Pool Scouts never said there was an issue with the refund - in fact, this is why we discontinued using them last year. They said they didn't receive an electronic payment, forcing us to go to our bank to prove it was sent. Again, they blamed processing. 2. We paid a private company to perform an inspection on our property regarding our pool and issues with Pool Scout. Without our knowledge or permission, Pool Scouts contacted this company and received partial information on the report WE PAID FOR. Under no circumstances should this have happened. 3. We received an email from this company saying they wanted us to call them directly instead of calling their corporate office or writing reviews. I will let you figure out why they'd prefer those methods.

it's always been my dream to have a pool, but it's turned into a nightmare so far. installation was…read moredelayed several weeks, no update from the business. had to call several times for any information on when it will be installed. workers left trash, and the pool leaking at connectors. they had to come back and fix it. used glue all over the pump and connectors. filled the pool up, only to find it couldn't keep chlorine. no help or instruction from the company. turned out to be a bad cell. didn't figure that one out until opening next season. now I can't get everything checked because it's all glued together, unless I break the seals and re-glue it. can't even get it open right for the season because now I need a new cell and to replace a ton of stuff they messed up

June was very knowledgeable and explained things to me so I understood. She made some excellent recommendations. She is very friendly and is great to work with. They have all the pool and spa supplies and chemicals plus they also service pools and spas. I highly recommend Rocket City Pool and Spas. I will definitely be back.
