Talked to the manager when this happened the second time as I was not sure the first time was done by this car wash place, so he told me to keep on trying until it happen again and he would talk to the owner and deal with it. The third time it happened, I found that manager was no longer working there. Talked to one of the guy there and he was nice enough to send the pics (before and after) to the owner with my contact info, but no one contacted me. Attention monthly subscribers: When I signed up for the monthly car wash @ $24.99 I signed up for the 2nd tier wash. I recently saw that the soft roller dry (last step) was not turning on so I asked the attendant and he said it was probably being repaired. After a couple times I realized that the unlimited packages had all been downgraded and I was now on the basic plan which I did not sign up for. I never received notification of this change and it seems to be a deceptive business practice. Instead of trying to make things right the attendant just canceled my subscription today. Recently, there have been long lines of cars and the staff has no idea how to handle it. We spent 45 minutes today trying to get through. Even if you have a monthly membership, all of the lanes will get backed up. I've been coming here for years and I'll definitely be canceling and finding a new place to go because it's been ridiculous. The tiebreaker for me was when the worker placed one of the cars right on my bumper during the wash. The wheel clamp felt uneasy and I was jumping up and down coming to an almost complete stop. I was scared my car was going to be hit because the other car was so close. Near the middle of the wash, I had to drive forward because the car behind was honking at me to move they probably felt the same, too. Ultimately, the washes have become low quality and left streaks around and this is with their "manager special". read more

I came here on a Thursday afternoon to get a quick wash since a gardener had gotten my car dirty. This location offers gas & a car wash. I got the $12 wash& got a free air freshener, car wipe for inside car, and small hand towel. The staff member helped this the transaction. She was wearing a mask and social distancing. I had 3 cars ahead of me when I finally was able to pull in. The other staff member put tape on my back windshield wiper and my gas tank. I don't know why I needed tape on my gas tank. It has an automatic lock on it. While going thur everything was fine and the lights are cool to look at. It shows what they are doing to the car at that station. My only problem is that my car still had dirty spots on it and my windshield was still dirty. They offer a free vacuum station but I was just there for the outside. Had all my cars on memberships. My truck specifically was the one I would take 2 times a week. One day the glass cracked, after a black part of the wiping machine fell off and cracked my windshield. For weeks, I have asked the manager to see what the owner can do. Mind this, not only do I spend my money at their car wash, but I only use their gas. They pocket about $500 off me monthly. I asked the manager to ask the owner if they can pay half my windshield, not the full price but half! These sad sad businesses owners run their own show and not worried about the customer. Customer is not right at this place lol. $500 a month they collect from me and can't replace my windshield. I asked for fcking half! Placentia is for the people, this place doesn't care about your car. New owners suck man! This shit won't last long. Shitty or not, old owners did it right before. Okay, right off the bat, I'm not huge on car washes where you drive into the car wash, stay in neutral, and stay in the car the entire time. I think I liked it when I was a kid, but I get nauseous after some time. I did come in here twice as a passenger in hubby's car and, yep, the nausea hit. So... it's not worth it for me to jump in for a car wash. But, my hubby, bless his heart, loves car washes. Which is great for me. I get to feel like a beloved empress when I can tell him, "hey hon, did you want to go and get my car washed?" and he sort of eagerly gets my keys during his free time to get the task done. What I do like is that it's a pretty quick car wash that is fairly thorough as automated car washes go. It's pretty local to us, too, which means that hubby's only really gone for maybe 10 to 15 minutes max. And, it's across from a Sinclair gas station, which means he may top off the gas in the car. Love this man. There are vacuuming stations prior to you going inside the car wash. I find those to always be packed, so we normally bypass the entire vacuuming section and head straight to the car wash area, pick the current lane we want to be in, get helped by the employee on exactly what type of wash we want, get a nice rubberbanded package of a towel, air freshener, and dashboard wipe, and then drive into the car wash. Lots of lights, lot of funky colors, and then exit once given the green light. Then back on home. Super easy peasy. Prices are fine. I don't think we need car washes that often, so a monthly pass isn't needed for us. It does get pretty busy, though. But the line does move. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a member ship here since it's not too far from my house. I decided to get my truck washed and when I was done there was a black tar like substance ALLLLL OVER MY TRUCK and guess what it is still there. Granted the attendant worked very hard to get it off and I thank him so much for that. I won't be going back though because I can't afford that to happen again. It took him a good 20 min to scrub it off my car with those horrible brushes they have. There is still stuff in the cracks that I have not been able to get off and will need to get professionally detailed. read more

Sadly, I have to write an update. For some time my wife and I have noticed a film on the windows after we go through the wash. This past Saturday, though only 8:30 in the morning, both our cars came out of the wash with a noticeable film over the entire surface. We then noticed other customers huddled around the poor young lady that was attending at the entry gates. It was obvious that everyone was having the same issue. I felt badly for her. She had called the owner and she even offered to wash our car by hand. We did not want to further stress her out, and left. Even though we are members, we went to another car wash and afterwards our cars looked much better, though the film was still present to some degree. There are still good points to this car wash. The gas is very reasonable, and there are plenty of free vacuums. However, we canceled our memberships because we just don't feel that it does a good enough wash on our cars, which are relatively new and unblemished. read more

I went to this car wash for the first time after living down the street for almost a year. The car wash was great! They suds up the car before you go through the car wash so it got off all the crusty bird poop and residual sap off my windshields. While vacuuming my car, I somehow managed to accidentally lock myself out of my car with my purse, keys, water bottle, and phone in the passenger's seat. I panicked and went to ask one of the employees if they had a kit for unlocking cars, but unfortunately they did not. Josh was the employee that was kind enough to help me try calling the few numbers I had memorized to no avail. We also tried calling my car insurance but the calls weren't going through for some reason. He was generous enough to lend me his phone while I frantically tried to explain to them that I was a dummy and needed somebody to help me unlock my car.
