i'm sorry but these color photos are awfully orange. i had my hair dyed from a stylist with supposed 4 years of coloring experience and there's something wrong with that statement. I didn't ask for anything special my hair looks awful and i have to go get it corrected from a a more experienced salon because it's that bad .this isn't anyone that specializes in highlights so I consider it false advertising. I did text her within their 48 timeline she didn't offer to fix it and quite frankly if she had I would decline. She was rushed and it's just a bad hair dye job. everyone has their bad days but this is awful for someone that specializes in highlights. I've never had this issue anywhere else and don't ask for anything out of the ordinary at all plus I'm an easy sell and not very picky as long as it's decent work. also she spent 5 minutes cutting my hair so that wasn't up to par either in my opinion- read more

I have had my hair done and my daughter's cut here. Amira spent a decent amount of time figuring out what I needed and matched it with a couple pictures I had picked. Main concern was not to damage my thin hair. Did lowlights and highlights, she was the first I saw when I moved here. And did not disappoint! And the prices are reasonable. read more

I went into my appointment with Katie Delaney asking for something I'd requested from three other stylists over the past 4 years but was never quite able to accomplish. Katie gave me the silver blonde hair I'd been dreaming about! I left my appointment with great hair *and* a brighter spirit because our conversation during those hours was so uplifting and encouraging. Sadly, this is not a place to invest your hair in. Over priced for boxed hair color. After spending 350$ my color didn't hold. Ended up doing it myself and it held. Strange atmosphere, bland personalities, uncomfortable feeling while there. Hair dressers are not very customer friendly, straight face. The first time i went in was for a hair cut and it was great (the girl who did it isn't there anymore sadly) and the second time i went back to get balayage and Morgan Howlett did a awful job. The dye job was spotty and i had a band within a week which shouldn't happen when you pay 220 dollars for your hair. Also she burnt my scalp while blow drying to the point where i had to tell her to ease up. I could not wear my hair straight for a while because of all the spots and the band. So embarrassing. I will not return to the salon. I went to Tony and Guy and got a far FAR better dye job for a way better price so i suggest skipping Revive if you're wanting dye. read more

The gal Cyarra, that did my eyelashes was very nice . That Missy was clean. But the problem is I requested to have a volume set of lashes. I've had my lashes done by professionals for years now and volume sets consist of 3 to 5 Eye lashes per eyelash. That usually takes song in about an hour and a half to get this done. When I was done in about an hour time I literally asked her if she did a volume set already ? She said yes. I looked in the mayor it literally looks like I have just a regular set of eyelashes on. One per eye. I was extremely disappointed as I was excited to have a full volume set. Full and lush is. What's my eyes open and it looks like I have a full set of eyelashes, not a volume . I'm extremely sad that I took my time Out if my vacation to get a full volume set done the end up looking like a full set. Make sure that you ask the person that's doing your eyelashes what they considered a full volume set to be. Some people think that because you have places more Lashes then your body produces you "now have volume ". I'll give her two stars only because she was really nice. Other than that I'm completely disappointed in my eyelashes. 100.00 should get you 3 lashes per eyelash. read more

Very dirty work station over bleached stained towels. I could have over looked if the service was better the insides of the lights above you are dirty and paint falling off lots of dust in what should be a clean environment. First I asked my stylist for blonde and platinum highlights she got me to add a color I was not sure about the color and told her before and after I didn't realy like it. It came out very bad. I repeatedly asked for her to fix it and she did not! Also I was charged 175.00 for highlights on medium length hair. I wish I could give this shop zero stars read more

Avoid getting your hair cut here at all costs. I have never seen worse haircuts in my entire life and the staff either pretend not to know that they are giving them or are really, really, really behind the basic professional standards of the majority of people. Not only the standards of people who cut hair, but all of us who are around other people every day, who see people on television and in magazines, and can identify when someone has just decided to give a really, really, really bad haircut. read more

This salon is fabulous! Everyone is happy and go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. I have personally known Kelly for over 8 years and she has been my stylist for 5. She is knowledgeable and styles my hair perfectly every time. My daughter had a poor hair cut done at a different salon, and Kelly fixed it for her! She was so very happy! I continue to tell everyone that this is the place to go. Not to mention the Inlander Best of the Northwest 2018 award that the salon just acquired! So well deserved! Great job! I went to Macie for lash extensions. Once I got home and gave them a good look, I noticed the extensions were not attached properly to my natural lashes. Not only were they not attached to the root of the lash (but rather to the mid shaft) there was one extension for every 3-5 lashes which is not the standard at all. There should be one extension to every one natural lash (anyone properly trained in lash extensions will tell you this). Beyond that, the base of each extension sagged below my lash line, poking me in the eyes. Likely due to the fact that they were so poorly attached. Because of all of this, the lashes fell out almost immediately. Within three days I had almost no lash extensions left. When I I explained it to Macie, I got excuse after excuse. She even had the nerve to blame a medical condition that I have, that I told her about out of confidence, on why they fell out and were not properly attached. That in of itself was appalling and I've never had such an unprofessional interaction with anyone. Aside from that unprofessionalism, I wasn't given a full refund. Only half refund due to "salon policy" - Needless to say I was so disappointed! I had my lashes done specifically for an event so to not be treated as a priority or to act like it's everything and everyone else's fault when it was purely user error on her part, says so much about her as a "professional" and the salon itself. Same thing has happened to my mother who has been getting her lashes done by Macie. We are never going back to this salon or Macie. Hope it was worth keeping $50 to lose two clients and get a lengthy poor review. 10/10 do NOT recommend! read more

I got my nails done, and I will not be returning. My kid could do about the same quality as the woman painting my nails. I felt rushed through my appointment, and the clear coat didn't even cover my nails. I felt ripped off, and when someone could care less about the first time, why would they care to fix them proper? The atmosphere was great but the overall quality of my cut was awful. The owner seemed nice enough but her skills did not show it in the final outcome. Maybe she had a bad day or something else.....not sure I would go back or ever recommend this place to anyone read more
