I came here due to the rave word-of-mouth reviews. It was very convenient to review all the services available and book online. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but they took me immediately, regardless of how busy it was. The only downside was that regardless of checking in, they were not aware of which pedicure I was having and missed the detox water upgrade until later in the pedicure. Kim was my pedicure extraordinaire and was absolutely lovely. I thought she was very skilled, considerate and had a gentle, caring way of doing the pedicure. The detox pedicure includes a foot soak, nail trimming, shaping, buffing, and cuticle grooming. In addition you receive callus removal on dry heels, orange slices with a collagen sugar scrub, a collagen mask and a collagen lotion massage. It's quite luxurious if I say so myself. I truly felt pampered! I opted to have nail polish instead of gel (gel is a $13 increase in price, which I felt was steep), which looked great. They will keep you waiting in the chair for 15-20 minutes for it to dry though. read more

I had an appt for dip and pedicure. They put in chair to do pedicure, one person did my pedicure and another came over and did the dip manicure on the little side table attached to the chair. it was totally uncomfortable. She nicked my finger twice with the fingernail file, I asked her twice to cut my nails down. The dip went on uneven and is too thick. A total waste of money. I also noticed other people getting manicures where the tech would work on them and part way through they would go work on someone else. Time to find another nail salon read more

I made an appointment for a fill. When I arrived, three different people asked if I had an appointment, to which I responded that I did. They told me to take a seat, and after 10 minutes, they moved me to a chair. No one spoke to me after that. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes, and then I got up and left without my service. Went here my first time because my normal nail salon was closed. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My gel manicure started lifted and peeling the next day. I went back the next day and he fixed a few of the gel ones that lifted. He should have done just all of them because now waking up the third day the other ones he didn't fix are lifting like the others. I tipped $15 dollars the first time. And then $5 dollars when he fixed a few. I'm not going back to get the other ones fixed that are now lifting. Such a waste of money. They all were nice in there. read more

I've been a few times and there are some nail techs that have done a good job, but there are also some that were just bad. I ask for almond shape nails and they came out way too pointy. This is the only guy I've ever been to that has made my nails that pointy. He stopped my session to go have a smoke break. The first time I got a full set, many nails broke off only a few days later. read more

I'm visiting from out of state and needed a gel manicure. I called and was told they were available. When I got there they were busy which is expected for any nail salon. The tech that did my gel manicure was so distracted that she did a half ass job on my manicure. She said as more interested if the other techs are doing their job instead of her job. The polish job she did looks like I'll need another polish in a week's time. The white polish and the clear polish got all over my cuticles and the sides of my nails. She barely spoke to words to me and it was difficult to communicate with her as she was too distracted with the other techs. Hollering and whispering. It was a terrible experience. I've had it there before. when I got there no one knew I had an appointment for that service and what's more, three ladies sat around chatting and no one can do it? one of them put acetone and foiled my fingers and let me sit there for a half hour. When I saw that Creative Nail Spa was opening the new location in Meridian, I was nervous that they might be closing the Eagle location. I was ecstatic when I found out this would just be a 2nd location. Ince they opened, I had to go check it out. The shop is super clean and is gorgeous! They offer the same services as the Eagle location and the same prices. It did not disappoint! I got the pedicure and the tech did an amazing job. She took her time and my toes looked great and my feet felt so relaxed! I have come to this location 3 times since they opened since they are less busy and right near my tanning salon, so I am able to head to tanning on my way home. Creative Nail Spa has been my only shop for the last 3 years and I do not see that changing anytime soon! read more

These were fifty dollars.. a gel manicure is what I requested. They are sloppy, rushed, and uneven. I also got a pedicure by a different tech and that looks good but was also fifty dollars which just seems extremely overpriced. I was unhappy with the service and got overcharged so I politely tipped less than what I normally would and the man at the cashier stand confronted me about it. Very poor quality and way overpriced. Made an Appointment at 2:30 on a Sunday. then, when I got there, they were confused like no one talked to me on the phone. Asked me to come back the next day at 7:30am?!? then they frantically called the guy I originally made my appointment with and he told me to wait and he could take me in. I waited for 45 mins. In the midst of waiting, another lady came in and had an appt at 2:45. She was told the same thing. "Come back another day" she said "no! you guys confirmed my appt already" and was told to sit and wait for 45mins. The scheduling needs to fixed! I walked out without getting my nails done. I went with my friends to get my nails done. I waited 3 hours to just get seated. did no nail or cuticle prep. The lady was very disrespectful and rude. She asked if my friend had ADHD. If time is of no concern and so so service is ok then this is the place for you. We had an appointment and after we walked in, we were asked to sit down and that was it. Nothing was said about how long it would be, just sit there for a little is what we were told. Then 50, yes you read that right 50 MINUTES, later they began. You ask or wonder why we stayed, well it was our only option as we wanted them done for the next day and only had this short window available. As it was, we wanted to get acrylics but due to only having like 30 min left of availability after they begin, simple gel was it. Will not be coming back or be recommending this place.
