I have been using this car wash for a couple years. I always purchase the mangers special and then you get the option to buy another one at half price. It is a good deal. Well it was a good deal. I went there yesterday and they have suddenly stopped that promotion. So that was my last time going there. Fourteen dollars is too expensive for the wash. Seven was a fair price. I drove to that location because of the special. Three stars because the wash is good, but the price is too much now for the managers special. If i am in the area I might get the five dollar cheap wash. read more

On 2/13/20 I brought my car to get a wash. The washing machine ripped the paint off my car on the bottom left side. Both from my lip and from the bumper. I spoke to an employee and he acknowledged the damage and we both concluded it was from the washing machine but told me the manager would have to handle the further process. I even said he could look at the cameras and check if my car had that damage prior because I knew it hadn't. The employee wrote an incident report and took pictures of my car and apologized for the damage. He gave me this card with the time of incident and the date it happened. He told me to call back in a week to speak to the manager. Every time I called they kept telling me they would look into it and get back to me. It's been almost 3 months and still nothing. Very disappointed in how they handle obvious damage to vehicles. Still waiting to find out what is going to happen. read more

If you're looking for a quick car wash, this is the place to go! Yes, doing a drive-thru car wash is not going to get every single stain out, but for the price as little as $5...let's just say you get what you pay for. I have been to Blu Express so many times now that at this point I caved and purchased the unlimited manager's special pass. This includes a wash, wax, and tire shine. Upon close inspection I noticed a few spots on my car still, so I just went right through the car wash again-the second time through got the stains out! The vacuums are very strong and get everything. I like taking the time to do all the spot cleaning. My recommendation is to bring an old rag or an old towel just in case you find a spot or two-it definitely helps. The car washes are inexpensive, and even for the high tier car wash the end result is not bad at all. I definitely recommend the monthly pass because it will pay for itself. The fact that you can go through the car wash for an unlimited amount of time is great-especially since the rainy season is over! read more

I went for the first time at 9 this morning. there was only one vehicle in the tunnel ahead of me. My car was taped and that was it. No brushing of the tires, grill, back, nothing. When I got to the end of the tunnel, my car was soaked on the passenger side as nothing touched it but hard water. I had to come home and wipe the whole thing down. The hood was not clean. The tires are smudged and dirty, and the windows are water spotted. What a waste of time and money!! I am disgusted read more
