I was in need of a tire replacement and I called about 1hr before closing and the person on the e phone turned out to be the exact person at the service desk. He told me my options of tire over the phone and echoed those same words to me in person. I left my rim and tire as he instructed me to do. I started out upset because when I made my appointment I was told I could come in at 7 when on Saturdays they don't open till 8. When they opened I told them someone had told me to come in at 7 . At first nobody confirmed the conversation that I had making me fill like I was losing it or just being a Karen. At the end of my wait a young man apologized to me and acknowledged that it was his mistake. Went in today with my RAV4 2025 had one of my front tires with a slight leak and the guys at the front desk were super quick and not trying to scam me I am a younger woman and I know that many car repair shops try to sell you stuff you don't need. They didn't try to upscale me on anything and we're super quick to just getting my car tire patched for no charge. I expected to be there for a while and for them to try to sell me something but they didn't do that at all, really love it here. The best service. I had a flat tire that I needed to have replaced, but unfortunately it was on Memorial Day. Luckily American Tire Depot was open. I came in with my daughter, but her wheelchair took up the entire trunk, so I did not put my old tire with the rim in the car. Obviously, that rim was essential. Seeing that this was already a difficult situation for my daughter to have to wait through, Peter offered to pick up the old tire from across town. They replaced my tire, aligned my wheels and provided me with service that was above and beyond to such a degree,that I still can't quite process it. Just so much grace and kindness. First .... I needed tires badly. I've owned my BMW X5M since May 2011. Always purchased tires thru tire rack. Last year two of the rims were bent or cracked. Replacing tires and rims would have been extremely expensive. Luckily I thought I found tires and rims on Facebook marketplace at a very reasonable price. So I went for it. I knew it was a stretchy deal but ....it brought me to American tire after a road trip from the Bay Area. (This week) Peter the manager .... Very knowledgeable knew that the tires were done but stayed professional and evaluated the situation. I had "22's" .... He said very rare and they had to order them. I needed to drive two couples with luggage to LAX the next morning. He found one "22" in stock and said it would be a few dazes to get three(3) more. He could repair the one and replace the other, that would get me back on the road All went well with the trip to LAX... I returned today (26th) They mounted balanced and re aligned my tires... I'm so happy that I hooked up with these guys. The entire staff professional... personable and extremely knowledgeable. I listened to an unrelated conversation "Peter" had with another customer. Really impressive. Plus observing these guys interact with drop ins. Just want to thank those guys for doing want they do.... read more

Needed a brake fluid flush. I installed and upgraded my brake lines and I wasn't confident in my bleed for my fluid. Called American Tire Depot to see if they can fit my car in short notice a couple hours before they closed. They gladly told to come on in. Other shops in the area stated they were too busy or told me to come back next day. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by Peter who was super nice and welcoming. Had me in and out no more than 45min. Brakes felt immediately better and I'm glad I went in. Will be doing business again in the future read more

What started as a stressful situation turned into an amazing customer service experience. We first came in because our tire caught a nail and Hayden quickly patched it up and got us back on the road. Unfortunately, the same tire caught another nail, and we ended up having to pull over on the side of the freeway -- with our baby in the car, which was honestly really scary. When we called, Hayden went completely above and beyond. He actually came out to us about 5.5 miles away, helped us, and patched the tire again so we could safely make it back. As parents with a baby in the car, we were really shaken up by the situation, but Hayden treated us with so much care, patience, and professionalism. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were safe and taken care of. Customer service like this is rare. Thank you Hayden and American Tire Depot for going so far above and beyond for us. This establishment has truly taken the steps to make me feel appreciated as a customer, and that speaks volumes. As someone who is a huge car and truck enthusiast but not an automotive mechanic expert, I genuinely appreciate the time and effort the managers and staff dedicated to answering all of my questions--no matter how basic they may seem. When I came in to mount new 40" tires on my RAM 2500, it was clear this wasn't a routine mounting and balancing job. Many shops aren't even prepared to tackle a job like this, yet they handled it with such apparent ease. With all the modifications to my truck and the numerous factors to consider--different torque specs, weighted beads versus traditional weights for balancing, disassembling and reassembling bead lock wheels, etc.--plus, handling 5 hefty 90-pound tires in the shop adds another layer of difficulty! I especially appreciate that Peter and the team took the time and showed incredible patience over multiple occasions, not just during one visit. I recognize that I was particular and demanding with my questions and requests, yet they never made me feel rushed or unwelcome. I want to give a special shoutout to Peter, whose extensive knowledge was clearly evident as he explained and deepened my understanding of my specific set up with relevant examples that provided me with comfort and further boosted his credibility. He went above and beyond to address all of my inquiries with unwavering patience and grace. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and it shows! The shop is lucky to have him. I dropped into American Tire today before noon and was hoping to rotate my Tesla tires, though saw they had several cars on the lot. I met the manager Jose who assured me they could take care of my rotation in about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised when he said that. I walked to a nearby coffee shop to pass the time, and sure enough about an hour later I was informed my car was ready.
