The ambiance of the nail spa is nice BUT the main purpose for going there is to get quality services done in a timely manner. I was there for over three hours and I only got a basic pedicure and dipping powder. The tech who did the pedicure didn't polish well at all. I had a lovely experience at Palace nail spa. It's a little out-of-the-way from downtown New Orleans but that's fine. I'm willing to drive for the quality and the price. They also serve complementary cocktails, and glasses of wine. My espresso martini wasn't the best but let's be real. That's not why you're coming here. Horrible experience! I went in for a pedicure and a refill, and the service was completely unacceptable. I asked for a white tip on my fingernails, and the nail tech said it would be an extra $15. I told her twice not to worry about it. Despite that, she proceeded, and the polish was poorly done -- I even showed her where she missed spots. When I got to the register, the pricing was outrageous. I showed the young female receptionist the poor quality of the white tip polish, and she agreed it was unacceptable. She offered to have another nail tech redo them, but by that point, I was ready to leave and didn't want to waste any more of my time. I also asked for a refund or credit for the extra $10 the tech had charged for the polish, but the receptionist said she couldn't do it. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Beautiful establishment with a "complimentary" cocktail with service. The basic pedi was $60 and started cracking days after I got them done. No matter how beautiful an establishment, it's the product that has to be good. I am soo very upset that I paid $60 for a basic pedicure only for it to crack days later. I never made it to a week with cute toes... Also, that drink price was definitely in the service price. This was very upsetting, and the wait was LONGGGGGGGGGG. The environment is quiet and calming with gorgeous decor. This is my 4th visit and I wanted to be sure the service was consistent before posting and it is. An employee provides a leg and foot massage while you're waiting to be serviced. I've been satisfied with each pedicure I've received. I love that there's an assortment of colors available to choose from. This place even has a mini bar for cocktails. This is definitely my go to spot for my pedicure. read more

I had just moved to the area and was trying to find a good salon, the reviews don't lie! This salon is so clean and beautiful on the inside and everyone seemed very sweet. I received the Gel Spa Pedicure and a Gel Manicure by appointment. The gentleman who gave my massage was very nice. Nancy did my mani-pedi and was so charismatic, kind, and friendly. I absolutely loved her and will be requesting her from here on! When you first walk in, you are welcomed with a warm smile and I was seen fairly quickly. Atmosphere and service was nice but I don't think the price was worth it...I was really excited when I saw review pictures but I'm guessing there is only a few people working there who know how to do nail like in the pictures and I did not get one of those lady's. I'm putting what I got a the reference photo I showed her. With both toes and X Gel nails it was $169 with a tip. Now I understand paying for service which I totally think was worth it, the lady was really nice and the vibe was great, but again I don't think the quality of my nails was worth the price. read more

It was my first time coming to this nail salon. Their service was good. When I first walked in they didn't offer any of their refreshments. I didn't notice they had any until a lady mentioned it (Their lychee martini was good). Also, I noticed the basic pedi includes the foot massage but they charged an additional $10 during checkout. I noticed others who waited longer, so I guess they had walked in without an appointment. One of the techician does foot massage, and another technician does the polish and finishes your services.
