It was never the best wash but the staff were friendly and it was close to my house. The wash never got my car completely clean which is why I came almost daily since over time, it did. They always seemed to be struggling as a business and management seemed to turn over a lot. I canceled my membership and instead, came about once a month for a wash and still never had an issue with them not turning the brushes on to clean my car. Today, I noticed a sign that said under new management again when I pulled in. They refused to turn the brushes on so when I went through, it just put soap on my car and then rinsed it off. Needless to say my car was not clean at all. It didn't clean the sides or top of my car at all. I asked for the manager and showed her the dirt on the side of my car. I ran my fingers through it and the dirt came off where I did that. She said they never turn the brushes on for my type of car (SUV). I told her they always did before and called me a liar. I then showed her my map history where I've been there many times over the past year. I explained that if that was the case, I wouldn't have been happy with the service the first time and wouldn't have been back. That was hard for her to comprehend for some reason. She just continued to call me a liar. I then asked for my money back and she told me my car wasn't damaged and the only way they give refunds is if your car is damaged. If my car is damaged, I'd expect more than a refund. The new management is horrible and I'd avoid this place if you want a clean car.

Well, not a single person approached me the entire time I was vacuuming and wiping down the car. It was midday Thursday and not busy at all. People next to me attending to their own cars were also blasting music out of their cars despite signs saying to be courteous to other drivers and not to do this. No employees said anything because no one was around! Only time an employee talked to me was to say "excuse me" as they passed by.
