We were super hungry and decided to get a quick brunch at blue door. We have been to their other location, blue door kitchen and garden so we're excited to try farm stand. They had a 45 min wait and we got a table right in time. The service was fast. The ambience is cute and cozy. We got some mimosas, veggie burger with salad and grilled cheese with tomato soup. Except for the tomato also, the food was very very very scrumptious. It's hard to find a decent veggie burger and blue door nailed it. I will definitely be back!

Food is decent! The bar needs some work. Been here for breakfast and it's awesome but dinner is very mid. The drinks were very watered down. The dessert was LIT!

Really great food & vibe! I love the plates and the glassware. This would be perfect for a brunch date. I like that they have latte options for drinks, not just black coffee. Everything we had was delicious and the service was speedy, even on a Sunday!

Two floors, filled with natural light and heavy plant life stapled with antique doors. French inspired place, this was a great experience. I grabbed the BKT wrap, sweet potato fries and a blueberry muffin OF COURSE. Ingredients are fresh and the food was carefully prepared. Upon request, the bartender curated a custom cocktail for me, and it was amazing. Thanks Blue Door team!

I've come a couple of times and it is always pretty good. We stopped in for lunch and tried: - Farmstand Burger - Sesame Chicken Salad The burger was cooked perfectly and the salad wasn't bad. It was packed, but the food came pretty quickly so no complaints. A great spot to meet up with friends.

A solid brunch with a cute, rustic yet airy ambiance. The perfect place when you're looking for a slightly healthier and elevated take on classic dishes. The carrot hummus is a great opener, hard to go wrong but had refreshing veggies + great texture. The sweet potato empanada shareables were delicious - perfectly salted which is harder to achieve than one might think. The Greek omelet I ordered was okay - tasty but also nothing special! Service was great, place was busy but they made you feel at home.

One of my favorite places in the city. The food and service are consistently good. The food is farm to table so everything is fresh. They also have the best carrot cake in the city.

Got a big table for a casual bridal shower. We were a little squished into a corner and the service was alright. The brown line wrap was pretty yummy and decently sized. Mostly egg. I wish it had come with a salsa or aioli or something. It also got pretty soggy. Still tasty though.

We went here for brunch on restaurant week. It's a nice venue with good space and light. We sat in the front. We split the apps of sweet potato empanadas and sweet potato hummus which were both very tasty. I had cornbeef hash and eggs. It was good and the portion was large. I had to take half home which air fried great tbh. But looking around the dining room, they had numerous breakfast platters that looked super tasty too. It's a cute spot. Service was friendly and accommodating.

What a lovely place! Blue Door Farm Stand reminds me of a quaint French inspired restaurant. The atmosphere feels relaxed and chill. As Restaurant Week aficionados, we like to go on gastronomical adventures. Blue Door is one being on our list. I found the wait staff accommodating. They addressed the problem very quickly. The server quickly came back with a salad with no onions. The manager came back with a small cup of honey. Which I really appreciate. The food tastes wonderful. I enjoy eating the vegetables burrito. It comes with avocado, eggs, red peppers, and cucumbers. Divine! The menu for Restaurant Week offers Tiramisu for dessert. Of course, we need to have tiramisu being one of our favorites! Come and enjoy the fresh and delicious food. Bring a date, family or friends.

Went here with my friend for brunch, the mimosas were really good! The place is really cute too, relatively small but really cute decor! The avocado Benedict was nice and fresh, it was arugula heavy but honestly it was just what I wanted that day. I would come here again!

Our daughter took us out to lunch to the Blue Door Farm Stand as it's one of her favorites. It's now one of our favorites as well. The interior is set up very well and is nicely decorated. There is also a second floor with even more seating so don't be fooled by the small interior of the first floor. Our wait staff were prompt and friendly and anticipated all of our needs. We were presented with the best dilemma of having to choose between many delicious sounding option, which guarantees that we will return. I love it when restaurants offer a simple menu with fresh ingredients. My Cobb salad was one of the best I've had. There is ample street parking and the restaurant is close to several shopping area. Stop by the next time you're in the area and you will quickly discover a gem!

Stopped into Blue Door Farmstand with a colleague for a quick lunch, and it ended up being such a great experience! I really liked the simplicity of the menu everything felt approachable, fresh, and thoughtfully put together. My colleague ordered the fig and arugula sandwich and raved about the plantain chips on the side. I went with the burger and fries, and I have to say the pickles on the burger stood out they added such a great flavor that made the whole thing memorable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with the open doors and airy, open-concept layout. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger. Service was also excellent the staff was kind, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Prices were very reasonable given the quality of the food and overall experience. I'd definitely come back, not only to try more from the menu but also to explore some of the little shops nearby. Highly recommend if you're in Chicago and looking for a spot that combines great food, good vibes, and fair pricing!

They have won several awards for their sandwiches and are said to have the best Italian Beef in Chicago. With all this being said, this was certainly a must eat on my trip! Their menu consists of their famous Italian beef, along with Chicago dogs, burgers, sausage sandwiches, chicken, and fries. There is definitely something for everyone here. The inside is casual and reminiscent of a fast food eatery. Really liked the yellow accents throughout the restaurant. I will also note that it was extremely clean inside, which is always appreciated. Ordering is simple and they will call your ticket number when your food is ready. All the food is served made to order and very fresh and doesn't take too long to come out! I ordered the Regular Beef, wet, with both hot and spicy peppers per the workers suggestion. Ordering the sandwich wet simply means the bread is dunked in the gravy/aus jus. If you want the real deal, this is how you order it. The peppers are optional as well, but complete the sandwich. The sandwich consists of their famous Italian beef roasted and sliced, served on freshly baked French bread. I can see why this sandwich is so highly regarded. The Italian beef that is made in house each day is tender, flavorful, and just perfect! It isn't chewy or tough either. The sweet and spicy peppers paired nicely with the savory beef. And the fresh French bread covered in the gravy--phenomenal! The gravy adds a lot of flavor to the sandwich. You do have to eat it quickly, otherwise the bread will fall apart, oh but it is so worth it. I got fries with a side of cheese sauce to go with the sandwich. By far some of the best fries I've had. Not super crispy, but not soggy either, the texture was just right. They were salted perfectly and dipping them in their velvety cheese sauce was a treat! A regular sub is roughly 6 inches and quite filling. The sandwiches are stuffed with ample amounts of beef. The price is also excellent considering how much you get. Overall, I would say Al's Beef lived up to all its praise. My sandwich was very memorable and was like nothing I'd had before. Everything is so fresh, between their beef, bread, and fries, it is all made in house. This isn't just some fast food spot, it is an institution. I was impressed with everything I ordered, especially the fries. They take a lot of pride in what they serve. This is evident in their customer service. If you are visiting Chicago, don't think, just go--you won't regret it!

Kinda skimpy on the fixings on the Chicago dog, but still gets the job done if you're craving a Chicago dog. Fries are the type that are greasy to the touch; not my fave style of fries but I know it's a well-liked one to others. Super friendly lady at the cashier (all smiles, patient, and offered menu help)! Also fast service (got my order within a few minutes). I visited on a Saturday late afternoon and it was very chill here (also shoutout to the early 2000's era music playing :p it was a vibe). Overall I'd say it's not a bad food spot at all if you want a quick bite and want to be a little away from the Magnificent Mile crowds.

The decor has beautiful art and dark wood all around, making it a cozy experience that's not too crowded or loud. Service is excellent and our server was attentive, making the birthday celebration of the evening extra special. The food....out of this world. One of the best tavern pizzas in the city. Food reviews: Truffle and mushroom tavern--light and well balanced. Delicate sweet notes from the red onion balance out the earthiness of the mushroom, truffle and charred crust. Cheese doesn't overwhelm the pie and compliments all ingredients with a salty bite Spicy vodka and sausage--so different than the first pie but equally as delicious! Vodka sauce has a deep flavor with only subtle heat. Sausage packs a ton of flavor. Heavier of the two pies since it had more cheese on it but my husband enjoyed Chocolate peanut butter sundae--birthday celebration treat brought by our server! Wow it's a must order. The puppy chow was an insanely smart ingredient to add for texture and bit of chocolate. Can't wait to return to try another specialty pie!
