After years of reliable washes and good service.. like 10 of them... it has finally flipped. Not just a bad experience one time but the last few months its just getting worse and worse and now is no longer worth it. Tons of missed spots in hand dry.. oil or something in a rag and smeared all over the entire car. Was terrible. They tried to fix but rather then just rewashing you get a half ass fix. The washers and soap dispensers in the car wash half work and normally u get soap applied randomly and rinsed just as random. The hand washers at the start are doing 99% of the work the tunnel is doing nothing really. The last time withoil smeared all over my windows I've finally just decided to not go back. Ran into this car wash one Sunday while out running errands. That very next Tuesday, it rained. This happened to be Christmas week. They have a 3 day rain guarantee. Given it was Christmas week and raining, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I sent an email and Karla was so nice to let me run it through again when I return to town on 1/11/26. I must mention that Emily at the shack, is super nice and pleasant as well. The car wash was great and the guys are willing to fix anything you see not clean without giving you an attitude. Took both of our new cars to this wash because of past experiences and word of mouth. They have raised their prices, but be to be told that on a $34 wash you only clean dust on the inside and if it doesn't come off on one swipe that's another rock she is crazy work. There was soap left on my bumper, water spots on the windshield and visable things that can be wiped down with a towel. I should have kept the towel they left before I said something. Coming back from a roadtrip/camping trip my jeep got pretty dusty so I wanted to get her washed. I found this place since it was close to my place and it started off well the young lady at the drive up window was very nice and helpful after telling her what I wanted she made a few suggestions (forgot what the name of the service I got) total cost was like 100-110 but basically was a fill outer wash and interior detail plus seats washed/shampoo and she did inform me it was going to take around an hour an ten mins. I gave them the keys at 2:38pm I didn't end up getting my car back till 5pm.... And I'm like okay fine it's not like I got some basic wash so I guess it's understandable for it to take...that long but then after taking a look it was soo not worth all that time and money I'm sure this place is good if you get the basic wash's but if you go a get the higher level tier services you'll get left disappointed.... After paying for the second most expensive package I was surprised that I had so much to fix after them. I just got a a used car that needed a cleaning and brought it here. I even asked in advance which package would be best and got the second most expensive one the pet hair one. The window attendant actually told me that they would get everything on the pet hair cleaning but that the diamond they would just do a normal vacuuming so the pet cleaning was superior. 2 hours later and I had to ask them to wipe down the door handle and then the interior still had plenty of grime to clean up that I ended up cleaning myself and the windshield was full of streaks and specs. Even paid extra for the pet hair and there was still plenty left on the dash. Finger prints all over the navigation screen and dirt all over the floor. Not only that but I still tipped and the guy rolled his eyes at my $5 tip. But I had to ask you to go back and clean the door handle and honestly that was all the cash I had. After car washes being closed because of the whole COVID-19 situation, it was nice to finally get my wife's car cleaned after 3 months! Found a decent priced Gold Wash & Hand Wax deal on Groupon, I've been to Arco Hand Wash before and it's basically the only hand wash place this side of town! Swooped up on that Groupon deal right away! My wife's car is on the newer side, so I asked manager Carla to please be careful with it and that I'd be watching whoever was gonna wipe & hand wax her car. After the initial cycle wash, it probably took another 40 minutes for the car to be wiped down, interior dressed & car waxed. The detailer was thankfully taking his time, pretty precise in most areas. Interior was vacuumed very well, all-weather mats were cleaned properly. Even the corners were vacuumed well. Interior was wiped and dressed good overall too, no overspray and surprisingly very few window streaks. Exterior was OK - detailer definitely didn't remove all the dirt leftover after the wash, there was a spot on the lower front bumper he didn't wax very well and basically waxed over a dirty area. He did wipe the door jams though and made sure to take care of the majority of the water spots. Thankfully the rims were cleaned well and dressed properly too! Shiny! Overall it was an OK job - I did get value for what I paid for in that Groupon discount which is all you can really expect. Clean, light layer of wax, no fluff. If I paid $75 for a detail, I would expect that baby to shine till my eyes hurt! My only word of advice is to constantly watch the person detailing your car - if they know then they will be less likely to try and cut corners in front of you. I came back after 3 years of not getting my car detailed. I couldn't find any other car wash service that was reasonably priced. I, now, have 2 dogs and my car is in desperate need of detailed wash. They offer a pet-specific car wash but I needed to get my seats washed as one of my dog urinated in the back seat this morning on our way to the vet. I added shampoo service for my seats on top of the pet services. The only charged my $104 (no tip included), their full detail service is $180 (tip included). They did and amazing job but I wish u had gotten the full detail service. I could only imagine what the full detail service would've done to my car. They have a huge lot covered to create a safe working environment which have not gone unnoticed. The only thing I did not like about my experience is that my car got too clean to the point that all the dings, scratches and overall imperfections that I've done to my car is now highly visible, but that's all on me haha read more

I shipped my car from Miami to my new location in Las Vegas and it took 7 days to arrive. All those bugs and glue from the car coats were just horrible. I wish I looked on Yelp instead of Google before I went here I paid $50 plus tip for a platinum car wash which includes everything from the cheaper packages PLUS deep interior cleaning. as you can see from the pictures there were many things they didn't clean. a tire and rim cleaning comes with the $11 wash, so why did I pay $46+tip and make 2 trips just to still have dirty rims and unfinished, low-quality work? There are spray drips all over the dash, they didn't dress my console, it's dry as a bone. But dressed the heck out of my doors to the point that I have a grease stain on my forearm and left oily cleaning solution in my cup holders. Coins still in the cup holder never moved to clean swimming in the cleaning solution. These are just a few among so so many other things. The manager wouldn't allow me to finish speaking on the phone, just told me to come back. So I do. Then she STILL wouldn't even allow me to show her what the issue was. Instead, she said she would "finish it". Her being the manager I was sure she'd know what to do and make it right. Nope. It looked the same except for the first 2 things I was able to spit out before she sent me to wait which were the mirrors and some oily dressing spray residue that they sprayed on my seats when they were drenching the door. And when I got in and began to look strong at the other things(in the picture), before I could say anything she says "next time I should buy a detail" because only then could they wipe off my AC vents which are still dusty and she knew it! I asked her "well what is the difference between basic interior clean and deep cleaning and she said only that they use chemicals... What? so they use chemicals but it doesn't clean? So to top off the horrible service experience, the manager tried to shame me for wanting what I paid for. She says that her workers said that "her car was so dirty" as they had gossiped about me, a paying customer. All this as she rushed me off shutting my car door in my face when I went to respond. I'm not a confrontational person, so I left. And it's kind of funny to know they talked about that because it is STILL dirty!! I feel cheated, gaslit, and pushed aside. I wasted money, time, and gas going here TWICE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY GAS or energy trying to be understanding with her. read more

I drove cross country so when I arrived in Vegas my car NEEDED to be washed. I only use hand wash or touchless car washes so many of the ones I found wouldn't work. Additionally I needed a thorough cleaning on the inside. I was highly impressed with the job they did at Arco. They were able to clean off all of the bugs and the inside was extremely clean. They definitely take their time so make sure you don't go there in a rush, but the time you spend is worth it! read more

Still friendly and their prices are decent but I had to wipe down my car and vacuum it again after leaving having gotten the pet lovers cleaning. The guy also spilled water (or cleaner) on my seats. So, went here. Washed the outside. By hand. Its very weak. then they clean inside. my carpet had a spill, which the guy who cleaned the inside said it won't come off. Funny, because i literally used my finger nails to remove it and came off. And then front end is barely wiped. I literally used my hand to wipe off the dirt lol, to put some shine on the tires with a brush. They want to charge "extra" really ?! i honestly think, They pay these people so little. Came here in August 10th 2019 for Ultimate exterior wash which was $20 on my friends car. Needless to say yes her car was a little extra dirty but my goodness how do you not scrub the old tire shine off the tires before applying new tire shine. Rims were also hit and miss as well missing spots and leaving brake dust. Would have taken more pictures but why bother. Came back on Aug 11th 2019 with my receipt and asked for a rewash of the vehicle and explained my concerns. The woman that was sitting there asked me why I didn't say anything yesterday. I had purchased a special thru Groupon for a hand wax and had never been here before. I was so impressed with this place, first it was a hand wash, my other car wash has those big rollers that scratch my paint, then they worked on my car for over an hour, detailed inside and out. My car is black with sparkly flakes in the paint so a bit difficult to keep clean and shine at the same time. It looks beautiful again!!!
