Nothing was broken, damaged, or missing. The move into my new space was just as smooth as the move out of my old one. They carefully followed all of the building's rules for elevator use, placed furniture exactly where I requested, and neatly stacked boxes in the appropriate rooms. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, regularly checked to make sure I didn't have any questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Before leaving, they removed all of the packing materials they had used and left both my old and new homes clean and tidy. The entire move stayed on schedule and was remarkably efficient. Mattresses are all black and ripped underneath. And they were in perfect condition before the move. My total bill was 10k! I was totally disgusted in myself for all I packed. I had things in their truck furniture that was too large to fit through door way. and was charged $99.00 a day! So $990.00 because they could not fit them in, the pieces were too big. So some were left in the truck for 10 days until I could clear the wall off from boxes that they were going to go right in that very spot. It cost me a chunk of money for using their truck as storage. It was such a mercy-less company! Greedy and cruel! And those big trucks just sit there on the lots dozens of them! Charged big money if you used their boxes. I was totally at their mercy and no way out! I still had things in their truck! It was the most stressful and expensive move, and I was only 5 towns away! I totally wised up the last pick up at my storage unit. Took my 2 pieces of furniture and 2 boxes and I grabbed my sewing machine. I left other things behind. If I get a chance I will empty the room out. That is only $100 a MONTH! But Tristate charging me $99.00 a day was ridiculous for 3 pieces of furniture in there! I wasn't holding a truck up, they have a whole fleet of them! The trucks are filthy inside. The whole thing was very very stressful! The manager also wanted a review. Well here it is. She didn't want them to leave without a review! Save your money people. Make sure you pack your own. I had to hurry on my end and only had one person helping me pack 2 times a week. It had to be a quick move. My seller wanted out of her condo. Then her attorney decided she needed a vacation so it upped my date even more. If there was anything that happened it happened and kept snow balling! No family help, they offered but didn't really want to do it. Never said we will be here such a such a day. The unit was heavy and awkward and had to go down some steep stairs into a basement. The movers handled the job professionally and got the machine into the basement with no damage to the machine, the house, or themselves. That was quite an accomplishment!!! If I had one concern about All My Sons it's their failure to clearly communicate pricing and liability limitations. I was told that their minimum charge is 2 hours. It's actually 2 hours plus travel time. And, I wasn't told that their liability limitation is 60 cents per pound. That would have come out to $240 for a $1500 appliance -- definitely not enough to replace the appliance if something had happened. I might not have hired All My Sons if I'd seen this. We got lucky.

We have asked who they go to and they say they go to "onsite" and they don't know that anyone is onsite today (Saturday). No one with any decision making power is available once they have your belongings. We have spoken to Tisa, Alexis, Tia, Amy, Bruce, "CS" meaning customer service (irony noted) and none are able to help. Our delivery will now not happen due to them not being available. If I can stress anything- ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.*** If you get a really good binding agreement please know that it is not binding in any way. It looks very legitimate, but it is a scam. After the confirmation of sale is where it gets good. 30 minutes pass and I get a call from the company saying they can deliver today, the same day, in the late afternoon. OK. One hour later I get another call that they can deliver right now. Yes please. Approximately three hours after I ordered many, many boxes, they arrived in perfect shape.
