Todd the owner with his horrific toxic incompetent staff is pathetic. The LADY behind the counter is challenged at a min. This shop after a minor fender bender with interior work stole -over $6,433.14 - Koppys is a CAR IMPOUND LOT YARD - WE HAD NO IDEA IN THE BACK THEY KEEP YOUR TRUCK IN AN IMPOUND RECOVERY LOT in limited tight space- Clowns hit the side of the rear qtr panel and than lied to us claiming they got the truck that way DELIVERED as TODD calls frantically trying to upcharge on parts than mentions and we have a qyr panel to straightern out ?? Right when he started lying, I called TODD out! Issue is we took video and told the truck driver to take pics and video upon delivery - OOPS TODD was caught red handed than he gave us attitude and the shop took "week after week" which led to "mth after mth" as it sat and collected dust for over 8months! Todd eventually stated he would fix the damages his shop caused YET instead of doing an honest repair he did a 1/2 ass "color match chip repair" w/extremely poor sanding - with bondo uneven and Todd didn't even bother replacing the modings they damaged!- This shop will "steal lie and cheat upcharge", on everything while not "taking personal ownership for damages", they cause in their impound car lot- They are not a full pledge body shop what so ever - Don't be fooled by the outside appearance- the interior and back is that of a junk lot/car recovery tow lot facilty - No integrity what so ever and I hope this poor review saves you the turmoil headaches all the small claims law suits & all. read more

I'm gonna start with this. Good paint jobs aren't cheap and cheap paint jobs aren't good! I just had my 1969 International Scout into Koppys for a full paint job. Love those guys they did an amazing job in the bodywork and the paint looks amazing! I did notice that the clear coat was a little thin on the tail gate which they immediately took care of. I would definitely recommend Koppys to anyone looking for quality work. read more

We had our car taken here after an accident. They had our car for about a month and a half,in that time we were not permitted to get anything from our car the couple times my fiancé stopped by. We had 3 key chains hanging from our rear view mirror on a lanyard. When we got our car back I noticed that they had they had taken the lanyards and our rosary off the rear view mirror,our key chains and rosary that we are not able to replace were gone. The lanyards were still there so someone that works there unclipped the key chains from the lanyard and kept them(as I stated they are not replaceable), they had been clipped to the lanyard for almost a year and never fell off. They were there when the car was towed to their shop. When my fiancé called them about it they told us they would look into it and call us back the next day,a week and a half later my fiancé called again and was told WE LOST THEM,they refused to admit one of their employees stole 4 sentimental items from our car and placed the blame on us. If you take your car here,which I don't recommend I suggest you take anything out that means anything to you. I'm honestly heartbroken over losing these items,my fiancé has had the rosary in every single car he's owned,it was even blessed by the church,whoever took it will definitely get the karma they deserve. I had my car repaired on my dime and this is what happened: Missed one dent I paid for. Car was returned filthy on the inside with sand and grease all over. Car was returned and the lights on the side they worked on did not work. they also worked on the air conditioner and that too did not work and now I have to bring it to someone else to fix. they may have been in business for a number of years but the quality is not there. Really, find another body shop unless you like going back and complaining several times to get them to step up. read more

Our van was stolen and after police recovered it they brought it to Koppy's. The reception with the tattoos was very rude and hard to deal with. My husband went to just see the van and was told twice after complying that he couldn't even see it. There was a police report, he showed ID brought copy of title and then was told the registration was expired ( which it wasn't )! After returning the owner was there and she was very nice and accommodating. Only because the one gal customer service skills need much improvement !! read more

I take my vehicle to Koppy's for a dent. Not a lot of damage ($1900 worth?), but a dent. I go to pick up my car and there were swirl marks all through the painted area. it was pathetic. You would think whomever buffed it and their supervisor would check the work, but nope. I show it, and other issues to Paul. They call me and tell me my vehicle is ready. I return and the swirl marks are gone, but the buffer person (who MUST have visual difficulties) buffed TROUGH the clear coat, through the paint and into the bumper cover. Now they have to repaint my car which they do. I return the third time and guess what? They gave my car back to the buffer person that damaged it TWICE and he puts the swirl marks back in the paint! when I show this to Paul, he gets pissy with ME! I asked him if someone at Koppys could actually look at my car before calling me as I shouldnt have to QC for them. The next day they call me and I go back for the forth time. It looks OK until I get home (2 miles away) I get out and look back and notice the DENT IS STILL THERE! I go back and inform them. Later on I have other body shops look at my car and there are numerous problems. Long story short the body work was SO BAD the insurance company paid another body shop to re-do the entire job costing THOUSANDS of dollars. The quality of work was the worst I have ever seen or heard of, the customer service was even worse. That is how they treated me, maybe you will have better luck. read more

I have had my vehicle repaired multiple times at Koppy's Body Shop and they have been nothing but helpful towards me, they always explain everything to me and why the repairs will take as long as they. Even if I just call them with a general question they are always so helpful and have great recommendations for local mechanics and things of that nature. This is a great family owned facility that has been around since the 1970's. I recommend this body shop to everyone that I know. Six weeks ago, I bought a white 2017 Mustang. The Ford dealer had put dark grey metallic pinstriping along the ridges on the hood, but nowhere else. (Huh?) On the recommendation of a friend, I went to Koppy's to see about pinstripes along the sides. What a wonderful experience: friendly people and professional service! Orlando, who is nothing short of a true artist, asked me to trust him about where to place the pinstripes. I was a little nervous - new car and all that - but I agreed. When he was halfway finished, he brought the car out to me, and I was amazed; striping in two different areas, on each side, along the ridges. It was so much better than I had originally imagined, and it makes the sleek lines of the car really pop! And the price, for nearly two hours' worth of work was less than $100. Will be going back soon to have the mirror covers painted black. read more

I was kicked out due to my child starting to fuss (I was not even a customer but a ride for one). Lora, the manager, and the receptionist are extremely rude. I have been blocked on social media beacause I had left a bad review- which was deleted along with other bad reviews. This business not only condone bad manners but excersices in complete disregard to customer service. Without any doubt my experience working with Koppy's was the best I've ever had with a body shop! Paul is the owner and is an absolute pleasure to work and communicate with. He was very patient and helpful not only with helping me understand and deal with the hurdles and trials imposed by the insurance company, but also in dealing with them. He knows the processes and requirements for working with the claims entities including the 3rd party companies hired to cut costs and shift blame. Paul handled a lot of the communication we used to count on agents to perform for us. He stood by me as a customer to make sure my car was repaired completely and I was treated fairly. On top of all of that the car was ready on time, his shop's work was perfect, and the car was cleaned inside and out. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they earned it. read more
