Absolutely terrible service. I order a part. On 12/18/2023. All I recieved from them was the confirmation that I bought the item for a for Around $180 On 12/28/23 I emailed to ask if it was shipped or what was going on with it I know it was around Xmas time and that But i Did not recieve a reply I sent another email today. 1/10/24. Just asking for a follow up on my previous email to get a approximate shipping time or it has already been shipped I was not rude or anything. I sent this email at 2:24 pm and at 3:31 I recieve an email that he canceled my order No reply like sorry. Just been busy or out of the office. Great customer service. These guys picked up the phone very quickly and took me through my options in no time. A quick check at their shop to verify some wiring issues and we ordered the parts ASAP. They do carry some of these parts but in my case we had to special order. 2 days later I'm in their shop for my appointment and 30 minutes later we have the hitch and wiring installed and I'm out the door. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service, quality and attention to detail these guys gave my jeep. Very reasonable pricing for this level of service and quality as well. These guys did full set up system for my Chevy Colorado to connect and be towed by our c class motorhome. Everything was done professionally. They were very thorough and patient when explaining and teaching us how to connect everything and let us try it around their area before we left. It was obvious safety was a priority. I ordered a hitch receiver on Aug. 2,2022 it was processed on Aug. 4 when they took my money. I never heard anything more from them. I contacted this Ken guy he said the computers were down so I waited some time and contacted him again and now they are changing their computers over and this Ken guy says he can't get in touch with them either. Now he will not answer his phone or return my calls and he will not respond to e-mails ither. So, I am out my money and the product I ordered. I found out today that Kenneth W. Anderson is the owner, (Ken) and the business is in Florida but he's in Penn. I'm not impressed with the way this has been handled. I know now I will never get my order or my money back. I know this want be shown in the co. reviews I saw those, and they were all positive. The only thing I can say about this questionable company is buyer be wear. I have a class A RV and needed to have it set up to flat tow a Chevy Equinox he explained all the options and helped me make the correct choices for the equipment, I explained that the dealer suggested I add rear sway bars and a front stabilizer we agreed on a price, which was almost half of what the dealer wanted. When I took the RV to him he found that from the factory the leaf springs where incorrect and that the front stabilizer the dealer suggested was already on the rig. He corrected the RV and there was a huge difference in the handling he then installed the baseplate and all of the braking hardware. But instead of just letting me drive off Luie spent an hour teaching me everything I needed to know so when my wife and I started to travel around the country we would be safe. Finding a shop that has so much care and integrity is very hard to find and I would recommend the HitchShops to anyone. read more

Outstanding and speedy installation of a tow hitch on my Jeep. Stopped in to order and they followed up two days later to set me up with an appointment for the installation. Arrived at arranged time and they were ready to work on my vehicle while I waited in their air conditioned waiting room withTV, coffee and water cooler. The staff could not have been friendlier. Words cannot describe how displeased I am with both the substandard parts used on my trailer and the poor customer service I received from this shop. They installed non- submersible, non-sealed trailer lights on my boat trailer! They died within a half dozen uses. I had problems with the trailer hitch I bought, with not getting an estimate and a padded bill, with poor customer service, and a rude and condescending representative (Louie) when I called him out on it. My trailer lights didn't even work when I picked up the boat because the adapter was bad, which they didn't check either. What a bunch of rookies. I recommend any other trailer shop but this one. read more
