I was told there was a $79 fee to come out and assess our project. The electrician arrived and said the fritzy light just needs to be on a switch instead of a dimmer switch-but did not switch out the plate. The other room didn't need to match, so no work there. The primary that needed a fan with a switch didn't need to be switched since he found it! but didn't switch to winter mode!!! He did no work, but we got a bill for almost $200.
