Our sales person (Dan Meyer) took the time to thoroughly explain every detail to us so we knew exactly what to expect. My husband and I are finance professionals and really take our time evaluating all options before making a decision. Dan was extremely patient with us through the process. We appreciated that the company provided an itemized breakdown of the costs for us so we knew exactly where every dollar spent was going towards. Dan also did a wonderful job creating a unique design for our pool/spa combo. Every other company that came out to give us quotes just drew a basic rectangle shaped pool, but Dan really put time and thought into his design and it showed! We also appreciated that Larsen's provided an all-in quote and would return funds if things weren't needed (like well points), compared to other companies that provided us lower quotes to "win the business", but then said there could be additional expenses. As finance professionals, we like to know exactly how much the project could cost and really appreciated this approach. Once construction began we worked with Jason and things moved quickly! We did have some weather delays, but that was to be expected. My husband is a bit of a perfectionist, so he was constantly checking on the detail of work being completed. If he wanted something changed or corrected, we just let Jason know and a crew was out to make it perfect for us, no questions asked. The level of customer service and communication throughout the entire project was very much appreciated and allows us to enjoy our beautifully finished pool and spa even more. We were in need of removing a glass block wall that separated the spa from the pool because of cracks in the block that made it dangerous for kids to play in the pool. We also needed to replace the tile around the pool and spa and also resurface the entire pool. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and the process that he would implement. He was very helpful in helping me find just the right tile color for the look I wanted as well as the coloring of the marquis surface. HIs entire crew was very conscientious, hardworking and respectful. Mr. Eddy checked on them every day and made sure everything was perfect and that the area was cleaned up daily. He made sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. The price he quoted is the price we paid. The pool turned out beautiful and only took 13 days from start to finish. They show up consistently, keep the pool looking great, and make sure the chemicals stay balanced so the water stays clear. A couple of times they also pointed out small equipment issues early, which helped us fix them before they became bigger problems. Conclusion = Refund pending but I feel so much better about them. 10/07/2025 Sharper Image = I tell them for three weeks in a row before this week that there's algae and it needed to be brushed and treated. Since it doesn't get brushed, algae comes back . They send the same guy who didn't do it properly two weeks before hand to treat it and guess what because it was never brushed now I have more algae. Not to mention when he tried to leave, and I asked him to come back and look at the green and yellow algae on my pool. He laughed at me. All they wanna do is send me a bill for things that should've been covered under my $40 a week, maintenance and chemical charge. And this is how they treat somebody who spent 20 grand ( I must not have spent enough for a little respect) in May and they also know that I'm recently widowed and guess what they don't give a damn!
