Travis was absolutely fantastic to work with. He fought hard to make sure my truck was repaired through Larry H. Miller so I could receive quality OEM parts. My insurance originally directed me to a small auto body shop on Glendale Ave and 59th, but I didn't want aftermarket parts. I explained this to Travis, and he immediately asked me to bring the truck in. He worked directly with my insurance company, negotiated the pricing, and addressed additional damages that had been missed by the other shop. They had only quoted a repair of the truck bed side panel when it really needed replacement. So, I had my car in to LMCC and what a horrific experience. They put a used lift gate on my Jeep the you could clearly tell the lift gate had sat in the sun for years from 2019. Progressive was also the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. They said they were putting a used one on my car because the insurance demanded it, so I said put a new one on and I will pay the difference, they refused they refused everything I said I would pay, when in fact they work for me and are not the boss of me! Fast forward after dealing with the Arizona Department of Insurance, they have my car to put a new lift gate on because once the insurance company saw the condition, said it was unacceptable. So now it is in this companies hands, which because they had the new lift gate ready to go, was to take a week - nope it is going to take 2 1/2 weeks. The crap they are billing the insurance company comes close to gouging and they will not listen to you. The guy who handles progressive claims is very strange man. You leave a message for the person at LMCC to call you back for status, calls always go unanswered. This place is horrific and I do not know what has happened with them, but I am about to pickup my vehicle and take it elsewhere. They could care less and have always been so unresponsive is it ridiculous. I will never recommend this place to my friends or family - stay clear. PLEASE BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS BECAUSE THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! i went to get my vehicle repaired after an accident and its stressful as it is. when I got my car back, they returned my car with scratches on the exterior and interior of my car. They also damaged my light on my car. they also added a different part rather than an original part and it completely changed the look of my car. when i asked them to fix the damages they had done, they refused to be held responsible and only wanted to do light touch ups. I had pictures before and after my pickup. Retaliation - I asked Louie if they can reinspect my vehicle because they did not get a quote regarding the mechanics from my accident. He lied and stated they do not do mechanics there. I was told by local dealerships they do mechanics but refused to help me after they damaged my vehicle. i requested a call from the manager Rudy and never got a call back! On December 19, 2024, my son (18) bought his first car, a 2018 Hyundai Sonata with the Total Care Auto extended warranty from Richard Metcalf. Less than 2,000 and not even two months later, on February 10, the oil light flickered on a couple times despite the recent oil change performed just before purchase. After adding 4 quarts, he took it to the dealership where Amanda Neitzel advised they needed to drained the new oil and charged him over $60 for an oil change, which could only be done at their dealership, advising a return in 1000 miles for an oil consumption test. The car reached the 1000 marker and he scheduled an app. Today, 3/26/25 he was informed by Amanda that the car burns at least a 1.6 quarts per 1000 miles too much, requiring a combustion chamber cleaning which the dealership denied warranty coverage and would cost $1025.53 out of pocket. I'd like to add that Amanda was very knowledgeable and professional and I'm sure doing her job the way she is trained to. He also had a small issue with his temp plates and trade in registration prior and was told by Richard that he needed to go to MVD for a new temp. That interaction alone said a lot about this dealership. I strongly suggest going to an honest dealership where they care about their customers. read more

I Took my vehicle to Sam. They kept my car longer than quoted & he said it's so they get it done perfect. Got it back home looked it over and it was not done there was marks all over an area. It looks like some new apprentice did the work. And even worse he let it out of the shop like that. I took it back and wasted another day at the dealer. My wife picked up the car next day and sam was making her feel uncomfortable saying he was upset that I gave him a low star rating when I was just being honest. Also the inside of my car had so much paint dust all over it was a very toxic paint odor and I had my kids car seat in there it was all over it looks like they just did a quick wipe. I come back another time for another vehicle business matter. Sam sees me and just wants to talk down on me how I gave him a bad rating I told him I was being honest. He really just wanted to talk $hit and said it's weird that I'm back and walked away. That was very UNPROFESSIONAL of him. I have been promised they would have it repaired several times and it still is incomplete. I am several hundred dollars into a rental car as my insurance coverage has been used. Neither the manager nor the service advisor returned my calls and I feel the reason is that I am a female widow with no male friends to plead my case. While going to pick up my truck after finally getting them to replace the rim they had damaged and returned to me I went in to get my truck ands told them I would not sign anything until I looked at the truck. The one receptionist that was not even helping me turned and gave me a very nasty look told the one helping me not to give me the keys and I can go look and see like that. I asked her to find it for me and she said it's not my job and that it is out front. I told her it isn't my job either and it would not even be here if they did the work right the first time. I was involved in a hit a run. Someone hit the whole back side of my car and took off.. so we came here for the repairs.. I'm glad we did bc well my insurance didn't really see all the damage but the guys that work here do. So there is a huge difference from the guys who tell you what's wrong from the guys that actually do the repairs..so to me it's simple some guy comes out marks the car with what needs to be fixed and than it gets fixed. It shouldn't be half assed, and it was because here we are back again. Bc they didn't fix the trunk and the letters on my car. It isn't the guys up fronts fault it's the guys again in the back who don't fully do their job. Be prepared, this is a long one... I had some minor damage to my front left fender and rim, and was assigned to this facility by my insurance. I spent a week trying to get a hold of someone to take in my car and double check if an appointment was necessary, as I was told by my insurance I would need one. Turns out I didn't and ended up just going in on 9/20 Tuesday, they took the necessary pictures and told me it would take about a week to receive the parts and an additional week for the repair to be completed; so I was looking at around the first week of October to pick up. I never heard from them and finally called 9/30 Friday and I was told the delivery of parts had been delayed by a few days. I was annoyed by the lack of communication, but tried to be understanding as I knew that was out of their control. BUT within that time my insurance contacting me informing they had received NO DOCUMENTATION from the collision center and were not aware I had had my car evaluated. So they were making orders without authorization or an estimate. First red flag. Again, days passed and no update so I reached out 10/10 Monday to my insurance to see if they had received further updates as I had zero, and was placed on a 3-way call, to where the insurance rep was informed my parts had already arrived as of the week prior so I took my car in right away and was given 10/13 Thursday to be the estimated pick up day. Received no calls, so I reached out 10/14 Friday to be told my car would be ready Monday 10/17 as it was still being painted. Monday came and I got a call they had missed the fact that they had no toner so my car would be ready instead on Wednesday 10/19. AGAIN, no follow-up from them. So I called Thursday afternoon 10/20 and was told my car was being wash and I would able pick up, I was annoyed by that time and so I let them know I don't need a wash and I would be there to pick up my car ASAP. I was put on hold to get a confirmation of the status only to be told my alignment could not be completed as there was additional damage to the suspension they didn't not see before. I was told straight out THEY DID NOT BOTHER OR THINK TO CHECK THE AREA. Like, what!?!? I was impacted on my tire and that should be checked for thoroughness and safety most of all. I was shocked because they were about to turn over my vehicle to me in that condition-- big compromise to my safety and a lawsuit if anything would've happened. I heard nothing back for the next days, not even a status update. I reached out 10/27 Thursday and was told my car had been completed and ready for pick up since the beginning of the week. Not surprised due to the extreme lack of communication, but I was more than frustrated as they still had the audacity to ask if I heard from anyone in the office. Obviously not if I'm calling you for an update!! Additionally, they dumped the old parts in my trunk without notice to me and so I'm assuming they didn't bother to check that either great job guys. Rudy, the general manager listened thoroughly to my concerns as the process took way longer than needed, and executed in a very unprofessional manner, so I thank him for that and hope he addresses it accordingly so it does not occur again to someone else. I will say the workmanship was done well, and the only personnel I feel did an exceptional job were the women at the front desk. 5 stars for them. 100% do not recommend this facility. read more

Please save your time and find a different body shop these guys are thieves I took my truck in told Travis all the things that were wrong with it after the accident all of which only the front bumper was replaced. All the front plastic inserts were broken and left that way when I picked up the vehicle I called him on it and was told they were replaced however he would order a new one and call me when it's in ?? All of this should have been done before calling me and telling me the vehicle is ready for pick up but they sure are quick to charge you the deductible completely unsatisfied with their workmanship, and attention to detail which they should be on top of as it's a body shop read more

I had smashed the corner of my bumper.After making an appointment to get an estimate, I took it to a repair shop with 4.8 stars on Yelp. They were pleasant, gave me a printed estimate and a date of 60 days before they could work on it. I decided to get another estimate from Larry H Miller Collision Repair on 84th Ave/North of Bell. I didn't have to make an appointment for an estimate. They were$900 less and fixed it in 2 days. They did only buy one part(bumper) and fixed the other parts. It looks just like new. UPDATE: The excuse of why my car has been there for almost 2 months now was due to a Travis exact words "Long awaiting part" The moment I got that email, I called Larry H Miller Hyundai which is directly across the street...low and behold across the street had the part the entire time my car has been there. I informed this collision center and WOW my car was running by that night. Magical. So "Long Awaiting". IF YOU ARE THINKING THIS ESTABLISHNMENT WILL DO WELL BY YOU. RUN. I was a referral to this collision center and apparently the only professional aspect they have is to make themselves look incompetent. :) Lets start with the fact my car was towed there the 27th of February and was on their lot for (2) DAYS WITHOUT THEM EVEN REALIZING IT. Which I called both days multiple times asking to confirm my car made it there and they continued to tell me it was not. so I went out of my way to go to their property and find it myself...I found it in their parking lot within less than 3 minutes parked next to a company van. SO here we are now on the 13th..insurance has approved to start repairs, which I've called to get updates with no luck. I've asked for communication and have received none. Slow slow slow slow. Cannot express the frustration on how slow this place is to repair a vehicle. Months upon months we have been waiting for the vehicle to be completed. Even the insurance adjuster is getting on them to finish it so they can close it out. My insurance company had the option to write me a check for the repairs or to send it direct to LHM collision. I should have opted to take the check and at least I could have collected interest for the last 6 months. I was involved in a side swipe accident at work on Christmas Eve that totally tore apart the side of my car. I was very upset since this was the second accident that was not my fault in two years. Crazy AZ drivers. Sigh! This is a one stop Geico shop so everything was pretty convenient with a car rental right in the lobby and the agent meeting me there. So lots of stars for convenient and I was able to get in to see them within three days of a holiday week. Probably not great if I was not already on break from my job but I was able to wait since I was off from school. I prayed they would not total the car since that is a big mess and I must have a car. I work two jobs and do a lot of community events for the holidays. My scheduled was double packed. The damage to my car ended up being severe and it took along time to fix my car. Luckily this time around I had renters insurance so I was able to have a rental car. I would have been in trouble if I did not, since it took over three weeks to fix the auto. What I noticed about this place is that Sam is very personable and took his time explaining things to me. The lady in the rental car place was a prior student of a friend so that was an awesome surprise. When I returned the car the other worker in car rental was just as wonderful. Also, "Kudos" to whomever the guy was that showed me how to work the keyless rental car. I had never driven one before. We had a nice chat. I am sorry that I did not get his name. I am giving the review four stars but I feel a 3. 5 is a better rating. I upped it because my car looks great and for the above mentioned details. I have no idea how they did it but it seems okay. So far so good. However, with that said, I feel there are some things they could work on. The communication was not very good and could have been better. I do see that part of this might have been my agents fault. However, with that said, I was promised a call back on two occasions and that did not happen. I am a person of my word so that bothered me a bit. It is better to say something like I will try to call you on Wednesday with an update rather then promising a call tomorrow and not following through. Normally, I am easy going on that but I needed to rearrange shifts and charity events in order to make time to pick up my car. A lot of people were inconvenienced that week because they kept changing the fix date. Like I said, this might have been more my insurance companies fault, but still. Another thing I noted was that when I had called several times the person who answered the phone was cold and rude. The first time I came in same story. However, on my return the front line staff were very nice. I wonder if they let the other person go? Not good for a first impression for any business. It is crucial for your desk workers to be polite and warm. Car accidents are very upsetting to people no matter the circumstances. I do have to say my car looks like new and so far it is running great. I pray that I will never need these people's services ever again but if you do let me know how it goes. read more

First and foremost. This is my experience and my situation alone. You should not make a sole decision based on my review. Business's have bad days too, things happen and I'm not the only person being helped. This shop has had my car for a month now. Nothing major needed to be done hell I was able to dive it in. For the past three weeks, I've been next in line for paint. The first excuse was the moisture in the air. Apparently, they are the only shop that can't paint a car if it rains it shuts them down completely. Then the following week it became a backup issue from the rain we got. Today's excuse was that they are doing construction to build more bays so they are limited to to one bay but that's not all folks. Just give it one more week cause I'm next in line.... I should have known I was SOL when the day after I dropped off my car I get a call asking when I would like to schedule a time to bring my car in to be looked at. I had to remind him I dropped it off the day before and he might want to look on his lot. Took him three hours to call me back to say he found it. I hope others have better luck with updates as well. I was told I would get weekly updates but that only happens if I call. Lastly don't expect same-day answers when you leave a message per the message, " I spend a lot of time in the shop and can't get to my phone all the time.". Update: 20 minutes after this review was posted and I get a call saying they will magically get my car done by tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Final Update: If I could give stars for quality of work I would give 5 starts. Picked up my car last night and could not be happier. Looks brand new and has lifetime warranty AS LONG AS I OWN THE VEHICLE. People were nice the only issue I had was listed above on the customer service side. In the end they kept all there promises on quality I just personally don't like the leading on. I have been to this collision center a few times after my vehicle had been hit. The facility is clean, professional, and even has enterprise rental in the office if you need them. I have been here three times in a year and each time staff were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I'd like to thank Travis, he helped me from the start to finish with my claim. Travis at this facility was exemplary in his care and attention to getting my very minor repair done. I had two body panels on my Prius which would not stay closed. I had the car serviced at the dealership and then they said they couldn't do the body panels, but I could take it to their repair facility around the corner. I thought, ok, here's where the upswell occurs. BUT Travis got it in immediately and fixed both body panels for NO CHARGe! Where does that happen anymore?!! Had response From my review by one person to call another person. Left messages for both with no response. When I talk to Sandy she said I should talk to Kenny. I called Kenny he said he's in the parts department and transferred me to the body shop but no Kenny there to answer the phone. I left messages for both the person who emailed me Johnny M and the Rudy person who was supposed to be in charge and have received no calls. Sandy basically told me too bad and she would not help me just gave me a number for Kenny who does not exist and I'm in the parts department and they can't transfer me to the collision center and here we are. The insurance company is waiting for them to Provide Proof of the repairs that the insurance company deemed not necessary. I had a very very bad experience with Larry Miller Collision Center. Bought a brand new 2005 Dodge stratus, I got rear ended so took the car there to be repaired. After 2 months I picked up my car drove it, 20 minutes later it began to stall and the radio was flashing on and off. So pulled over, gray smoke filled inside the car and flames of fire coming from the engine. I could not believe my eyes. The next morning went to Larry Miller Dodge to explain what happened and that I need a rental to get back and forth to work. They hesitantly gave me a rental the next day they demanded that i return it saying they don't see where they are at fault. My insurance company did 2 different forensic testing and both test said when they incorrectly hooked up the new motor in my seat a spark had arched against the metal in my door which caught my fuse box and then my battery on fire. No apologies from Larry Miller Dodge or the Collision Center and they refused to speak to me. So if I were you I would think twice about taking your car there to be repaired. They apparently have unqualified technicians and poor customer guarantee. I just purchased a new car from Sanderson Ford and I had reached out to Larry Miller on a couple of their cars but thought about it and rejected their offer dont want to do business with them. June 5, 2019 I got rear ended again and their insurance company asked me if I wanted to take my car to Larry Miller Collision Center or ABRA. I was lied to several times as to the progress of my vehicle. Zero communication from them for 2 weeks. I called and was told they have been updated my wife. Not true never a text or call. Was told when called and t was going to assembly. A week later called and was told it was going into paint. Week Later was told it was going to assembly again. I had to return my vehicle 4 times so far. First time the new fender was not installed correctly. The door smashed the corner and it had to replaced. Asked for them to adjust the replaced door because it was binding when closing. Wife picked it up. When I got home I found they didn't do it correctly. I was worse. Took it back. Took 3 days. Again wife picked up. 2 weeks later the paint on door cracked in 3 places. Returned again for o get repainted and agin asked to have the door adjusted. This time I tried to pick up. The car was filthy. You couldn't see past the dust to inspect the repaint. Again I asked to have door adjusted. Wife brought home 2 days later door not fixed. I just gave up. Now a month later I took to my mechanic to have the blower motor replaced. They found sandpaper had dropped in the fresh air inlet. That can only happen when the cowl is removed. The cowl was removed for them to replace the fender. It will now be returned for the 5th time. Worst service I have ever received from any business. They have quality control. BEWARE. read more

After my son go rear ended in his 2010 Jeep Wrangler, I thought that Larry Miller Collision Center Peoria was a good place to take it. They are, after all, a dealership affiliated repair shop and a USAA STARS facility. Wow, was I wrong. They found that the frame was bent and had to replace it after unsuccessful attempts to straighten it. So the problems started with Stephanie Maness. She is the one who was managing the repairs. They had our Jeep for 50 (not at typo, fifty) days. Stephanie only called once to tell me they had to replace the frame. Obviously, I needed some level of customer service, so I contacted Kevin Gaines, Collision Center Manager. Surprisingly, the Jeep was ready right then and there. Upon looking at the new frame, I noticed scratches and gouges on the front shock towers and rear part. Theses scratches and gouges were all the way through to bare metal with scrapes of metal hanging. They took it back in, ground it down, and re-painted it. We left thinking it was good. Wrong again. The next day, the check engine light came on saying gas cap. I checked and then replaced the cap, although it was tight and looked fine. It wasn't a huge deal so I figured we can get it in at our convenience. My son and I were driving off road when I looked back and saw something hanging from the front of his Jeep. When I looked at it, I noticed that both control arms were completely disconnected from the frame! No bolts in sight at all! We are about eight miles in the desert with no cellular service and limited tools. The front axle was almost completely loose and now the front drive shaft and differential were jammed up into the body. After about and hour of wresting and MacGyver skills, I was able to limp it back to cellular service and tow truck accessible area. I called Kevin and told him what happened and that it needed towed. He wanted to send a mechanic instead! One thing that made me even more mad was Kevin saying "I understand". He does not understand. There is no way he could! So, take two, they have it from Thursday to Tuesday and I went to pick it up. My simple request was to check all the bolts underneath and mark them so I can tell it they are loose. They only checked some bolts and simply wrote a mark, in what looked like pencil, on some random part of the volt or nut. When I pointed it out to Kevin, he made excuses and said that he checked the bolts that they worked on during the repair. So they did absolutely the bare minimum they could and didn't try to do good by me or my son. So now it is another trip back after finding the alignment off and the Jeep swerving suddenly by itself at highway speeds. This after a supposed alignment by Larry H Miller Dodge across the street from the repair shop. Now just found that there is a bent component that was never checked and would have been found on any four when alignment. I just don't know what to do anymore. My sons drive and ride in this vehicle and I am scared for them because of the lack of competent repair. read more

I would not recommend them here is why: 1. My lease G35 was backed into by a truck thus needed a new front bumper...They did not leave a note and left a tow hitch hole in the front bumper! My insurance said this is the place so I used them, got my loaner car there, fast and convenient. here is the problem, had to take the car back after the repairs, quality control??? Paint on the headlights and grill. Not real detail oriented and I did not notice till after washing the car a few days later. 2. My coupe G35 gets rear ended in the carpool lane on the I10 me and 2 other cars great..... Anyways needs new rear bumper and out of convenience I tried them again..... Paint was good, new rear bumper, but had to take it back..... They forgot to plug in the license plate bulbs, don't worry I was lucky enough to get pulled over and notified that way 2 days after I got the car back from them. Again quality control, final inspection must not be here?? If you really care about your car and want a detail oriented auto body shop to work on your car steer clear of here.
