We have decided to sell our home and with that comes the buyer's home inspection process. The buyer's inspector suggested that our double sinks were not up to code and required repair. To appease our buyers, I immediately called Pure Plumbing to correct the issue. Francis C. was dispatched to my home today in regard to the above matter. Turns out, the sinks are very much up to code. He took several pictures, cited plumbing code, etc. I was relieved that we did not require a repair and that Francis and Pure Plumbing was so honest with me. Francis provided me with documentation of his findings that I can keep for my records and also provide to the realtors/buyers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pure Plumbing and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. I hear they have a top notch AC/HVAC division as well.(we never required their services for that though :) )

    To start, scheduling the appointment was easy and the office staff were attentive and professional…read more The company was running a $19 promotion for what was advertised as a coil cleaning and inspection service, which sounded like a great opportunity to have my mini-split system checked out. Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

The installation team (Jaime and Mauricio) arrived early the next morning and got right to work. Within hours, the new system was installed, running, and my home was nice and cool again. I was pleased when 702 was able to have someone come later in the afternoon, especially since I needed to get this done before having my very first houseguests in a couple days. But the interaction with Nick after showing him the showerhead in question was one of the strangest that I have ever had with a contractor in almost 25 years of homeownership. Nick: Well, I'll have to charge you for this. Me: (confused as I didn't call a charity) Uh yeah, I would expect that you would. Nick: That will be 550. Me: ...dollars? Nick: Just kidding, $150. It did end up being $150 thankfully but I am not sure if it was a poor sense of humor or an attempt to fleece me; either way I didn't care for it, despite the work being done quickly!

You couldn't flush the main bedrooms toilet without the guest bathrooms toilet bubbling over.. We couldn't use either toilet! My honey and I are both in our late 70's and we're both handicapped.. It became a total hassle to say the least!! Curtis showed up on Memorial day and worked his tail off to fix our headache and never once complained.. A big thank you to Anytime plumbing and CURTIS!!     Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Anytime Plumbing in Las Vegas. We are a…read morefamily-owned restaurant, and we called them because our restaurant was flooding and we needed urgent help. We were told the service would be $970, but we were charged over $1,100. On top of that, the job was supposed to include jetting all the lines in the restaurant, including the main line. From what we understand, they only jetted one main line and did not complete the work we paid for. About 20 days later, we had problems again and asked them to come back under their 30-day warranty. They sent someone out, but he did not properly check anything. He basically looked at the drains and said it was not flooding at that moment. Now they want to charge us another $400 just to run a camera and check their own work. The most upsetting part was speaking with the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and was laughing while we were explaining the problem. This is very serious for a restaurant, and we felt completely dismissed. We paid for a service that we believe was not completed properly, and now they do not want to honor the warranty unless we pay even more money. This experience felt completely unfair and unacceptable. I do not usually write reviews like this, but this situation was too serious to ignore. We will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I would avoid using "scam" too many times in the public review so it stays strong and credible.
