Neither of us have ever lived in a travel trailer before and knew literally nothing about anything. Gigi, Ivan, and Jared helped us pick our perfect home. They made the entire process simple and worry-free. We had an inspector come out and he gave us a list of repairs which the crew here took care of right away. They have been our go-to for ANY AND ALL questions we've had over the last 3 months. How to flush our tanks, which truck to purchase, how to put a hitch on, how to tow our trailer. Literally every question we've had, they were knowledgeable and patient enough to answer for us. I don't know if they want this advertised, but Jared even gave us towing lessons. He is legit a prodigy when it comes to towing and we knew we were learning from the best. He has been so incredibly patient and encouraging. We are about to set off across the country and really couldn't have done it without these guys' help. Thank you so so much. Lastly, Gigi holds a free event every Friday night at the dealership with food, drinks, and live music. They recently moved to Pompano Beach and the spot is awesome! Highly recommend going for a great night out.

I've only been here about 15 minutes, but I wanted to share a couple quick observations that might improve the waiting area experience. One suggestion would be to consider replacing the cloth waiting chairs with plastic, pleather, or leather seating. Cloth can sometimes trap dust or mites and is harder to sanitize regularly compared to wipeable surfaces. Another idea might be adding a couple of massage chairs (even just 2-3). It would allow customers to relax while they wait and could really enhance the experience. Lastly, it might help to have guest Wi-Fi available without needing to ask for a password. Sometimes customers prefer not to interrupt staff while they're busy, especially during peak times. Everything else looks great so far, and I'm looking forward to the service. I was told yesterday that I needed two new tires on the passenger side that they were basically bald. Each tire would have been around $120. Which I would need an alignment, granted I did need one anyway. They also wanted to charge me for mounting, (which I get all places do things differently) that charge would've been about $430. The mechanic stated that I needed to change my brake fluid, I already did that the last time I was there. Xavier fixed the mistake since apparently that was supposed to be for another car. But I was still baffled that they said my tires were bad... I told them I would pass. I took my car to another place this morning... MY TIRES ARE NO WHERE NEAR BALD AND THERE IS STILL THREADING! My tires are in better condition than the used tires I saw around the shop! I don't know if the mechanic screwed up and put someone else's information on my account. I don't think I'll be going back. They almost costed me 1000 for things I didn't need.

On Oct 18th I placed an order for 2 Bilstein front struts and 2 Bilstein rear shocks. A few weeks…read morego by and nothing has been delivered and I haven't received a tracking number even. I contact their customer service online and the next day hear back from them. The message is kind of rude saying when I ordered it showed 1 of the struts was on backorder and there where none in the whole country. I go back to the order I placed and there was nothing about a backorder. The message says the factory in Germany is producing them right now and my order will ship in a week or so. Yesterday I received a single strut 2 full months after I ordered. No word on when I will receive the other parts. The strut seems to be OK, but the carton is seriously damaged because of the way they packaged it. I have been writting Yelp reviews for 15 years. I just didn't think to check here for these Bozos for some reason. Reviews don't get any worse than the ones Shock Warehouse has!
