Instead, the technician arrived with an iPad, immediately asked me to sign a contract and pay before performing any inspection, and seemed unaware that an inspection had been scheduled. After calling the office, she told me she would go to another appointment and return. She never came back. When I later contacted the company, I was told the technician had reported that I had declined service, which was simply not true. I was ready to move forward with treatment after the inspection, but the miscommunication and lack of follow-through left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sage Pest Control based on this experience.

Like someone coming to your house and refusing to leave" and he said "or like me having to come and talk to you" and that is when I finally shut the door on him... I actually do have bugs that I would love to have someone take care of them. But I definitely won't be going with a company that allows their salesmen to be so rude to people at their front door.
