Editing this to make it more complete. I'll note my 1 star review is specifically related to the excessive cost of their service. They were otherwise reasonable to work with. Plumb Perfect had good Yelp reviews so I scheduled a call with Jordan to come out and give me an estimate yesterday 6/26/25. I had two plumbing projects for Jordan. First I wanted him to look at moving a 1ft section of a gas pipe running overhead in my kitchen. Second, I wanted him to replace the faucet set on the tub in my master bathroom. When I received the estimate I had immediate sticker shock when I saw the total of $2,710 for the two pieces of work. $1,560 for the master tub valve/faucet set and $1,150 for the gas line move. I had a second plumber come out today 6/26/25, Hips Plumbing, and the price was $1,600 for both jobs. Nick was super easy to work with and Hips Plumbing is going to let me provide the tub faucet/valves of my choosing where Plumb Perfect said they had to provide them and I was only able to choose finishes. If you include $200 for the tub faucet set Hips Plumbing was still 34% less expensive for exactly the same work. read more

Im very upset of service. I contacted Pluming crazy LLC. I spoke with Jordan, I'm assuming he's the owner. He never advise me, What size of water heater I should buy, everything was in Rush. I sent him the picture of the water heater and ask him please take a look is there anything particular I should know, no respond. Then I called him. I i formed him ,that I'm purchasing 40 L RHeeem water heater. I've got thumbs up. additional that I ask him to check all the plumbing because in one bathroom the water has very low pressure . No questions about the size, no question about the gas, or electrical, no questions at all, you just on your own. This is my first water heater I'm replacing at the property.I'm in California and property in Las Vegas. I did ordered from Home Depot. Then, when the water heater arrived and pumbers came to install, they infold me, that it is short and needs to be tall. Now Instead to pay $450 for installation and $250 for the parts, they offer me to cut the wall and adjust the whole pipes which cost me additional $500. Then, when the guys start installing , they realize pipes are not on the right place, so they informed me, that they have to install out of city code. Now, I have new water heater installed not by the City code and paid $500 extra for stolen, incorrect,. I don't know how long it's gonna work that way. I spoke with Jordan, ask him to resolve this issue somehow, he offer me to return the water heater, drive back to California order again, and come back again. He never advised me what height I should purchase, he just simply stated that "usually Home Depot send a tall water heaters. It's very rare that they send a short water heaters". Now I have wrong installation for $1120 just the labor. I hope nothing wrong will be with my water heater for a while. Otherwise, I'll have to contact them again which I really don't want. Also, I ask to check all faucets and the plugs and of course he had lots of excuses that I have to put new water pressure then I have to change all faucets which they are three years old. Only this company is not in your interest to work with , they gonna milked your money. Additional two all that mess, I requested to do right way invoice, because house is under the trust. He had a lots of issues he cannot put Trust name he cannot put my name.. He was very impatient always in the rush. He needs to get money, but then you deal yourself with your documents. These people are amazing! I had them come check out a rental property that needed a considerable amount of plumbing looked at. I didn't even know what all to tell them needed to be done, I'm not a plumber, lol, but they were so great to work with! They drove farther than other companies were willing to go, and worked with my schedule since I had to meet them from out of town.
