No one there to guide you in, tell you when to stop and give you freshener. Waited about 3 minutes (seems longer when you are just sitting there) with five cars behind me waiting their turn. Finally a kid wanders over. Went to every single towel station on the east side and absolutely no clean towels. It was comical to watch new people pull in and see them doing the same thing. 1/2 used dirty towels and 1/2 just left. I hope they all leave reviews as well. This location has never been managed well. Can't wait for the new car wash just down the street to open. You would think owners or upper management would see this many terrible reviews and do something. The manager replies are all the same and want you to contact them. Why put yourself through even more frustration. Just don't go to Luv's.

Which ok it's fine, if it's a new thing, but what if I wanted a receipt? How do I get that when I'm already going through the car wash? Just seems very inefficient to charge right then and there. But do to my car being a midsize vehicle (Tesla Model Y), there was a $10 charge. And then there is a $3 fee for credit card charges. In my opinion, it's a pretty good deal. They do a good job. And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. I might as well pay other people to do it. They work hard. Do a good job. They're pretty honest about their pricing.

Tons of missed spots in hand dry.. oil or something in a rag and smeared all over the entire car. Was terrible. They tried to fix but rather then just rewashing you get a half ass fix. The washers and soap dispensers in the car wash half work and normally u get soap applied randomly and rinsed just as random. The hand washers at the start are doing 99% of the work the tunnel is doing nothing really. The last time withoil smeared all over my windows I've finally just decided to not go back. Too bad as they had a great service for a long time.

Today, I noticed a sign that said under new management again when I pulled in. They refused to turn the brushes on so when I went through, it just put soap on my car and then rinsed it off. Needless to say my car was not clean at all. It didn't clean the sides or top of my car at all. I asked for the manager and showed her the dirt on the side of my car. I ran my fingers through it and the dirt came off where I did that. She said they never turn the brushes on for my type of car (SUV). I told her they always did before and called me a liar. I then showed her my map history where I've been there many times over the past year. I explained that if that was the case, I wouldn't have been happy with the service the first time and wouldn't have been back. That was hard for her to comprehend for some reason. She just continued to call me a liar. I then asked for my money back and she told me my car wasn't damaged and the only way they give refunds is if your car is damaged. If my car is damaged, I'd expect more than a refund. The new management is horrible and I'd avoid this place if you want a clean car.

It tells me that you believe it's better to call me a liar than to simply look for ways to improve your customer experience. Your manager including the attendant who handles payment, Felipe told me there was a $37 charge to buff my car. No one offered it at a discount or for free. No one was polite in their exchange of information. The dents were not present after the silver wash when all the "dirt and dust" was washed off my 9 month old car, but they were present after your manager buffed it. Your manager did refuse my tip, and he did ask me to leave. As you were not there on site personally, taking the word of people under your employment as fact is comical, and you should consider in the future that instead of calling your customers liars, you might do more to preserve your reputation and customer retention with compassion than with vague insults. Additionally, how dare you attempt to make this a "racial" issue. Your workers are hispanic. They speak Spanish. I speak Spanish. I am white. These are facts, not opinion. Stating them is not "inciting racial tension". It's irresponsible of you to even imply that. They made comments of an unpleasant nature in Spanish, about me and about my mother, in front of me, under the assumption that I wouldn't understand them. Stating this fact is not a racial issue.
