Staff outside is very courteous but inside staff that manages financial transactions and customer, needs better attitude and training to deal with the customer. In my transaction today, about 1 pm, they gave me erroneous information about discount. When I questioned their statement, one of the manager type told me they have a right to refuse the service. Convenient and great vacuums! I got the $14.99 wash and my car came out looking beautiful! The staff is friendly as well. There's plenty of vacuums to go around and you don't really have to wait long to go through the wash. I'm pleasantly surprised at how nice my car came out. First time here. Only did $5 car wash. It's your typical drive thru car wash. What did suck was that the brush that cleans the front/top of car was not working. Sooo I feel it didn't clean it very well. It did have another kind of brush that looks like fettuccine noodles but they barely did anything. Vacuums : I used the one closest to handicap spots and at first I was like "wow...best suction from this kind of drive thru car wash" then i used the one for the passenger side of the car and the black piece felt right off the vacuum it was a pain to vacuum. Good thing my car wasn't THAT dirty inside. Still good suction. But sometimes with these places it depends on which stall you're in. read more

This is a great No-Frills car wash. My favorite part is that it's only $5 and includes free vacuuming. Of course the vacuuming I have to do myself but it's worth it. They usually have an attendant to help you get set up choosing and paying for a wash. They give you a dash wipe as well and you can request another if needed. read more

I had just returned from a trip to Phoenix. My truck was clean except for lots of bug guts on windshield, mirrors, and the front grille. I paid $12 for the "best" wash. When finished, the windshield was clean but the grille and mirrors were no better. In fact, the wash just smeared the bug guts around, even spraying bug mush from the mirrors onto the side windows and doors. Overall, the truck was dirtier after the wash than before it. Thankfully, the wash attendant had given me a "free towel" which I took home to use to wash the truck by hand, myself. Lesson learned: this wash may do a great job if your vehicle is dusty or otherwise minimally dirty to begin with. But if you need a robust wash job, this ain't the place. read more

I decided to get a car wash after finishing my classes and since I wasn't from the area, I based off of visiting here by Yelp. My car was remotely clean prior to spot cleaning it the day before but my windows had those dried water drops all over and it was really annoying so I mainly came here to get my windows cleaned. I spent $8 leaving the car wash with virtually the same car as before, WITH DIRTY ASS WINDOWS. I looked around and noticed that my rear mirrors were also still dirty and also the black part of my SUV looked untouched. Please don't go here and waste your money, I spent $8 which isn't much but for the principle of it, I would not even call this place a decent car wash location. Found this place on Yelp after Yorba Country Car Wash ruined the paint on the roof of my previous car. I got the $10 package since this was my first time here but the most expensive package was $12. It looked like you could get a frequent visit card, which I'm doing on my next visit. I was helped by someone immediately, even though this is an automated system and was handed a wipe to use on my dashboard after! The automated machine wash was really thorough for every spot on the car, except the license plate area. I brought my own cleaning supplies to touch up the car after and that was the only place that needed more attention. The vacuums work really well and there are a ton of stalls so you don't have to feel rushed. There is also an air hose to finish drying the car. I will definitely be back! read more

I'm not sure i'll ever give an "auto" type car wash five stars.. Only because I know that it's a bit more "rough" on your car. BUT, this place does a damn good job at cleaning your car - albeit on the rougher side :) It's super affordable, their equipment is newer, staff is always friendly, and did I mention that their equipment is new? From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. They typically have someone up front to greet you and walk you through the process - great if you've never been through something like this before. There are a couple different packages available but I would recommend the $12 which his the second best one they have. They even have free vacuums at the end!
