My wife and I use limo services all the time when we travel. We ride in limousines at least 10 times a year...but this experience was different! I wish there were a Yelp 10-star rating (not just 5) for extraordinary experiences; Sam would get all 10 of them. His classy attention to details was phenomenal. With the music, drinks and on-board snacks selection; from the moment I boarded the limo, Sam made sure that my experience was memorable. He is also a well rounded jolly good fellow. His big smile and positive attitude really rubbed off on me. My wife was really impressed by the quality of service. She landed in SFO tired and exhausted; she got home refreshed and energized. During the trip to the airport, Sam shared some amusing anecdotes and recommendations about his numerous trips to Napa and Sonoma. I never thought of using a limo driver to go wine tasting before. But the next time we go to Healdsburg with friends, I will hire him to drive us around Sonoma's wine country...that way I will be able to enjoy my wine tasting even more. We will NEVER NEVER EVER use this company again!
