They do a great job and come as scheduled! Do a very thorough job. If I have a request they immediately help.

This company was hired by our HOA to do some tree and vegetation clean up. It has been nearly three weeks since they left the mess in the photos. As you can see they did not finish the job. They removed about 3/4's of it, and then just STOPPED! They left around 4:30 saying it was the end of their workday, but they would be back tomorrow to finish it up. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. This is not only an eye sore, it is dangerous. I have tripped over this mess, cutting my foot and toe. It is starting to blow around and expand. I plan to post a new picture of it every week until it has been cleaned up. They also took down a old oak tree in my front yard. The stump still needs grinded down. That has been one week so far, let's see how long it takes them to come back and finish that job. This is NOT a reliable company. read more

The service has gone from ok to bad. They leave your yard a mess and don't attend to all contracted areas such as garden beds. I've had to call two weeks in a row just to get basic service completed correctly read more

I hired them to do a 1 time mow. It cost me more to fix the damage they caused. Not only did they run over sprinklers, but they stole them to cover it up. When I called the office no one bothered to return my call. Sad this local "family owned" company is run by a crew that cannot speak English and without moral character. Scheduled a service 3 weeks in advance in anticipation of a major project. I confirmed my appointment the day before and was told everything was confirmed. The day of, nobody showed and I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the company. When I finally did, I was told the operations manager was not responding to whether they would show up or not. They never showed up on the scheduled day! Completely unreliable, I should have followed the advice in other negative reviews. Avoid this company!!!! read more

I signed an agreement for this company to do landscaping and irritation work. They told me it would be about 6 weeks from when I signed to when they'd get the work done. It's been 9 weeks and they don't return my emails or my phone calls. Kind of sucks as I've been waiting all this time and now have to start over. read more

This company Blue Bell landscaping and irrigation was working on a home adjacent to the one I reside in. As they dug a ditch to lay out the irrigation system for the newly built home they cut our cable. The first gentleman that approach my home told us what happened and was apologetic. When I approached the manager he was very rude told me he can't help me and it's wasn't his problem. As a conversation escalated he yelled in a threatening Manner and waved around his wrench. As a resident in the community I was appalled by his behavior which also is a reflection of this company. I will never trust or allow this company to participate in any of my own personal future projects and I felt an obligation to expose this unacceptable behavior by both this employee and this company, because as I reported the employee's behavior the owner and the company managers justified his actions and gave no solutions to rectify the matter. read more

Spent $2,700 to re-sod around newly installed pool. About 150 sq. ft. of the sod did not take. They blamed everything from too much water to too much fertilizer (funny, the rest of it took fine). Would not make it right. Wouldn't have been much for them to replace that small amount of sod to make things right. That's a leftover from another job, really. No interest in making customer happy. Extremely poor service. They are supposed to be taking care of my lawn, weeds, spraying, etc. My yard is a mess, it was beautiful not too long ago. They've let it go to hell. Tired of them telling me they'll be here & they don't show. Going to have to hire someone to fix my lawn now. Customer service is definitely not what it use to be, so sad. Blue Bell does a great job at lawn maintenance, even dealing with "dog poo mines" when the son forgets his chore list. We've also used them for tree and shrub installation as well as rock beds. All have been pleasing results. read more

They worked on my neighbors yard and left massive grass clots to suffocate her yard. It looks bad, but I don't know if this is what was agreed to. This is coupled with seeing their landscaping truck swerving around cars along 528 doing easily 20 over the speedlimit. My best guess on why they felt the need to drive so recklessly is that they wanted to give everyone a chance to have their car pelted with rocks that spewed out from behind their car. Seems they are as careless on the roads as with people yards. read more

We had 4 bamboo plants purchased and planted by this landscaping company. After following all the instructions about watering, after about 2 months, two were great and two, which were fine, were suddenly brown. These two are dead after following all the instructions by the company for two months about watering the plants daily. They cannot explain while in the same living conditions two died and two are doing great. They will not refund the money on obviously defective plants. read more

Crew does a great job. They're there and gone in a matter of minutes and yard always looks great when they leave.

Called this company, had to leave a voice mail to ask them to give me an estimate on a complete backyard landscaping including pavers, artificial turf, irrigation, new concrete planters. Got a call the next day to set an appointment, Louis came out the following day and walked the yard with me, I gave him a scale drawing of the project and my information. I was told they could handle it and I would get the estimate in a week or less. After a week and a half I called them to find out when I would see the estimate but of course I had to leave a message, it is now a week later and I have not even received a reply. I can only guess that the scale of the project is to big for them or their too busy mowing lawns. I think that if a company wanted my business they would have the courtesy to return my message and my scale drawing, if they couldn't handle the size of the project they should have told me up front and not wasted everyone's time. read more
