This is the second time I've dealt with this dealership and it's always the same nonsense. The first time, they tried to force me to buy a vehicle without even letting me see it, and on top of that, they were rude. I walked out. This time, I called to see if we could make a deal on a truck. As usual, they added over $7,000 in hidden fees and demanded 20%-30% down, saying "that's what everyone does." That's not a deal -- that's pressure. I told them I wasn't interested. I found another truck I liked: a 2024 with 20,000 miles listed at $55,000. I clearly told them I would buy it the same day if they sold it for $50,000, with $20,000 down and financing the remaining $30,000, no hidden fees. That's a serious, clean offer. Their response? "We'll call you back." They never did. Honestly, I'm glad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This dealership clearly doesn't know how to do business -- they only know how to ask for money. They don't understand that you have to sell cars to make money, and not everyone is desperate to buy a new vehicle. Took my car here because my infotainment system was shutting off intermittently and another dealership had been waiting 5+ days for them to even look at or attempt to diagnose my vehicle. When I called initially I was told the wait time was 2 days but that was better than 5+. I arrived at 9:30 and was out of there around 1 pm with my car fixed. Very fast and friendly service and they know how to prioritize the needs of each vehicle. I will be using them from now and avoiding Grieco. read more

I've been to this Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall previously which does offer GMC, Cadillac and Buick vehicle sales, maintenance and repairs. This morning I drove through the exterior portion of the dealership to pick up my friend who just dropped off his vehicle for scheduled maintenance, and swears by their customer service. I observed several beautiful Cadillacs but needed more time to browse. Today, late afternoon I traveled back to the Cadillac dealership to check out some new rides. Unfortunately, my first experience was a mini nightmare hunting for a parking space and noticed all five customer spaces were filled or unavailable due to a customer and employee conversation in that section. Anyways, I had to park at the one EV space on an angle. Aside from the customer parking issue, I was hoping for good times inside the showroom. Upon entering I was not attacked by the "vultures", but was approached and told by a car salesperson if I needed anything to let him know. The showroom displayed five beautiful new shiny Cadillac sport cars and suv vehicles. I will return next week for a test drive of the new 2025 CT4 Sport about $46k. read more

This review is specifically about the service department. I brought my car in for some warranty work and an oil change. The service provider asked if I wanted any other work done; I said not unless there is some scheduled service. He took quite a while to find all of the "recommended services". Many of these services were ridiculous. When I said no, he kept telling me they were "recommended". Here is the list of items that increased the oil change from $120 to over $900. *Install premium engine oil conditioner - The owners manual says " Do not add anything to the oil" Hmm, so who is recommending this? *Perform crankcase Oil cleaning service - this is almost never recommended by anyone, and especially for a car with 22,000 miles. *Perform battery terminal cleaning service- Really? I think my battery is still under warranty with the rest of the car. *Perform AC evaporator cleaning. I might have considered this. *Perform fuel induction cleaning - the manufacturer specifically states that it does not recommend this service unless there is a specific problem with the car. It should not be used as preventative maintenance. I spoke to the manager about this and he advised me that the service rep was just telling me the recommended work and I didn't have to do any of it. It seems to me they were just trying to increase the charges with unnecessary recommendations. I gave this 2 stars because in the end they did change my oil and complete the warranty work. read more

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate. The dealership we bought it from is too far so we came here to try out the service department and they were so good that we take all of our cars there now. Alex is honest, nice to work with, and our trusted service advisor. We've been using the service department since we bought the truck in 2019 and 6 years later, they are still our go to when we need tires, oil changes, etc. read more

Terrible experience with this dealership, I brought my Camaro in for an oil change, after 3 hours they tell me that I have an oil leak they sent me photos of old oil residue under the car by the oil filter, I asked them to find where the leak is coming from, instead of telling me I was ignored for another 2 hours and finally I just gave up without any answers and asked if the car was ready. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car at checkout, I was quoted around $8800 to fix the leak. They wanted to charge my $6750 in labor for a leak that they don't know the location of. They also didn't even take the time to clean off any of the old residue where they said the "leak" was dripping to, which they probably never clean anything when doing a service. We called for a tow during daylight, late in the afternoon. We already had an appointment at the shop for tomorrow morning, so we wanted to have the car towed in advance. When we got to the lot, in the dark, it was hard to know where the car should go - which was the question the tow truck driver asked me. My husband and I walked into the brightly lit garage, and I saw a guy and asked him where the towed cars for tomorrow's appointment should go. I've had this experience before - where the mechanics turn their backs as if they didn't hear you or shrug their shoulders and act as if they don't know. But this guy walked towards us, smiling. I was shocked but thrilled! He showed us that the tow truck driver can place the car in any open spot. He showed me where the key drop off was located by walking me over to it, pulling out an envelope for me and, realizing there were no pens, gave me one of his! Ok, I don't care if I'm dreaming, let me dream. This is how everyone wants to be treated but so few of us get that experience. Today, I won the lottery and Javier was my prize! He was a great ambassador of the dealership's service area. He has likely worked for hours but instead of being played out, he was friendly, helpful, and kind. By keeping great people at the dealership, they are helping me make the easy decision of trusting them with my car. read more

I brought my 2020 Chevy Camaro to Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall for multiple repairs, and it turned into one of the most exhausting and frustrating experiences I've ever had with any business. This was not just a bad visit. This was five weeks of back-and-forth. Six separate visits. Thousands of dollars. And at the end of it, I still do not have a fully repaired car. The total cost for the work was $11,317.79. My warranty provider, Veritas, paid $8,944.33. I paid $2,513.46 out of pocket. For that amount of money, I expected professional service and working results. Instead, what I got was misdiagnosed problems, half-finished repairs, and a series of avoidable mistakes. The dealership replaced my rearview camera. But when I picked up the car, the camera still did not work. It never worked. Later, the service advisor admitted in writing that the actual problem was the wiring, not the camera itself. So they charged my warranty provider to replace a working part and now expect me to pay again to fix the issue that was there all along. That is not just an oversight, it is a failure in basic diagnostic work. They also removed my transmission to replace the torque converter. After that, the gear shifter was loose. The center console panels were not aligned properly. I have photos showing the poor reassembly. Again, this was not an issue before the repair. The car came back with new problems that clearly came from the work done at the dealership. The rear axle seal was replaced. A few days later, I had to bring the car back because parts connected to the axle were not reassembled correctly. There were loose components that created a safety issue. They had the car in the shop for five weeks and still rushed the job. I also reported a broken passenger seat lever and a bent front spindle. The seat issue was confirmed by the shop, but they did not fix it or even give me a quote. The spindle was dismissed without proper inspection. These issues were clearly outlined, and they were simply ignored. They told me that my tires were unsafe and needed immediate replacement. That was not true. I had all four tires replaced at Costco less than 18 months ago. They had only 21,000 miles of wear on them. The tires are Bridgestone Turanza QuietTracks, which are rated for 80,000 miles. I provided the invoice, the mileage, and current tread photos. There was no issue with the tires. That tire claim felt like a dishonest attempt to sell me something I did not need. They also told me that all parts used in my repairs were genuine GM parts. I asked if they could install non-GM to decrease the cost. They said they don't install non-GM parts. But when I read the invoice closely, I saw the fine print clearly says that non-GM parts may be used and could void warranty coverage. That directly contradicts what I was told verbally by the shop. And then there is the air conditioning. I told them there was a slow leak in the AC system. In order to test it, they filled it with Freon. When the Veritas inspector showed up, the air was blowing cold. The claim for the evaporator repair was denied. I was told to wait until it stops working again and then open a new claim. This is how you quietly make sure nothing gets covered. After all of this, I was left with several unresolved issues, a loose shifter, a rearview camera that still does not work, and a dealership that walked away with over eleven thousand dollars. Most of the things I brought the car in for were either not fixed or became worse. They had every chance to do the right thing. I was patient. I came back six times. I gave them five weeks. I had to rent another car. In the end, they failed to deliver the kind of work I was promised and paid for. I have filed a chargeback with my bank for the $2,513.46 I paid out of pocket. I have filed a complaint with Veritas and the BBB. I am sharing this experience because I want other people to know what to expect. If you are thinking about getting service at Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall, I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. You will waste your time. You will spend more than you should. And you may end up with more problems than you started with. I wish I had. read more

I had my new Buick serviced at the Buick service center. The service writer was unpleasant, inattentive, and condescending. I had an appointment and that didn't mean anything. I still waited 2.5 hours for am oil change. I requested to check the rear view mirror and it was loose. He said its a new car, it can't be loose. While gazing up from watching a YouTube video. I dropped off my suv on a Wednesday 9/25/2025 at about 4:30 I received a text to bring it in immediately. They told me they would get back to me in the morning. Thursday I did not hear from anyone,I called numerous times from noon till 4:00 no return calls after leaving numerous messages. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership. I took my car in because it was making a noise. the service advisor told us that they did an oil change and there was metal in the oil so I needed a new engine. I go to pick up my car to take it somewhere else, the told me the didn't do the oil change, so how did find metal in the oil to know there was a problem with the engine? On top of that they didn't do the scheduled recalls but every time we spoke on the phone they wanted to transfer us to a sales rep to get a new car!!! Oh also they charged $350 for a diagnostic test, which I am not sure that they did because they said they stopped after they found metal in the oil. read more

This was the second visit for a series of recalls I'd made an appointment for a month earlier. The first took a week's wait for a "study" in which Ed Morse was a participating dealership and knew they would need airbags ready to complete. This first visit involved a five hour download of software to correct, and the originally scheduled recall for the airbag requiring parts and a return visit. Weeks later they came in and I returned. The experiences were otherwise smooth and simple, but the return visit was oddly unnecessary. Still, the rideshare provided and friendly service were great touches. read more

I dropped off my car on 12/10/2025 with 46,156 miles with almost a full tank of gas at their service dept. I signed the invoice inside and paid them to release my car to me on 12/27/2025.They brought the car to me, and I noticed the GPS had been disconnected, the gas gauge was on empty, and there were an additional 850+ miles on the car since I left it with them. The service manager claims no one drove my car, and he was not interested in me showing him the time date photo of my odometer taken less than an hour later. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE First of all, I would like to say, that this is the first time in my life I purchased a brand new car. I was excited about a new car owners experience. I worked with my salesperson Luis, who was great! After 11 days of new car happiness, the "CHECK ENGINE" light went on. I brought it in the next day to service (having to take time out of my busy work schedule) When they checked the car out, they reset the light and told me if I had any additional issues, I can bring the car back. After driving my car for 10 minutes the "CHECK ENGINE" light went back on. I returned back to the dealer, they ubered me back to work, however, since my job is on the road, I had to get lifts from my co-workers, friends and family for the remainder of the day and cancel appointments. After numerous calls to the service department (they did not call me) I was told that the car would be ready the next morning. The car WAS NOT READY. Again, another day of relying on the kindness of my friends to drive me throughout Broward County. At noon that day, they sent an uber to me to say the car was ready. By 5:00 pm that night, the CHECK ENGINE light was back on again. They then told that they do not have loaner cars. I can rent a car on my own and perhaps I could be reimbursed. At that time, they determined that amazingly they would now find me a loaner. It took 3 days for me to get the loaner car. They finally gave me a Cadillac, which is beautiful, but huge (an SUV) and I do not feel comfortable driving it So, fast forward, I am now being told the part for my NEW car will arrive between February 3-10. This will now be 1 month without my new car. Please note, I will also not receive all my free trials (ie: sirius, ONSTAR ) because I don't have may car. The customer service they provided was way below standards and expectations. I do want to mention that when I reach out to him, Chris from Service has been empathetic . I have not received any apology from Sawgrass Buick. Buyer Beware. read more

Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership! After being chased for almost a year by this company with constant calls to come in for a check-up, I finally decided to take my car in after noticing a minor issue. I left my car with them for THREE days, and not once did anyone bother to call me with an update on its status. This is the car I rely on to take my children to school, and I had no other transportation. I had to call them twice just to get some information, and every time, they told me they hadn't even touched my car yet due to some "backup" and made excuses. This is the first and last time I'll ever take my car there. Unless you have a warranty, DO NOT take your car to this dealership or buy a car from them.
