One day, I read about this company on a next-door page, and the price was very reasonable for those who live close to the SFO. I was flying out that week, so I texted Moe and requested the ride. He responded promptly with the courtesy and confirmed the day and time. Communication is essential, giving me a sense of responsibility to deal with a very responsible person. On the flight day, Moe came on time. He helped me with the luggage, and honestly, at that moment, I realized this was the best decision I made for my regular traveling. I asked him if he could find a curbside bag drop stand so I didn't need to take my heavy bag inside. Thank God United restarted their curbside bag drops again. It was hard to find the parking in front of the stand drop bag area. He parked a little far away and dropped my bag. Moe is an exceptionally kind gentleman and a very polite soul. I gave him our Napa schedule for day and where we would like to go during the day. He never had to ask questions where we were going, etc. He just brought us to our destinations in order. We were supposed to begin at 9am, but he told us that we'll start at 9:15am--not a big deal as he communicated this an hour in advance. We used his services for 7 hours, we got home 30-45 minutes past our 7 hours and he didn't charge us extra, nice of him. He is professional, nice, and helpful. The limo itself is not the best one out there for sure as carpet on the limo was a little ripped but it was fine. They provide you with water bottles, glasses, and ice. You can also hook up your own music from the back. Again, not the best of the class sound system but it will do. The limo we got fits 8, and yeah, you can't really squeeze any more than that unless you wanna squish. Awesome price, awesome driver. Will definitely use again.

After drop off, we thought we had lost a set of keys inside the limo and UCL said they would check and drop it off at our hotel. We paid about $700 for a 7 hour tour in a 10 person limo.
