Without our knowledge or permission, Pool Scouts contacted this company and received partial information on the report WE PAID FOR. Under no circumstances should this have happened. 3. We received an email from this company saying they wanted us to call them directly instead of calling their corporate office or writing reviews. The technician told me the part was not needed but installed it anyway . The heater ( under warranty ) functioned for 30 days before it failed ( Do not buy pentair Gas heaters) . I was told it failed because the ph of the water was too low . Well guess what the PH of water we drink is ? 6.5 -8.5 . Yet I'm told the one month of use the heater functioned was enough to "rot" out the heat exchanger. The water sample taken was 2 months after the heater failed and quit working. How can you determine what the PH of the water was when it quit working. They always try and make it my fault or my pool maintenance person's fault. My advice is do not use these people . They should be reported to the BBB for deceptive practices and illegitimate charges. I could go on but you get the point

Andy was very responsive and had answers quickly during the design phase. Very knowledgeable and helps you see your vision before the ground is dug. Drew was awesome during the build phase of the pool. He also answered questions quickly and if he couldn't get back that day he always responded the next. Both of these guys were very polite and always made sure we were getting what we wanted. Even after they turned the pool over to us, they are still answering questions we have and really care they gave us a good product. With it being such an investment, we appreciate them being there when we need them. If you have any doubt about choosing a pool builder, don't with Premier. We would use them all over again. Only have 1 complaint during the build process, and that was Drew is a big LSU fan.. Don't hold that against him. He did a spectacular job with our dream pool!

Communication is horrible, once you sign the contract they just drag their feet. Its been a…read morenightmare to have them come and fix anything. They do not do anything themselves its all contracted out and the contractors dont speak English. We now do not have step markers and have a cinderblock retaining wall that was supposed to be concrete poured with the deck because of a "communication error" which seems to be their go to for everything that is missed. Our ladder does not sit flush to the pool. Cracked coping that they state they wont replace, that was cracked when they placed it. They added several new returns and shut offs and did not educate us on how it changes the way we vacuum our pool until we had an issue and then we got a text explaining how it works. This list goes on. They are more concerned about money than anything. Before the pool was complete they were asking for final payment when their contract clearly states "final payment due at time of completion". Our pool did turn out beutiful, but it was a nightmare to get it there. If you are renovating a pool I would suggest finding a different company.

The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.
