I set-up an appointment, showed a little early, and by my appointment time the car was on the rack and the tires were mounted, balanced and back on my Outback in no time. They noticed my brake pads were close to needing a replacement and pointed that out to me. I had already set that up and was just waiting on new pads, but it showed that they're on the ball and observant, which I appreciate. They weren't pushy about it, I'm sure they would have given me a great price for the work, but I already had it set-up with my mechanic. Tires and brakes are important, it's where the rubber literally meets the road, and stopping your car is more important than making it go! I appreciated them looking out for my safety. I guess that's one of the reasons they've been around so long. Highly recommend. You can feel confident taking your vehicle here for service.

He told me he'd check in with me on my trucks status after i dropped it off at 9:30 in the morning, i had to call him at 4:30 before they close asking whats going on. Didn't find anything all day. Weekend comes, same result, i have to call them for check ins on my truck because they would never reach out to me. Then Omar told me if i wanted to get work going on the truck sooner i could pay out of pocket upfront, which would void my warranty. Seemed extremely shady to me to delay work on a car with a warranty to get someone to pay out of pocket. Would definitely not recommend using this shop, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR USING A WARRANTY, they will put your vehicle last in rotation and will tell you they will do work faster if you pay out of pocket.
