes. I felt uncomfortable and super unappreciated with my nails. I had to ask her do a full color because she wasn't even close to starting the French tip & I had been there for 2 hours. All while my nails look AWFUL. So THICK. And have open cuts on multiple fingers, and acrylic all over my skin. Charges me 55 DOLLARS for nothing I asked for and was there for 2 hours. I DO NOT recommend this place what so ever. read more

I went in for a polish change/repair to a manicure that I had gotten here only 2 weeks earlier. It was unfortunate that the manicure broke down and my polish was chipping inside of 2 weeks.
