Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. When I asked them to produce a signed membership contract (which they dont do contracts which makes it illegal to charge a card without a contract) they said "it was written on the reciept" which once again not a contract. Then they would not refund me and told me to call their head office in Bowling Green which would never return my calls or would keep transfering me around their offices. I finally had my bank challenge the purchase and got my way overpriced money back. Avoid!
