Our newly cleaned, treated and sealed roof.
    S W.

On our first visit we were impressed by the kindness of the owner, and the technicians troubleshooting skills. On our second visit we returned to have the roof cleaned, sealed and treated. Wow what a difference. The roof should be good for another year or two now. We just need to get out and go somewhere once things settle down. Thanks again to the owners and employees of Tow Tally Trailer Repair

I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend these folks for your repair and maintenance needs. Thanks Rizz!

Another good bad day on a long road trip. Got a list of dealers within 200 miles of our location (Redwoods National Park). We called TowTally Camping in Anderson, CA at 8:30 this morning, and they promised to fit us in this afternoon. Packed up in the Redwoods and started the four-hour drive across the mountains (many mountains). Arrived at TowTally and they met us in the parking lot and listened to our concerns. My husband unhitched, and they sent us to lunch. Less than an hour later, they called us back--they had diagnosed and fixed the problem (detached p trap under the shower drain). And we could come and get the camper and be on our way. Barely a hiccup on our trip thanks to them. Amazing customer service from TowTally Camping. If you are ever in the Anderson/Redding, CA area and need some help, we can't recommend this group enough.

No pressure, which we really liked. All the rvs had prices and details clearly marked. We shopped a couple other places in Anderson that have some bad reviews, and the salesman was high pressure. The RV tech Dan was helpful going over everything with us, and he said the owners were good to their employees. It's our first RV and so far we are quite happy with our Rock wood mini lite.

Here I thought when they packed up and left their Hartnell shop that they left town all together... Only it seems these people packed up and just moved across town to a new location for a fresh start with the same quality of service, "POOR" no pun intended... One reviewer says it was recommended by the tow truck driver to go to this shop and that's funny because that's exactly how I ended up at this shop for my awful experience and I as well had a feeling that the tow truck driver and the owner of this business were friends... This tow truck driver should be a little more careful with his referrals because his boss might not like him doing that.... I learned a lot from this experience, one of which is you don't need a certificate to open automotive repair shop unless you do break and light inspections, or smog certification... Anything else you can just wing it and hope for the best

First, Good Sam made us figure out where to have our RV towed before they would send a truck. After a couple hours on the side of I5 calling several places (we don't work on RVs...or, we only work on the coach, not the chassis...or, we cannot see you until the week of 7/15...), we finally found Freightliner NW. Our day turned around when we started talking to Nick. He was very calm and reassuring that they could take care of us. He also referred us to Black Butte Towing (separate 5-star review) when Good Sam was quoting a 4-5 hour wait. In addition to his handholding us through multiple phone calls, Nick was there to meet us when we arrived around 10:30 that night and get us settled in for the night. The next morning, Justin picked up the baton from Nick and got our RV in for immediate service. The service tech, Brian, quickly identified the broken $45 part and had it replaced (and drive train reconnected) before noon. We were very pessimistic, given the holiday weekend. But feel very fortunate that Freightliner Northwest: was: - open until 11:30 PM the night of 7/3 - were open half day on July 4th - were able to prioritize our service that morning - had the part we needed - just damn friendly, in addition to being so competent For a trip we were seriously considering turning around for, or at the very least, assumed we would lose several days in Redding (due to holiday weekend), we ultimately only lost 1 day or our trip. Cannot thank the crew at Freightliner Northwest enough for taking care of us and getting us back on the road so quickly.

Let me explain: We met their sales manager Bill Tobias last August with a plan to purchase a new 115hp Mercury outboard. Seemed like a nice guy. Responsive and enthusiastic. Decided to postpone till early in 2026. Called in early February. All good. We put down a deposit ($2k ... not small) to get the process moving. We gave specific timelines and, though earlier than expected, it worked OK. Still good. Did all the financing with Marisa Frank. She was excellent all the way through even apologized for some little things the finance company called for late. She was very professional. Motor installed. Seemed great. When we left the boat, I asked them to "please charge both my batteries AND grease my trailer wheel bearings!" (Common procedure with boats). I was told no problem and Marisa even noted it on our service chart. After a couple days we were notified the boat was ready. We drove up (200 miles) to pick it up. Stayed the night to be there in the morning. Got there and boat was ready. Then we learned of some options no one mentioned earlier and expressed our interest. They were able to add the option curbside and we took the boat. As we mentioned to them prior to giving them the boat FOR the install, we weren't ready to put the boat in our slip at the lake, so it was going back into our storage facility. No problems were anticipated. 2 weeks later we went back to get the boat. We picked it up from storage, prepped it, hauled it to the lake, and went down the ramp. Dipped her in ... turned the key ... nothing. Tried all the tricks. Nada!! Batteries both dead. Called Harrison's and spoke to Bill Tobias. Guess what the first thing he asked? "How old are your batteries?!" Not ... OMG, I'm sorry. Bring it in and we'll take care of it. Nope! "YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG!!!" "IT'S NOT OUR FAULT!!!" We'd just spent well over $15,000 with them. That may not be a lot to them but it is to us!!! Now, the icing on the cake!!! We pull the boat up the ramp. Haul it back to their shop. I walk in the door. No, I'm not happy but I'm not screaming or cursing. Marisa AND Mr. T are both at the counter and both on the phone with different customers. Marisa acknowledges me. Be right with you. Bill ... nothing. No eye contact. No head nod. Nothing ... kinda like the batteries. Marisa finishes first. How can I help you she asks. (Now, remember, we called in from the lake 15 min earlier and talked to Bill Tobias. The Bill Tobias, still on the phone, 5ft away from me and now ignoring me). I tell Marissa what happened. Guess what's the first thing she says, "I'm sorry this happened and I remember you asking us to do that!" At about this moment, Mr. Tobias finishes his call. Gets up. Walks by me and ... absolutely nothing. Am I crazy to be absolutely pissed at this? I'm not even angry about the inconvenience we were caused ... just this miserable failure at basic, common courtesy!! So unprofessional. I highly commend Harrison Marine's Marissa Frank for her exceptional customer service AND using her talents immediately!! for Marisa. I tried to find an owner or GM or ??? but apparently one doesn't exist so, bo where to voice me displeasure in house. Just a suggestion from someone who spent a great deal of their working life in customer service ... always lead with "I'm so sorry this happened to you and the inconvenience caused! Let's see what I can do to solve this problem!" Everyone backs off to that statement. Anything less and the fight is on. Too bad ... I was hopeful!!
