So i just left from the salon and this lady (i dont know her name) messed up my nails. I lost 2 nails and chipped one, and she could not find the color.. I dont blame her for that part lol but when it came to the nail itself... Its very bumpy, not filed down, and mind you i kept making requests for this even using the translator but she refused to listen and kept going. she even looked at the screen. I dont know about the other employees but i originally came for Emma she's really good disregarding her co worker. i will come back for her but the lady I just got my nails done with should be fired. read more

This was my first time here, I had a great experience! Kim, the manager, did my bestfriend eyebrows and they were crisp and clean! She was very professional, personal, and knowledgeable on the services. My nail tech was Thu she was very detailed in the nail painting, worked at a fast pace but was also completed it all with excellence. Ku did my best friends nails, he did a phenomenal job on her feet and was very skilled with the massage. He gave great pressure and during the massage. The lotions used smell great! Tiffany was not either of our tech but she was working on someone next to me and she was very kind. I recommend coming in to Nail Edit, to enhance your experience get to know those around you! Im still in the parking lot but I don't want to leave without leaving this review. Im extremely picky with my mani and pedi. I just moved here last week and Ive been looking for the perfect place, this salon just opened so I wasn't sure but I heard that it was good so I wanted to give them a try. I 10/10 recommend. They took over an hour to get us out of the pedicure water and the nail tech was upset with me for soaking for too long but there was no towel or anything to rest my feet on. The water was also freezing cold. We had an appointment for 10am and didn't even get started on our pedicures till well after 11am. The quality of the pedicure was fine. She was really rough through the entire thing Nothing amazing. They also had piano instrumental music that was playing non stop. After an hour it gets a little annoying. Will not be returning! I asked for a simple design with simple colors, got there 10 minutes after opening and the two ladies that were in there were extremely nice, offered water, and had good manners. But when I was sat in Chi Chi's station everything changed! I was being rushed to make room for more clients! She told me if there was anything wrong then to let her know and right when she put the color on my nails I said I didn't like it, but she kept telling me it would look better soon, even though I said multiple times I don't like how it looks and want a different color! She kept painting and wouldn't let me look at them for more than a second before rushing me to put my hand back under the light, and when she started on the design I kept telling her I didn't like how it was coming out and it looked too red, she told me it doesn't look red "what are you talking about". I called my mom over and tried to explain the situation but Chi Chi cut me off and told my mom "thats the color she chose, and she didn't say anything until I finished" but I had said multiple times I don't like it when she first started! My mom asked if she would change the color like I had asked and she was told she would be charged 20 more dollars! I'm very disappointed and I feel extremely disrespected, will not be returning! read more

I am sorry to say I had terrible experiences at Nail Edit. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. The first time when I had a pedicure the technician cut my toe. I wanted to give it another try and I went back for a nail refill the technician was taking a nail off and hurt me so bad I screamed. I asked her to soak it off and she did not listen and tried to take it off again with a fake nail I screamed again. I am sure it is faster just to flip it off than soak it. The third time I had to get stern and say no please soak it off. It is now bruised. Then she cut my thumb cuticle on my other hand and it is infected now. I called to let them know and the young gentleman who answers the phone had nothing to say. I even said you know who I am because I was screaming in pain. Again nothing to say. I asked to speak with the manager and he said they were not in. That's it. I will not be going back and I will not refer anyone to them. read more
