I find it very strange that this place has mostly five star reviews. I suppose everybody's experience is different I just don't understand how they can do. Such terrible work on my car and somehow produce work that is eligible for a five star review. My car took longer than originally quoted. This would be fine if the work came out good. I will say I don't notice a single thing wrong with the paint so that's a good thing. However, there have been nothing but issues with the rest of the work. Somebody smacked into me while I was at a red light, luckily it was a big truck, so it was above the bumper. All that needed to be done is replace the hatch on my hatchback. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the trunk was springing open and it didn't used to do that. I even mentioned it to him. Come to find out it is springing open because it is hitting, the tail lights so because of the pressure as soon as you release it, it springs it open. As you close the hatch, you can see the tail lights being shoved down. Also, there was a 7" x 3" piece of plastic just sitting in my trunk. Upon further inspection, it was a piece of trim that belongs on the hatch. No big deal. I popped it in but I figured that's probably not a good sign that they gave it to me like that. After getting upon further inspection, I realized the spoiler which is attached to the hatch was hanging off and not secured properly. I didn't even mention the other trim issues I had I just wanted the spoiler fixed. I went in. They said the clips are broken, I don't know how they gave it to me with broken clips but OK, they said they will order them and let me know when they are in so they can replace the clips. It has been weeks and I have heard nothing from them. I'm driving around with my spoiler not even attached properly after $2700 of work. Also, upon further inspection, the trim on the inside of the panel or hatch is not assembled correctly, and I happen to notice it's not assembled correctly and bulging out where there is some hard rubber substance bulging out from the window as they replaced the window as well transferring it from my old hatch to my new hatch. Perhaps this is why the trim is not even secured and clipped in properly just hanging there I don't know but I don't really care what the reason is I care that they didn't give it back to me the way they should have. All in all this is extremely poor work, and the only reason I didn't give them a one star review Was because the paint itself seems to be a good job and it matches my car which is factory also, the customer service was good. All in all, I have work to do to this vehicle to sell it and have it still be clean like it was when I gave it to blue collision or I just go in there and throw a fit but you know what any company that would push out a product like this. A finished product is just too much of a headache for me to go and complain , I'll just deal with it myself, but they have certainly lost my business. I will never go there again and AAA will be hearing about it since they are partnered with them and AAA recommended them being in network as they said. I'd be willing to bet I could've went to some Cheap place and not even gone through insurance and had a better job done than this. The quality control is poor. I will mention I'm a 27 year mechanic and although not a body guy I do have an eye for all the trim work, and there are brand new mechanics that have worked under me that could do a better job putting it back together than they have done here. Absolutely never again. I'm still waiting to hear from them about the clips for my spoiler and if I ever hear from them on this, I will let them fix that, but it will be the last time they touch any of my vehicles ever. read more

However, our service advisor, Michael, kept us informed about was was happening all the way. When the facility had a problem with a technical issue, it was sent to our Mazda dealer to work it out. Scheduled an appointment so easy and quick! My car had an attempted break in causing the door to be slightly bent and the door guard to be ruined. I went in to see what would need to be done and to have them send info to my insurance. They quickly took it to the back and was able to realign the door and fix the guard without having to use my insurance and pay a large deductible. Very family friendly and a great place all around! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mike and the rest of the team went above and beyond with my expectations upon fixing my Honda Fit 2017 front bumper. To make story short, my car got hit inside the drive thru car wash & I was assigned to go here to get free fixing by the company. I was surprised how far it is from where I'm at. But all the waiting and driving were worth it. I was told it would take 4-5 days to fix it. But it only took them 3 days! My car front bumper looks very nice & I'm impressed. On top of that, I asked Mike regarding getting my windshield wiper fluid container fixed because it's broken and I have no idea why no fluid would come out. Mike only charged me $30 because it's just the hose that needs fixing. Other auto shop wanted to charge me $100 just for diagnosis and opening truck by itself not including parts. But Mike didn't even charge me for any of that. He told via text that it's just the hose. They're very honest and they don't take advantage of your money. I appreciate your kindness, honesty and not taking advantage of people who are clueless about car stuff. My car looks so nice. They didn't just fix it, they took care about getting car rental from Enterprise. They made it smooth and easy for me. I didn't need to ask, they just did it themselves getting it all done. Plus there's free drinks too in the waiting area which is a plus. I didn't wait long at all. Maybe 10 minutes at most. They several drinks to choose from: Diet Coke, coke, sprite, water, coffee & etc in the waiting area. After getting it all fixed, they even cleaned my car inside and out! WOW!! My car looks super brand new as if I just bought it from the dealership! Haha I love it! The employees working here are professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to everyone! We were referred to Blue Collision by our insurance company after our car was backed into in a parking lot. We had a significant amount of damage on back passenger side and the alignment was completely off. The accident happened in Feb 2022, took the vehicle in sometime in March 2022 & it was completed in May 2022. There were delays due to parts shortage on newer chevy models,but was updated the entire way. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and they did not lack in communication. Our overall experience was great aside from having the accident happen in the 1st place with our brand new car we only had for 6 months,but that had nothing to do with Blue Collision, they saved our car and restored it to as good as new. read more

I had a small issue and needed a piece of trim reattached. I knew it would only take a small amount of time and not much labor. After checking with a couple of other body shops I decided to try Blue Collision. The other body shops made a big deal...made me make appointments just to look at something that would only take a minute....and then, gave me estimates that bordered on the ridiculous. On a whim, I called Blue....they told me to come over and they would look at it right away. The girl that waited on me was friendly, professional and took my van to the back right away. 15 minutes later, I was on my way without spending a ton of money....and the piece reattached. My insurance company gave me a list of collision repair shops that were right in my area. Unfortunately I started with this company. When I called I was immediately put off by the very abrupt man on the other end. I took it with a grain of salt after all we all have bad days. I should have listened to my gut! I showed up to my appointment today and was greeted by the same grump... ok I had my dog with me she can keep me happy... well she kept me happy but CRAIG was just as rude in person and even more so. You know those people who are so condescending to women?? We'll meet Craig! He spoke to me like I was an idiot and that was it for me. After he took pictures of my car we went inside where there was a lovely lady with a lovely personality unfortunately she wasn't working with me. Craig abruptly pushed a paper across the desk and said " you just sign this and your insurance will pay us" ... I guess from the look on my face he could see that I wasn't signing anything. He said "unless you have other plans ?" Which I replied "yes I think I do". Here is a bit of advice Craig... smile, be polite, be inviting. Ask your customers if they are ok? My wife's van got ran into by a kid that couldn't drive. It was declared 100% the others drivers fault which was good, but I assumed we'd still have a headache getting it repaired. Blue Collision is close to where I live but based on their Yelp reviews I was going to go somewhere else. My state farm agent said they were great and recommended Blue Collision so we gave them a shot. My wife took the van and got a estimate which was about $2,300. We scheduled the repair for 12/26 and my wife took the van and was given a ride to Enterprise where Blue had handled getting us a rental car. The repair took a few days longer than expected but that was because they rejected the recycled door that the other insurance company forced them to buy. They provided excellent communication during the entire process, to the point my wife was able to handle it all and not once felt like she was getting taken advantage of. We just got the van back and it looks great! I will take all of my vehicles to Blue Collision from now on. read more

After having the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer while I was driving down the highway I took my new truck to Blue Collision and received an estimate. After a few days I decided to do most of the repair myself and decided I would not turn it in to the insurance company to avoid having my rates increased. The truck still had dents in the rocker arsome dings on the tailgate, and had small surfaces scratches in the paint from driving in the desert. I again called Blue Collision and talked to Trent about getting the balance of my truck fixed which was part of the original estimate. I took the truck there and we went over the estimate and agreed that he would deduct the parts that I had replaced and complete the buffing of the truck, the dents in the rocker panels, the replacement of the plastic trim pieces surrounding the bumpers and wheel wells, as well as installing the rear bumper that I had already purchased. A few days went by after dropping the truck off and I made another call to Trent and asked him to revise the original estimate to correspond to the new scope of work. He then sent me an estimate for over $1000 more than the original estimate even though I had already performed the lion share of the repairs. I stopped him in his tracks and said never mind I will come and pick up my truck and take it elsewhere. He responded by saying that he would honor the original estimate and do the repairs as agreed. He said he would need the truck for several weeks to complete the work. I received notifications via text throughout the process as well as spoke with Trent a half dozen times during the course of the work to be performed. At one point Trent said that they mis-calculated the labor for the time to buff out the truck from brush scratches from driving in the desert but that he would "make it right and still honor the estimate". Finally, after now which has been approximately six weeks I went to pick up my truck. I had to pick it up at the end of the day because Trent said they still had to wash & detail the truck. Upon my arrival I went to inspect the workmanship. None of the trim pieces have been replaced, there are still missing pieces because Trent did not order the required nut and bolt kits to install the parts yet, the bedliner has not been removed, the dents in the truck have not been addressed, and the truck has not been buffed at all or even washed or detailed as Trent told me. Trent and I stood outside the truck and I pointed out that none of the scratches have been buffed out. He said they buffed the car out for two weeks. I said there hasn't been a buffer put to this paint at all and he insisted that there was. read more

Let me qualify why I give Blue Collision five stars! Customer service. Blue came highly recommended and I checked them out with BBB and they rated very high. My initial visit was fine we scheduled the repair and I contacted the insurance company and we were all set. I dropped the car off and as promised they stayed in touch throughout the repair. Needless to say no one is perfect and I did experience a couple problems and a bit of inconvenience but Trent and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I the customer was 100% satisfied and in the end I was. The final product was great and I would definitely take my vehicle here for any accident related situation and suggest you do as well. Remember nothing is perfect, and STUFF happens but if they handle every situation that doesn't go quite right like they did mine you will be 100 % satisfied. Had warranty work done to fix a chip from a rear wind deflector not being put on correctly by the factory, and even though Toyota was technically their customer, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work performed. I had bad hail damage to my vehicle in 2010 and took my vehicle here to get it repaired. The damage was over 75% of my vehicle so it was a big job but I was assured by the staff at this place they could handle it. I was told they were busy because of the many hail damaged cars but that I would have my car back within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I had to call them up and demand they give my vehicle back. I met with the "manager" who took me to the lot and showed me my 1/2 put together vehicle and assured me they were working as hard as they could on it. It took them 4 weeks to complete the repairs. After finally getting my vehicle back I thought it looked great. It was a new vehicle when it was damaged and it looked great when I picked it up. Too bad less than a week later I noticed I was missing one of the emblems that should have been on the back tailgate. I took it back to the shop and the employee apologized, ordered the emblem and in a week fixed it. Well done, until... About 2 weeks later I noticed that the plastic moldings in the wheel wells of both of the front wheel wells was coming loose and hitting the tires, causing it to break. I just happened to be getting an oil change that day and the tech told me he noticed that none of the clips, that were supposed to hold the plastic moldings in place, were present. Furthermore, he told me that my whole front bumper assembly was about to come loose as well because only 2 of the clips that hold it in place were present. These were all parts replaced by Blue Collision. I took my car back to Blue and told them the problem. The "manager" was rude and didn't listen and told me that they were not responsible and that I must have ran over something and damaged the parts. I was not sure what I could have run over to make the clips holding the parts in place disappear so I called him on his BS but he refused to fix it unless I paid. I went somewhere else and got it fixed for $750 out of my pocket. Blue Collision is terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else. read more

However, when I picked up my car Bob W. had my car beyond cleaned up, washed, tires dressed etc. Please know Bob W. needs to be your ambassador at Blue Collision...he has such gentlemanly charisma and charm to deliver/greet to all of your customers as they all walk in. Please know all the people that work there are very nice, helpful...asking if you have been helped, would you like a drink etc. However, Bob is/should be your ambassador...trust me on this one!!! read more
