Avoid Blue Compass RV Anderson at all costs!!! I bought a used RV from them in December 2024 that was sold without disclosing serious damage compromising the structural integrity--making it dangerously unsafe to operate on the road. Multiple licensed mechanics have independently confirmed these severe safety defects. To make matters worse, the catalytic converter was illegal and non-compliant with California emissions standards - this was discovered getting another smog test only 8 months later, and was also reported to their team. SCAMS on smog tests - do not believe the documents they share. Their service department claimed they don't keep maintenance records, which is shocking and unacceptable for a dealer of their size and reputation. This level of negligence and disregard for customer safety is disturbing. Buyer beware--this dealership shows blatant dishonesty and a total lack of responsibility. read more

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy They basically screwed up everything they did on my RV but I just bought and I've been waiting over 80 days for my title. Without a title no registration You can't use it. These people are thieves liars and con men. Don't buy anything from this company. I paid them $700 for the prep took them a week and they didn't even wash it. They just stole my money Now they have $40,000 of mine and I have no title My bank's been waiting for 80 days should have been returned in 10 days. They are complete scumbags. Their customer service is terrible. From buying a brand new trailer to having to take it back a few days later because some of the outlets not working. The service tech we did our walk thru with was great but everyone else didn't seem to care about our inconvenience. They wanted to charge us over 300.00 for something we didn't ask for. If you're thinking about buying a trailer or vehicle from Blue Compass, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It's been 8 months since I bought my truck/trailer, and I still have no title. Every time I follow up, I get nothing but rude attitudes, vague excuses, and empty promises. Worse, they've outright lied about the status of my paperwork. Their general manager (Justin Hernandez) claimed they had just spoken with their DMV clerk and that my truck fees were paid. But I watched them send that text right in front of me - no prior conversation, no real update, just more stalling. Turns out, those fees weren't paid at all. It's clear they're more focused on making a sale than actually supporting their customers after the deal is done. I bought my BRAND NEW (as they advertise) Camper Van with this scammers last Monday, they told me that everything will be ready when i go pick it up to the service department. I drove 6hours away to Anderson, i signed all the paperworks and stuff and next thing i know that the camper van wasn't ready at all, new canvass wasn't installed on time, found more problem such as water heater combustion was not working, seat belt is not retracting, LED lights for the awning zip tied on top of the roof, solar wasn't connected and bunch of other stuff. They told me to bring it to Bakersfield location so they can fix it for me since its under warranty and close to the city im staying at. Don't deal with this guys Morgan Sanford and Adam Torres, if you do make sure to check your unit that you are buying. read more

I would give negative stars if I could! Steer clear of this place! When I went to pick up my brand new trailer, they spent 8 hours Frankensteining it together since they had clearly used it for spare parts for other trailers. Then, to get mine up and running, they did the same thing to the other trailers on the lots, canabalizing them, to replace the things they had previously stolen from mine. It was never fulling inspected for functionality, or cleaned at all. And to top it off, they knowing sold me a $100k trailer with a rat infestation in it! They even put poison in the underbelly to try and kill them before I found out. The rats chewed through many water and electric lines, that weren't discovered until the first trip we took. I called them to have them make it right, and they denied any responsibility or wrongdoing. Thankfully Grand Design acknowledged their shady business tactics, and is making it right. I have not personally purchased a trailer from the Anderson Blue Compass, but have two close friends, one that purchased one and another that went looking. Both were horrified as to the way they were handled during and after the sale. From these two experiences, I might look, but doubt I would every purchase anything from the.. If I could give a zero star I would. Horrible place, just don't even go. Pushy, whole lot of talk not enough working for the buyer. We dealt with a salesperson who didn't know squat about RVs, or the lifestyle. When we sat down to get numbers, salesperson disappeared into the finance office for at least 15 minutes before we stood up to leave, then came out with a terrible trade in offer and interest rate.
