I called and scheduled a 2:30 appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was not started on until 3:10... When I arrived, I told them I needed my appointment time respected because I had work after they said ok. I ended up having to leave without polish! And they still charged me almost full price for refill +gel... after I pointed out the fact that I was leaving with no polish they dropped it by $7... but usually charges $20 for gel. How I leave with no gel & no regular polish + the wait! AND still charge me like there's a color on my nails?! I tried talking to them about the price being unfair because I am not polished! And my time was not honored and I was met w attitude! Professionally, they should have given me the choice upon arrival to 1- be flexible about the time or 2- reschedule... Last time I was there was late, and we were all getting our last minute Mardi Gras nails. She ordered enough Crab Rangoon to share with everyone. My first visit, I wasn't expecting much. I went to Blossom's today for the first time, as they are a brand new salon. An acquaintance of mine is friends with the owner, so I thought I would try the place out and support a new local business. Right away I was greeted by the owner and the other employees. My nail tech, was very very good. She took her time and really did a great job with the mani and pedi. I love that I wasn't rushed and that I can relax there. Update: Lee is now my nail tech and she is wonderful. There is a huge selection of polishes from a variety of brands. An entire wall greets you with every color imaginable in both regular, gel, and dip powder selections. They offer different types of manicure and pedicure options, which I wasn't aware of since there do not have any signs displayed. I'm not sure which one I received, but it wasamazing: many scrubs, lotions, a mask, hot towel wrap, massage, and hot rocks. (update: I now know this is the Blossom pedi) The deluxe comes with special masks and lotions, along with the hot rocks, massage, and paraffin wax. The take walk ins and appointments- I love the appointment option. Lee, the owner, is super sweet. She makes sure all of her clients are pleased with their services. All of her employees are very nice and do a great job. Lee is on top of that! The place is always clean too! read more

Ive been here a couple times already but sincerely I think the only person who does a good job is the owner of the salon, I went yesterday for a gel mani, I asked for a french with a type of off white for the base which the lady who was "taking care" of me didn't understand but instead of look for the right color she told me I dont know what are you talking about I dont know what you can find here pointing at the wall, I started looking for the color I wanted and after 30 seconds she asked me so, which color you want? I felt so rushed and she have a shitty attitude to me I just told her u know what? Use whatever you want! Also I was thinking if I ask for a gel MANICURE you going to take care of filing my nails and take off the cuticle AT LEAST! she only painted my nails and thats it! And she didnt clean the corners so I have to get to my home to cut the gel over my cuticle! Worst experience ever! Never going back! I asked for stiletto/coffin tip and this is the result... my hands don't match in length nor shape!!!
